My second pair of Nano Hearing. Aids. I purchased my first pair a year ago and they still are performing as new. I wanted a back up pair in the event i lost or damaged the previous pair. Very satisfied with the product and service.

This company has a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the hearing aids within 45 days This is a lie. This is a fraudulent company. I purchased the hearing aids for my mom in mid November 2020. She was unable to use them as her ears were not shaped normally and needed custom made ones. They were never used. Spoke with the company about this. After much debate with them, they finally authorized return and sent a link to purchase a return label. $10 for the label. Packaged everything as instructed. Confirmation of receipt was sent to my email. Then the mess began. I kept getting a phone call that they only received the batteries and for me to mail the hearing aids. I finally spoke with the warehouse who said they did receive the hearing aids and needed 3-4 weeks to inspect them and send my refund once inspected. Waited 4 weeks and just contacted them today about my refund. I was being told again all they received was the batteries. Today I contacted my credit card company to deal with them and get reimbursed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR RETURN POLICY. They deserve 0 stars for all my stress they caused. And to you NANO, do not reply back to me or try to call. I’m done with you.

After confirming the return of the Sigma aids in November, I have nothing but lame excuses. They claim 45 days or less to process a refund but after 60 days I was forced to challenge the charge then when Visa credited my account because for whatever reason, It has been 30 days since Nano received chargeback letter so the cycle started all over again. Now 4 months
since they received the aids back and all I get are the same lame promises. When you see the video reviews, you can see the same person with different names.

Nano hearing aids online advertising is a scam. They offer a money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase. After receiving the product you are presented with a series of tasks you must follow to receive your refund. Even after following all the tasks, they have an elaborate return policy that requires you to pay for the return shipping $11.95 wait for 15 days for them to acknowledge they have been received. Wait for 15 days for their return team to inspect the return. Wait 30 days for a return. After many emails asking for my return, I keep getting a "thanks for your patience" reply and that my refund is in the system but they lost my email contact (even though they emailed me to notify me they lost my email contact?) and can you please verify my email. I did and received an email acknowledging that they have the information they need and the refund team will need time to review it because now it is a new case. After continued emails asking for my refund, I was assured that with a little more patience I would receive it. This started in Feb. 2020 and at this writing, it is July 29th. More than 6 months to refund my money after they have already received the product in return. I have written negative reviews called them and emailed them and cannot understand the delay. The return was requested because they are not really hearing aids but hearing amplifiers that can be purchased on Amazon for $9.99. Not the $600 advertised price or the $300 off sale. There is no way I could recommend their products based on the quality of the product that was delivered to me or especially the customer service of a documented policy.
