I have had the pleasure of dealing with Advanced Insurance Consultants for several years now and have always their service to be first class. Their knowledge of the Insurance industry has always to be excellent. The staff have always been friendly and efficient and have done what they said they would do such as returning phone calls which to my mind is most important. I have now had the mattress For almost 3 years. When we first got the mattress it was wonderful. But as time has gone on it has lost its firmness and a hump has developed in the middle. I’m 100lbs and my husband is 175 so we aren’t heavy people to create the wear this mattress has had in 3 years. My back/body is sore everyday I wake up. I’m very disappointed.

I am pleased with the lessening of hot flashes with menoquil. I used to take red clover, dong quai and black cohosh separately by capsule from the health food store. Now they are all in one in menoquil. That makes things easier and less expensive. I have been having hot flashes for 12 years and also use a low dose estradiol patch, soy in place of dairy, and ground flax seed. For now my hot flashes are the least they have been since they started. I plan to continue with menoquil and discontinue the estradiol patch when I sign up for Medicare in 1.5 years.

So I ordered 8 arborvitae plants and 6 purple vine plants. I only got the vines and a bunch of random plants. I have Called them numerous time and left messages, have gone on the website filled out the contact us application and have not heard back from them. They say 100% guaranteed but the don’t even return your call. I should have stuck with the nurseries near me

This has been by far the worst experience with any insurance company is last 3 years of getting on to the property ladder. The staff is extremely rude and isn't willing to listen to the customers. They constantly push you to claim on another policy you may hold. They keep telling you different story every time you call them. I was called by the company to be told that my claim was approved and the engineer was willing to come to sort the problem. Due to personal reasons I was away and couldn't follow up with the claim. On return I was told a completely different story and the company now wants me to make the access to the leak so the engineer can fix it. completely illogical and rude arguments presented by the customer care. I am definitely going to launch a formal complaint as I have evidence that I was misled on calls.

I contacted you today (28/1/20) with a question about my policy 8191 0047 4571. Your staff Sancho & Manjot were excellent. Not so an earlier experience. This holiday ends with my flight departing Sydney on 23rd August. It was not until later that I realised it lands at Auckland at 0015 on the the 24th. I contacted you to ask if the policy needed modifying. I was told it did. For that 15 minutes of the 24th you charged me $174. I had no choice but to pay. It is annoying because I have used that flight previously and it often lands before midnight. However, I felt if I did not pay the premium demanded you would not have accepted any claim on the policy if I were to make one. As I said to you at the time $174 for 15 minutes is outrageous. It still rankles. That does not detract from the help I received to-day. Regards, John Anderson

I've been with RWW 8 month now - once registered, the website and reporting app is super easy to use. The web chat feature is very helpful, if there is nobody online to chat to straight away they will reply be email to answer any queries quickly. You can get paid by shifts, weekly or monthly - payroll quick and efficient! Need to keep an eye on the dashboard and be quick to get the shifts!

When I initially bought this item I was excited and pleased at the price it was offered for. Almost a month later I've been left disappointed. I understand the backorder was the cause of the delay. But the communication during this time was underwhelming. First I had to sent an email because I hadn't heard anything since a few days after I placed the order. Once I did hear back after asking for an ETA. I was told, "Your item shipped on this day" . Again I had to email again to ask the very same question and at that point is when I received an email with the details I asked for. That really makes me wonder, would I have received any type of communication at all had I not said anything? I'm not pleased with the service I've received, specifically pertaining to the lack of communication. It just seems it would have been easier to send out some automated emails with updates.

WARNING TO EVERYONE ABOUT Covea Insurance Plc and Apollo Motor Group ltd THEY ARE THIEVING, ENGINE TAMPERING, CORRUPT, LYING CROOKS! Long story short… My wife's car was hit in a corner of Sainsbury’s car park at the end of August (minor damage to bumper & wing) so it was picked up by Covea’s approved garage Apollo Motor Group of Portsmouth & taken to their Basingstoke branch. Covea decided to write it off despite the car being mechanically sound when Apollo picked it up from us. Apollo had the car for 4 or 5 weeks but no-one contacted me to say it was a write off until I rang them. I decided to get the car repaired from an independent bodyshop recommended by a friend who owns his own insurance brokerage rather than accept their insulting salvage amount. The bodyshop alerted me to a few things when I picked it up a few days later including the coolant container & lid being damaged so oil was mixing with the coolant. On the way home I broke down on the M4 & had to be rescued by the AA. The bodyshop said that the car had been tampered with because oil was mixing with the coolant & sprayed all over the engine. Only the bumper was damaged; now the car’s engine is ruined beyond repair. Covea & Apollo deny any liability but they are lying! The bodyshop is convinced Covea sabotaged the car & took parts for other vehicles which happens a lot apparently on ‘write-off’s; they also stole the spare wheel, jack & tow device from the boot but again deny that! The bodyshop is convinced they removed parts knowing they were going to write it off which is very concerning; it was also filthy when it was returned. I HAVE REPORTED THE THEFT TO THE POLICE and now will pursue them thru’ the Financial Ombudsman. The car was fully serviced & MOT’d recently so there was nothing wrong with it mechanically; but when I picked it up & drove it back it seized up & the damage is terminal…the engine has been tampered with & parts taken from it…the missing wheel & jack proves this. Something very suspicious has happened since I decide not to accept the salvage offer. Finally my broker @GroveandDean have been so unhelpful too. DO NOT INSURE ANYTHING WITH @CoveaInsurancePlc

Absolutely awful. I had unemployment insurance; I was forced to leave as no role existed for me at the company and Covea took over 2 months to come back with decision declining cover, over which time paid closer to £300 on maintaining my insurance. This made no sense as they were given all information on which basis the declined the claim when this was made. In addition to this they only took my previous employers word (never requesting any type of proof), and failed to take into consideration written evidence I supplied them with. Their advise was to go back to the company and get the company to confirm the documentation I supplied them with was valid! I will advise my circle of friends to drop this insurance as well.

Dangerous Fumes The production of this mattress, and materials used, produces dangerous fumes that are being constantly released when it is new in your home and lasts thereafter for many month. You sweat at night as your body tries to get rid of the toxins. It is really comfortable and you can sleep for hours but even after airing it for days as soon as it gets heated with the warmth of your body the smells start coming through again. My mattress has two protectors and one old duvet and sheet on top of it. I then lie on top of the sheet but you can still smell the scent of the mattress on the sheets in the morning and the underside of the pillow smells too. its tempting to keep sleeping on it but it cant be safe, not in the long term.

Purchasers of a Renewed Emma Mattress Beware First of all some context! We opted for a Renewed Emma mattress and we are happy with the mattress itself. I’d say 4 stars out of 5. Firm but comfy if a little on the warm side for my taste. Primarily then this review is about Emma customer service which I’d give 2 stars out of 5, hence the overall average of 3 stars. We contacted Emma after our purchase to buy a mattress protector. At the same time I enquired about purchasing a comfort layer. The comfort layer is an extra added freebie for those who purchase direct from Emma and who feel the mattress is either too hard, or too soft for them. The appropriate comfort layer is sent free of charge. I knew this before I opted for a renewed mattress and accepted that. It makes sense to give those who bought the new mattress direct a little perk. So my enquiry with customer service was essentially how much will it cost me, as a renewed mattress purchaser, to buy the comfort layer directly? Turns out that if you buy a renewed mattress from Emma that they will not send you a comfort layer under any circumstances and at any cost! It’s simply not an option to those customers who, like me, are quite prepared to pay extra for it. Making the comfort layer unavailable to customers who are prepared to pay for it seems like a very odd business decision. It evidences a complete disregard for the comfort of those who opted for renewed versions. I made my feelings known to Emma customer service but they were unmoved. What a way to tarnish the overall customer experience. A real shame when the product is so good.

This website is just a scam for occupational therapist from developing countries. They are trying to sell their courses to occupational therapist of developing countries in same price as they sell to OTs of USA.
