After receiving my hearing aids on a 45 day trial, I departed on a lengthy tour of many states. I find it hard to express the joy I felt in not having to continually ask my wife “what did you just say”. I was able to hear clearly, despite the annoying road noise from America’s poorly maintained roads. The hearing aids were, and are, totally comfortable....absolutely no discomfort...it was like they weren’t even there. Battery life exceeded 3 days with continual use for14+ hours per day. My sister accompanied us on our trip and was wearing aids that cost nearly 3 times the cost of mine and she experienced constant discomfort. The hearing aids from this company are the 4th I’ve purchased over the past 15 years and they are truly the most effective and comfortable units I have ever had. I unequivocally recommend others give them a try. You’ll be glad you did. You have nothing to lose...try ‘em!

As a first time hearing aid user, I found the purchase process to be confusing and frustrating. My Hear.com Service Representative (Anthony Reese) was instrumental in educating me, making me aware of my options and facilitating the purchase of my hearing aids. Anthony was courteous, friendly and knowledgable. There was no high pressure selling. I'm very pleased with the product and the experience.

I was very pleased with the choice of audiologist and the entire process. I made my feelings known about the type of hearing aids that I wanted and everything worked out great. I have been using them for about 4 weeks now without any issues. I would recommend hear.com to anyone considering hearing aids.

Caim was not sent in WSIB for 3 months after testing was done. Held back my claim.

At my last checkup my doctor observed that there was some minor decline in the quality of hearing in one ear. Got curious about hearing aids, saw some I liked and enquired about them. Got a call from a hear.com representative who recommended a free hearing test to determine with more clarity what the issue is. She referred me to a nearby specialist who ran probably the most comprehensive test I've ever experienced. It was determined that my hearing problem was related to fluid in the middle ear and that a hearing aid would be more likely to exacerbate my hearing issues than to remedy them. So it turned out I wasn't a customer for hear.com, but if/when I ever do need a hearing aid, I'll call them. There was no pressure, they clearly had my best interests at heart. They were very professional. I recommend hear.com highly.

I have worn hearing aids for the past 12 years from 2 different manufacturers. I recently contacted Hear . Com and arranged a visit. The technician who tested and fitted me was very proficient and fitted me with the Signia hearing aid. He specified a deeper projection of the microphone into the ear canal which has help immensely in curtailing the surrounding background noise and allows me to hear better than with either of my previous hearing aids.
After a 45 day trial period, I decided to accept the new hearing aids and have been very pleased with them. I have two minor fitting adjustments which were handled most efficiently by the fitting technician. I have been pleased with my service.
I would recommend Signia hearing aids for anyone who needs them.

Verna Taylor with My Hearing Centers is one of the best hearing aid fitters in the business. She really worked hard to ensure my satisfaction with my hearing aids. The price was much better also.
