When my first buyer pulled out they contacted people who were previously interested straight away, I had another offer within 5 days. They kept me up to date with everything especially as I am living in Hampshire and my house I was selling was in Hertfordshire. Everyone in the office was so helpful and friendly Great work

The only way to sell your home, we had a very turbulent sale and purchase, if it were not for James and Michelle, it would not have happened, a strong team of experts that make up for all the other agents shortcomings in your chain! Don’t waste your time on cheaper alternatives!!

Everyone at Chas R Lowe has been an absolute delight to work with, big thanks to Michelle, James and David to make my first-time purchase stress-free. My partner & I purchased a property that Chas Lowe were marketing and from the initial viewing back in the summer, in which we were not hurried unlike with some other agents we had met, right up until Completion this month, Chas Lowe were great. They arranged us to revisit the new place a few times when we needed to and also helped us through the many complicated steps in the process like explaining the legal steps and also recommending an excellent mortgage adviser they apparently have trusted for years - and it turned out that he was great too!! Thank you Chas Lowe for making a move we were initially daunted by become so pleasant / straightforward and easy to understand.

From the first visit to value the flat they delivered a first class service: their advice was reality based, their support throughout prompt and readily available. I am delighted with the price achieved and the time scale from going on the market to completion. I wholeheartedly recommend this agency.

Michelle and David were both really helpful and dealt with all issues raised efficiently. There were some problems within the chain for a number of reasons but Michelle pulled everything together to ensure that we completed within 7 weeks of our offer being accepted.

Although we have no plans to sell our new house, when the time does come, we will certainly consider instructing Michelle and David. Would highly recommend!

Chas Lowe have looked after a number of properties for us for many years and we have always received a first class service.
We have always found them to be very professional and seem to have a knack of finding ideal tenants.
They have also always provided great on going support with even the small issues that crop up from time to time with tenanted properties.

Chas Lowe sold my flat in Victoria Road EN4 for me (I completed Oct 2019) and they were brilliant!
They screened my buyer carefully, negotiated well and kept both my buyer and I well informed throughout the whole process. All went well on moving day (no stress at all to my surprise!) and if I ever move again, as I am still local, I will not hesitate to use this lovely, local, independent business with marvellous experienced & helpful staff :-)

Just bought my first flat and Michelle and the rest of the team were so helpful and efficient it was a breath of fresh air and extremely calming when buying a property, let alone your first property can be very stressful. Can’t recommend them enough

I am renting from Chas Lowe. I have lived in London for 10 years and I have never worked with such a great estate agent. Their fees are reasonable compared to a lot of other estate agents and also you receive solid documentation that your deposit is protected in a scheme as required by law. A lot of other estate agents don’t follow this procedure. Also when I had a broken radiator my first month of renting, I was asked if I would feel comfortable of having someone enter the flat with me not present. This was very considerate. They also have trusted workmen who have worked with them for years so you know you’re in good hands. My radiator was fixed on the same day and when I came home to a warm lovely house I really appreciated it. Wouldn’t dream of renting with anyone else.

Not an easy sale and after 28 years I needed a bit of hand holding. I got it in spades. Supportive, calm and caring whilst being equally professional. Always a positive can do attitude with a solution to every problem, all delivered with encouragement and a great sense of humour.

I have used Chas Lowe for sales and lettings since I moved to the area more than 15 years ago. They're a local company who give back to the community. I have always found them professional, friendly and fair. Best estate agents I have ever used and I happily recommend them.
