I have already reviewed this company because I placed an order and received a set of pillowcases when I meant to order the full set so contacted Rise & Fall and they assisted me in placing the correct order. They were brilliantly helpful and the duvet and sheet arrived swiftly. Such good quality, it's already my new favourite bed linen - although I've not tried the duvet cover yet as it's too warm! I am hoping for an oxford pillowcase roll-out so am watching this space.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size for one of my items and it was so quickly dealt with- amazing customer service. They immediately sorted me out and nothing was too much trouble. Amazing! Never buying sheets anywhere else :) They are fabulous.

Ordered Super King duvet set and the details provided indicated that the pillowcases would also be super king size, so in anticipation of this also ordered a pair of standard size pillowcases (we required a pair of standard size and a pair of super king size). Turned out that the pillowcases provided with the set were standard size, so we ended up with four standard size pillowcases. So, ordered a pair of super king size separately, which arrived. Have been in email contact with the company who indicated they could send me a myhermes return label to return the standard size pair and get a refund. Six days later and still no sign of the return label.

Pre-ordered fitted sheet, I normally use 1000 threadcount and was a little concerned the sheet may not be so good but am really happy with it not the least because it fits right under the mattress and topper and I am not constantly yanking the corner back under because it pops out. Very happy with quality and fit (king size)

I loved the whole experience of buying with Rise & Fall. Very simple process and enjoyable from beginning to end! The web interface is great, the sheets arrived super quickly in very cute packaging (no plastic - big thumbs up!) they come in cotton bags that I can see myself using for other domestic bits. The sheets themselves are great quality, the sateen has a nice luxurious feel :)

I can’t speak highly enough of my experience purchasing from Rise & Fall.

They have a great looking website and ordering is a breeze. Comms were clear and delivery was very prompt. Really nice touches with the packaging of the linen, coming in neat draw sting bags. Great attention to detail like this is carried over to the linen itself with some great flourishes like the Rise and Fall labelling and the brilliant wide, grippy elastication of the fitted sheets.

And then, most importantly, the quality of the linen is outstanding. A pleasure to slip between the sheets at the end of a long day. And all this for a fraction of the price of their competitors.

Will certainly be a repeat customer.

Rise and Fall we’re great when I realised I’d only ordered a single set of the gorgeous 600 thread count duvet cover, fitted sheet and pillow cases. Order quickly refunded and I ordered the king size I meant to! Beautifully soft and cool.

I was with a friend when she received these and I actually got sucked in by the pretty packing but they are probably the softest sheets (I got the 600TC) I’ve slept in, hotels included! Recommending to everyone ????????

Good service and good sheet At 85 it is quite a feat getting it on the bed but once there it is ace and doesn’t move. My first sheet cost £39 and a few weeks later my second cost £44-a bit of a price hike!
