It is so well made and beautiful, and the staff was great during the order process. Nothing about the transaction and installation could have been better.

The credit card checkout process seems to have a glitch in it--told me twice my address was wrong but I double-checked and it wasn't. I used an alternate card and it worked fine. Can't wait to see the product... excited to install it in our cabin in the woods!

I shopped at multiple online shops but none provided this level of product information. I paid a few dollars more because I have more trust in this site. Only one negative comment: I did not receive a shipping verification and had to follow up 4 days after the purchase. The fixtures showed up two days later, which was awesome!

We absolutely love this fan light! By far the nicest fan light we have ever owned. the fan is mounted over our dining room table and the soft, warm light from the light kit is incredible. While I rate the fan and Cast Antlers with five stars, I was a bit disappointed that the light kit finish is different then the fan itself. They are sold together so I would think they would be the same especially for the price. My wife is very particular about items she puts in her home and will notice the smallest detail. I didn't bring up the finish difference and she didn't notice so I guess it passed the test. If she had noticed, we would have returned the fan. To me, there is that much of a difference.

Not sure how I got to your site. Was just looking for appropriate lighting for our 16 foot high ceiling since original ceiling fan w/ lights went kaput and had very inadequate lighting for such a big high ceiling room. Called my wife over to computer to look at the your fan light and she immediately said buy it, best fan light she'd ever seen. I asked sure you don't want to shop others, and answer was a swift NO! So here we are completing the order on hopefully great product.

Your website is just a little difficult to deal with, if it states you missed information which you know you didn’t , then you need to re-type most of the information that should already be there and saved. Just a bit of a hassle, however I love your products so yes, will more than likely come back.

Fan looks like what I've been looking for, hopefully it looks just as good in person. Received fan in just a week. It looks great and the fan is very quiet, even in high speed. Didn't have to balance it at all.

I purchased the larger wagon wheel light and the smaller one also. I absolutely LOVE both of them!! So does everybody that has seen them. They are very lightweight and easy to hang!! Love Love Love them!!!
