When my husband contacted 360 Lending in 2019, we were in a critical financial situation. To say our credit was bad would be sugar coating it! But 360 Lending was willing to accept the challenge of turning our lives around. Our Mortgage agent at 360 is Patricia Gomes and she is incredible. She is honest, professional and conducts herself with integrity. In order for my husband and I to have moved forward we needed to refinance our home and pay off bad debts that were dragging us down. We couldn’t go to one of the big banks because of our scores. Patricia needed to shop around for us. It was a bit scary not knowing who would finance us, Patricia listened to all our concerns. She does not judge and she does give up until she finds a good match one that you are happy with.
With our situation we came out very well. Our bad debts are gone, no car payments, we have reserves for unexpected emergencies, our new mortgage is paid with no stress on us whatsoever. But most of all, no one calls anymore! It’s very peaceful and we thank Patricia for that.
