I ordered a pendant light on Wednesday which arrived on Friday. Not only that but I had forgotten to include a bulb in the order. This was remedied with a call to the company which acted immediately to include the new item in my original delivery! I would like to express my thanks to all at Jim Lawrence for sorting out my order so quickly. In these difficult times it is gratifying to have businesses like Jim Lawrence which are still operating efficiently and fulfilling orders so promptly.

I recently purchased a triple pendant light and was so happy until I noticed one of the glass shades had a mark on it.
I receive excellent customer service and the faulty shade was collected and a replacement sent out in days.
Considering the difficult times we are all in I have to say how impressed I am with Jim Lawrence company.
The quality of the light is outstanding and I would thoroughly recommend Jim Lawrence.
I will definitely be returning for more products.
Very satisfied customer.

This was my first contact with Jim Lawrence. I was aware that their staff were working from home but I felt I needed to speak to someone about a couple of queries I had. I spoke to Sharon who was working from home and she was able to answer my queries, so I placed an order with her for two pendant lights and bulbs on Friday 24 April with a delivery date of Tuesday 28 April. I received notification from DHL that the lights would be delivered on Monday 27 April, which they were. Amazing!
I was totally impressed with the arrangements that had been put in place to deal with my order whilst the codiv arrangements were in place.

When the glass on our Windsor coffee table exploded into a thousand pieces after having a leg
knocked with a vacuum cleaner they delivered a replacement glass top within 3/4 days without any quibbles. Excellent customer service - bravo Jim Lawrence.

A part of a lamp which I purchased 7 years ago was damaged when the light bulb broke in the holder.
The small part was replaced free of charge, even though it was certainly not supplied as damaged and, I believe, had to be remade.
The service was absolutely faultless from start to finish.
Wow. Really impressive.

We have bought a number of lights and bulbs from Jim Lawrence over the past couple of years, as we are renovating our mid Victorian house. We have found that the product quality and fantastic customer service are exemplary. We recently had to get one of the glass shades replaced and the replacement was received within days. Thank you.

I ordered a number of items of door furniture on Saturday, and they arrived on Tuesday and Wednesday, despite one item needing to be made. So impressed with this level of service during these difficult times!

I have approx 15 light switches to buy and ordered this product (a three gang dolly light switch in beeswax) as a sample to see it in reality before committing to purchase.
Whilst the internet photos compelled me purchase a sample, nothing prepared me for what I received.
Simply stunning, the quality of the product is sublime, and exceeded my expectations 10 fold, and I admit I was dubious given the cost, and as it's not something you buy every day.
Once my builders are further on with our project I will definitely be placing an order for all rooms.
I'm also revisiting the website as I also need door and window furniture, plug sockets and lighting, where I'm currently sourcing elsewhere.

I have left a negative comment on the 2nd of January about the service I have received from JL. I would like to add that consequently JL phoned and apologised. I have also received a letter of apology with £20 vouchers for JL. I am glad this has happened as it has restored my trust in the company. Although the service not so great at the start, I do appreciate mistakes happens and appreciate the apology. Most importantly- the lights are just beautiful!

Recently ordered a made-to-measure bay window curtain pole for my Victorian property. I was taken through the process step by step and sent in a template to David Smith who was super helpful. Pole arrived well within 21 days and fits like a glove- very pleased.

I ordered a lamp at midnight on Tues, it was shipped the very next morning and I received it the following day, with clear communication on the ETA and a very reasonable postage charge. It was well protected in the packaging and I love the item.

I recently purchased 3 of the Ava flush light fittings in nickel. They were in stock and arrived within a couple of days, unfortunately one of the fittings was broken on delivery, I called the office and left a message late that evening and received a call first thing the following morning to arrange delivery of a new light fitting, which I received the following day. Whilst it was disappointing, you can expect things like this with glass light fittings, but I could not fault the superb customer service I received. My fittings are now up in my hallway, they look beautiful. Give a good light coverage and a lovely pattern on the ceiling when they are switched on. So happy with my purchase.

I had on order a really nice exterior light but didn't get around to fitting it for a couple of weeks. As I undid the glass dome to put the bulb in it cracked. ... so phoned up & explained. Best customer service I have received in a long time. No sarcasm no 30 questions no that'll be £30 just a "we will get one in the post for you. This was 3pm & it was delivered 10am next day. Thanks so much just reinforces why we like you guys ( & I love the products anyway)
