Received an invitation to quote for our Scout Hut Insurance and although my first response wasn't responded to, my second was, promptly and with an excellent price. All further dealings have been good. They have done what they said they would.

The assistant was very helpful, she explained everything clearly . and made sure everything was understood. She telephoned a couple of weeks later to see how things were. We only meet monthly so there was a few weeks in limbo waiting for the next committee meeting. All documents were emailed so that I could share them via email with the rest of the group. This saved a lot of time and I felt that they were genuinely interested and not just selling something.
A first class service and would recommend to all groups.

For many years we have been paying over £500 for our insurance and our old brokers assured us that we would not get a cheaper quote. We are very pleased to now be insured with yourselves for less that £200. this has saved us at least £350 and means that we can use our income to promote our charity. Thank you for your time and advice and no doubt we will come back next year for a quote.

Having contacted them by phone to enquire about insurance for my Scout Headquarters and equipment, I spoke to James Hill who did exactly what he said he would and arranged everything for us. Excellent service, phone calls and e mails answered straight away we hope not to need them.

We have used Access for five years. Always very good service. This year we needed to make some changes and the agent really 'pushed the boat out' to get us the best deal. Communication was excellent, keeping me up-to-date on progress. Highly recommend this company.

We have received very good service and certainly happy with the premium we now pay after our former insurer had raised the cost of our church insurance. My only concern was that there seemed to be some delay in proceeding with the insurance after we accepted the quote. However in the end this was handled speedily and efficiently.

I am using this insurance company for the first time ,I rang 5min before closing and needed insurance for the next day .the quote was emailed to me .and as promised I was called at 9am the next morning and cover was sorted in a few minutes .
The quote was the best for the cover is required .
Definitely recommend to anyone who needs cover .

I found the two people who I dealt with to be very helpful, understanding and efficient. Ms Taylor-Cupid sourced a suitable policy at a reasonable price very quickly. Unfortunately in an attempt to save time over the Bank Holiday we addressed our cheque incorrectly, however Ms Taylor-Cupid contacted me immediately to inform me of the error. Ms Harman-Baker subsequently resolved the situation effectively by arranging for the policy to be held open, with the original start date, until a new cheque was issued.

I advised the lad I spoke to Caleb what I needed and he went through it all and explained everything. However when I left a message for him to ring me back to clarify I did not get a ring back. However still took the insurance.. Excellent service but not quite 5 stars

I was given all the information I needed on my first enquiry. Phone calls near to renewal date covered any queries that had come up.
The cover was equal to our previous insurer at half the price.
recommended without reservation. I will advise all other scout groups I meet.
