I've been doing business with 4 seasons for over a year Having a business in New York and my supplier in Los Angeles can be difficult in freight cost. My rep Allison has made my online ordering experience a positive one with great pricing and good freight cost makes doing business with 4 season easy. I don't get this kind of service for the other guys in Vernon.

Just finished ordering from 4SGM - 4 Seasons General Merchandise
I was a first time customer and was referred to 4SGM's website (www.4sgm.com) by a business partner. I couldn't be more happy. The online store was very informative and super easy to order from. If you have already ordered from 4sgm then you know how easy it is, and if you haven't ordered from them yet, then you're missing out and are probably overpaying for items that they may have for much less money. They have affordable freight charges and great communication when i called them with questions.
Did I mention they have an overwhelming selection of products to choose from?? I would rate 4SGM A+.

I deal with over a 100 wholesalers and these guys are one of the best if not the best.

We have used Four Seasons for several years and have always been very satisfied with the merchandise, the price, and the shipping. Four Seasons has really helped us to stay competitive. Working with Omid is always a wonderful experience and he has gone above and beyond with some of our customer request for large orders at the last minute. We will remain a Four Season customer!

I ordered a selection of items from from 4SGM, although I got my things in good time because I told my sales agent I needed them on time. It arrived incomplete, and was only informed that some items were out of stock when they arrived and I know half of the items were missing. I emailed my sales agent just to be told they were out of stock. I wish I had been told before they were shipped that the items were out of stock so I could order something else. I am very upset and disappointed. This isn't the first time, every time I order from 4SGM, it's the same thing they always come incomplete and most times I am billed for it.

I have always received the best of service from 4 Seasons and I have been a customer for 8 years. The sales personal (Theresa) and (Alan) are very helpful and efficient. The fill rate is outstanding. If you have never done business with them before, you should look at the website, it always has new items.

Ever since I started buying from you, I was a assigned a sales rep, and so far I've got 2 different ones because one left the company already, but he was very forgetful and was always asking for my seller's permit all the time like if he didn't have it on file.
On my last visit, my order wasn't even ready, because my current sales rep didn't show up to work and nobody bothered to follow up with my order. I even left a note stating that if there was a problem, to contact me before I went there, and I thought everything was ok, but when I got there to pick up my order I had to do all the paperwork AGAIN and wait a while for my order in the hot day inside the warehouse.
I don't think that's fair for us costumers, all the mistakes that the people there make.
NOBODY APOLOGIZED for the inconvenience.
