When I initially bought this item I was excited and pleased at the price it was offered for. Almost a month later I've been left disappointed. I understand the backorder was the cause of the delay. But the communication during this time was underwhelming. First I had to sent an email because I hadn't heard anything since a few days after I placed the order. Once I did hear back after asking for an ETA. I was told, "Your item shipped on this day" . Again I had to email again to ask the very same question and at that point is when I received an email with the details I asked for. That really makes me wonder, would I have received any type of communication at all had I not said anything? I'm not pleased with the service I've received, specifically pertaining to the lack of communication. It just seems it would have been easier to send out some automated emails with updates.

It was difficult to confirm the “finish” on the final page before placing my order since the product # and description did not show the gold finish I chose and neither did the photo of the light. However, I like that your site is selective with the quality of the products you sell.

Now to be fair; this review is for the ordering process only--I will try to update this review when I've received the products, but MAN; they made this a good experience. The website design is superior, their catalog is easy to navigate, their search window actually takes you where you want it to (which is a miracle these days), and the chat personnel are deft and knowledgeable. I selected the products that I wanted, acquired the measurement info, and fielded the "wife-ordered" back-and-forth questions without any issues, all with the help of the gentlemen (Jason). It was all done very efficiently. All of the stores in my region made this process tooth-surgery, but buying lights through these guys was like getting the NO2 gas WITHOUT the surgery. And I am saying all of this as a RUTHLESS dude when it comes to reviews. Give these guys a try!
