I bought a house through property centre and cannot thank Francesca enough she went above and beyond to help us find our perfect home and once we did we were called regularly to be kept up to date with what was going on. I would recommend property centre and I would use them again

I was so pleased with the immediate response and as soon as the property was put on the market, action was taken at once to find a buyer, no faffing or hanging around.
Also the continual updates and progress report on where we were, even the fact a
Solicitor was recommended who served us well. Thank you for your professionalism.

Outstanding service from these guys from start to finish
Very professional in all aspects
Friendly and very helpful
In the last 15 months I have moved twice using The Property Center Quedgeley and on both occasions they made what should be a stressful time absolutely stress free
Would recommend to anyone who is planning to move house

When Scott Hyde was the manager of the Cheltenham branch he would over promise and under deliver! His management capability was as successful as a wet paper bag. Robyn has always stood out to have amazing communication skills and stand out service always! She oozes enthusiasm and she’s very down to earth. She’s one of the only reasons we stayed with the Property Centre. Oliver the new manager is also fantastic at what he does! He’s very responsive, and also very knowledgeable in the property market, he filled us with the confidence we lost with Scott. Thank you for all your hard work!

From day one we had superb customer service from the friendly and efficient team. They told us they had motivated buyers already as they had sold a number of properties in the area. This was borne out with 9 viewings in the first five days, two excellent offers and an agreed sale within the week. It was a probate sale and soon after we entered lockdown, but the team kept all parties informed and despite all the stressful circumstances we had a very straightforward sale. Thank you to Oliver and the team for your excellent service. Highly recommended.

I found the Property Centre to be very helpful and good at answering the queries I had regarding purchasing my first home in the area. Stacey Langdon in particular was so helpful. I would definitely recommend the Property Centre.

Right from the first viewing the guys and the manager were friendly and professional, even the young man who had just started. Gemma my moving coordinator was professional, super efficient and kept me informed at all stages.

i had been viewing since April time and I always find Mr. Liam Stobart of Longlevens Office very accomodating and very professional. He always deal us with a smile and with good attitude. He is always patient and always takes time with the viewing, we don’t feel rushed up or get intimadated. And most importantly, he always make follow up calls and updates through calls and emails with if there are new properties that have come up in the market that we might be of interest. He is a big asset for the company. Well done Liam! Very commendable, of very Good attitude and of utmost professionalism.

Many thanks to Luke for coming round to view the property and discussing everything with me, he was very helpful, professional, polite and punctual.
Luke obviously has a very good knowledge of the area and that is clearly visible when chatting.
I very much appreciated the depth of the valuation along with the market research conducted beforehand and explained thoroughly.

As discussed, if and when I choose to sell it will certainly be using yourself and the property centre.

I started property search in April this year and have met a lot of agents already and I can tell the good ones who deserved to be mentioned for their hard work, passion and dedication to work. I have given this five star rating on purely 1 reason alone, and that is because of Stacey Langdon from your Tuffley branch.
She took care of me through 2 property purchases (1st one fell through) .
Stacey is warm , chatty and puts you at ease straight away in what is a very stressful time. She was eager to help me find exactly what I was looking for.
She went out if her way to help me , whether it was white goods placement, advice on the local area, taking measures or getting what I needed chased from the vendor without me having to ask.
She is an asset to your company.

Just sold my second property through The Property Centre & am just as happy with the service as the first time. Great service from Barney (Cheltenham) who clearly knew the market well so I was more than happy to follow his lead but we still worked together to discuss the best approach in terms of sale price, imagery etc. The after sale team are also great. I never had to ring to chase for a sale update as they always beat me to it! They were friendly, knowledgeable, stress-free & competitively priced compared to others. Zero complaints! Will be using them again shortly.

I have used the Property Centre( PC) on two occaisions over a period of 5 years and the level of service has not diminished. Both times the property was sold within 2 weeks.The level of commitment that the PC offers is second to none.They were very professional yet approachable and I had the utmost confidence in them and their approach to selling the properties.

Ollie in particular warranted the 5 Star, he was polite, confident, knowledgeable.

A limited experience with the firm but any staff we spoke to were very helpful and called back when they said they would.

I would highly recommend the Property Centre to anyone from my initial meeting with Kayleigh I felt confident in what I was doing and that they were the best estate agents to deal with and I was right, my flat sold on first viewing. The whole process was made easier especially with Gemma’s help in the progression team as being a freehold Property it wasn’t straight forward. I will always use and recommend Property Centre they do an excellent job.
