After 2 rounds of antibiotics and a course of steroids along with antihistamines and nose spray, I still had sinus pain and pressure. After the first time using Clear up, I could feel my sinuses draining. After a few days-- no more pain.

It says it's a 2 week treatment but I experienced immediate relief. My wife's situation is a little more aggressive though but after all about a week she noticed a significant progression. We love it.

My ClearUp unit arrived within about four days after ordering it. The instructions were clear. I use it every evening before going to sleep and it almost immediately reduced the tightness that I had been feeling across my forehead. A really good product!

I have been trying to return my device but no one has responded to my emails. I looked online and I have to call a number, but why on earth were my emails ignored. The product is just starting out and there's only a limited amount of time to return. Were they just hoping the 30 days would pass so they could say I couldn't return it? Will call customer service tomorrow and see if they also give a runaround. Not professional. Not to mention the guarentee starts before you even GET the product. That is not a sign of a company that is confident in their product. Neither is requiring to pay shipping back for a $130 product but that is the least of my concerns right now.

I am so impressed with this device! I get sinus pain that triggers migraines. Using Tiivic has reduced the number and intensity of migraines by getting rid of the sinus pain and inflammation. This gets rid of all that pain around the eyes. I recommend it!

Since receiving the device I’ve only used it twice. Prior to receiving it I ended up with a sinus infection and was on an antibiotic. I think the device made a difference but it could have been the result of the meds or both. Anyways, i feel it will help me a lot in the future as it is allergy season and will most likely be used more. Maybe then a higher rating. Thank you for asking for input on your product.

As luck would have it, I developed a terrible cold right after I received this. The cold turned into a pretty good sinus infection. I have been using the ClearUp quite a bit. I can say for sure it does immediately help sinus pain and headache -which is a blessing. Now, since I have an actual sinus infection, I have not experienced real noticeable drainage - although I do feel it is helping to release pressure in my head and ears. Overall, I think it is a great tool for people who sufffer chronic sinus problems like I do. I would recommend it. Ordering was very easy through the Tivic site. Product came quickly and had plenty of instructions and information provided with it. The machine itself seems sturdy and I've had no problems charging or using it.

Writing this review on behalf of two users.
Selected the two ClearUP device funding level during the crowdfunding campaign.

My dad, a retired Fire Captain, served 27 years in the fire department. Starting as a young man at a time when protective gear was not what it is today. He has had sinus issues including pressure, pain, congestion. He has not breathed properly, or reliably, through his nose for decades.

As for myself, I survived a building fire many years ago and sustaining internal burns to my nose, throat, and lungs. Since then I have experienced sensitive nasal passages, have limited options for convenient and immediate relief, especially out and about or in the office. Sprays are not an option for me.

My Dad’s reaction to his first treatment.
Me: Hey, how was it?
Dad: I’m confused.
Me: What do you mean? Did you have any issues using it?
Dad: No. I haven’t been breathing through my nose for thirty years. And now I’m confused.

He proceeds to breathe in an exaggerated manner, then tests each nostril. It was funny.
And amazing. His device now sits near his spot on the couch.

My reaction: Wow! There were a few spots I expected it to do its thing. Then it targeted an area I didn’t even realize was congested. I did the recommended treatment time, and experienced immediate relief. Within minutes I was taking clear, easy, and wonderfully deep breaths. I didn’t even know what I was missing.

I’m amazed. It’s wonderful to know I can quickly address sinus issues and avoid medication. Love my ClearUP! Plan on taking it with me when I travel.

The ClearUp has been working well even in the 'lesser' sinus season. The microbursts feel good as they work to alleviate the sinus pressure. It definitely eases the sinus pressure. Ordering received a swift response and shipping was fast. A product I would recommend

I purchased the product but my husband decided he didn't want it. Once we rec'd the shipment in the mail I contacted the company for a return shipment label. I sent it via FedEx and they rec'd the package on 1/09/20; however, it has not been credited back to my charge card and it is now 1/19/20. Never used the product but not happy that I did not receive my credit.

I've only had one sinus headache since my purchase. I used it 4x times over a 24 hour period. When I used it, it removed most of the pain. I'm pleased I didn't take any pain medication. Next time, I'm going to start it as soon as I feel the pressure and not wait until I have a blinding head ache to remember that I now own this. (Whoopsie.)

Yes, it is expensive, but it is a great weapon to add to your arsenal along with the nasal rinses, sprays and heating or cold packs. I'm happy I purchased it and when you're in pain, you're not going to think about how much you paid, you will just be thankful for its existence.

Also, to set expectations, the pain didn't "magically disappear" the second I put the machine on my sinuses. It sort of gently floated away. A few minutes after treatment I realized I was no longer in pain.

I have only used the device 3 times. I had been waiting for sinus pressure to show up for a real experience. One day I was rubbing the spot above my eyebrow and noticed it was a bit tender than other locations. So I gave clearup a try. It takes some getting used to as far as how much pressure to use. Kinda have to hold your skin so it doesn't bunch up as you move along the orbital socket. I did one round of each side on low. I didn't feel anything right away but felt lighter? Less stuffy? Less foggy? I can't really place it but I felt different. Felt like I focused better at work, too. After day 2 of use (I went around twice both sides on low) I had the tiniest of headache in one of the treatment areas and it didn't last long. I think I skipped a day and then used it again. The bridge of the nose is hardest for me. Even though I only feel the device vibrating or pulsing, it's a little uncomfortable on my nose. Later that day I used it again on one side and a treatment site send a sensation to my jaw. While uncomfortable I wouldn't say it was the final straw. I even asked my Mother to try it. I did one round on each eye and she said she felt different too. My day 3 she asked me to "zap" her head again. So despite neither of us actually having full blown sinus pressure the device is finding spots that are apparently in need. I will continue to use clearup and I don't hope for sinus pressure but I will be grateful to have it on hand. That is why I only give it 4 stars.

Great website. Product is well made, possibly overpriced. It works, but effect lasts for about an hour, and it is suggested that it be only used four times a day. Any settings other than the lowest are uncomfortable for me, feeling as though hair is being plucked.

Feel that there is some improvement after daily use. Only using once a day. Have had less sinus issues since beginning, less post nasal drip, less secretions. Will keep device and continue to use it. Also been trying it on a few other acupressure points and it seems to be helping those as well. Satisfied.

I have been using the ClearUp now for 7 days. It seems to help the headache after using it. My headaches from sinuses are the worst at night , so I use it before I go to bed. I'm sleeping well and don't seem to need anything more for the pain.

It is a bit early to provide a comprehensive review of ClearUp Sinus Pain Relief instrument. I have just been using it for under two weeks. It is very simple to use.

I have been using it about 2 to 3 times a day, generally following the path shown in the instructions. I have also use the unit on the Frontal Sinus area above the eyebrows (Supra orbital nerve) as well as Sphenoid by the ear, when the sinus pain warrants.

It does seem to lessen or minimize sinus related headaches, and reduce nasal drip into the throat. However, I have been using it along with Flonase Nasal Spray, which I have been using for the past several allergy seasons.

I will be in a better position to evaluate its effectiveness after using ClearUp for a few months.

For the first few weeks, I was using the lowest setting and experienced some relief. Now I use the highest setting and am virtually pain-free. I've had sinus surgery and use a prescription rinse for my perpetually red/hot cheeks, so I'm very excited about using this over the long-term to see what other issues may be minimized or resolved.

The site was easy to use, the product was delivered promptly, the instructions with the product were clear and easy to understand. However, it was somewhat difficult to return the product. It took multiple calls to the customer service number to reach a representative (the calls kept getting dropped) and it was nearly impossible to hear the rep due the volume of background conversations. It sounded like the rep was sitting in a huge boiler room filled with similar reps, all talking at once. Despite the impediments, she finally processed the return and gave me a return number. A promised email with the return number arrived within an hour, but the second email, with the shipping label, did not arrive for several days. Because of the deadline to return the product I was forced to mail it myself, costing me an extra $11. Repeated calls to customer service center to determine the status of the shipping label were unsuccessful in terms of reaching a rep. The return process was extremely disappointing and unnecessarily complicated.

My order arrived in a timely manner, in good condition. I have had the ClearUp for a few weeks now and have been using it several times a day. It helps reduce sinus discomfort a bit, but the results do not last 6 hours, and I am disappointed with results. I was hoping that it would reduce actual congestion, improving my ability to breath through my nose, but at this point, that is not the case. So far I have only used the device on setting #1, but will need to experiment with a higher setting to see if my results vary.
