Both my husband and myself have always received exemplary help assistance and good clear advice from Alan Boswell -following my husbands death in August last year Alan Boswell have been sensitive and sincere in helping me ensure all necessary insurances have continued to run smoothly whilst being transitioned into my sole name.

The Alan Boswell Group (previously S-Tech Insurance Services) have provided me with excellent service for a number of years. That level of service has not been affected by the problems caused by Coronavirus, so well done!

I was returning to Alan Boswell, having been with another broker for 7 years. I wanted to complete my policy application online, but at point of trying to complete, kept experiencing the same technical error code come up, despite closing my browser down fully. I spoke with a member of staff, who went through my form with me and they explained that there had been an issue reported by others and it was being dealt with. She completed the form with me and put payment through, making the process really quick and simple. Thank you!

I can't speak for Alan Boswell Group as a whole, but I have been a happy customer of S-Tech in Cambridge for about 30 years. I have always found their assistance friendly, efficient and very valuable when I needed to make a claim or needed insurance with unusual cover.

Our house is on the outer edge of a low risk flood zone and has never been flooded, yet many insurers' computer systems refuse to consider the risk, so that is where a good insurance broker is invaluable. Alan Boswell were able to place our building's insurance with SAGIC (The Salvation Army!) at a competitive premium, with flood damage included, so very happy. The telephone advice I received was very helpful. The web based quote system is well designed and easy to use.

I had to do the on-line research to find a quote that was over 15% less expensive than the Alan Boswell one. Once I abhd done that AB did check the compare the other quote with what they werre offring, and then reduced the price of the cover they had originally offered me to nealry match it. I was pelased with the reduced price, but am now wary of AB's prices - no price match guarantee with them!
