We have used George from Ace Mechanics many times now, and couldn't recommend him highly enough. He is transparent with his quoting, professional and competent. I don't think there is anything he can't fix. The first time we used him to replace a starter motor on a Honda Odyssey. It was a HUGE job, as it entailed removing the entire engine/manifold. He did this efficiently all in the convenience of our home garage. As well as costing way less than the dealer, we also saved on expensive towing fees. The second time, we needed a new alternator. Again the cost was WAY less than the dealer's quote, plus we saved on towing fees. He has also done a couple of services for us as well as for our entire family (we are a 6 car family). We will continue to use George from ACE for our repairs and maintenance as we know that he is thorough, honest and reliable. We feel that we get excellent, honest service without feeling ripped off (like we often did when we went through the car dealer workshops). Thank you ACE and thank you George :)

Really happy with customer service from mechanic, he was early, didn’t muck me around found the problem and fixed it. The pricing was also very fair.

I was happy with the job by the mechanic. He was friendly and helpful as he came to my location on a Saturday morning, diagnosed the problem with the alternator which RACV battery replacement missed, then drove to another suburb to pick up the part my car required.

After having car problems called and spoke to a very nice real person who told us mechanic will be here within the hour.
WOW Mechanic arrived and we where back on the road same day. Fab mechanic and service .

Had ace mechanics michael come and look at my car as it was over heating he found the problem fast and saved me thousands as i had been quoted a fortune thanks Michael wont be using anyone else from now on

First call was to check my radiator, found out after pressure test needed a new one when I asked them to come back to fix it, they were great had to cancel as I didn't have the cash rang them a week later and they were here within 48 hours mind u one if those days was Anzac day. They took my first call out fee of the overall price, couldn't be happier. Found my mecanic for life. Thanks micheal.

I called Ace mechanics out today to fix my car wouldn't start I told him it i think it's was the starter motor because my previous mechanic told me it was on it's way out I just didn't have time to take it to him so I called Ace to get it done while I was at work I was informed by ace it's not the starter motor hill plug in and see what the computer says the computer come up with no codes I'm no mechanic but if a computer comes up with no codes that means the problems mechanically not Electrical so he saying it's the ECU I need to tow it to his factory and get the ECU sent away he couldn't give me a price known a little bit about cars I knew it was going to be expensive so I didn't do it I got home 4 hours later hit the starter motor a couple of times and the car started now taking it to my my mechanic to get it start motor replaced he also he told my wife that my mechanic doesn't know what he's talking about very disappointed i feel like i paid $190 for someone to come out turn the key like i did in the morning plug into the computer and tell me a nonsense story to rip me off

I recently needed a new battery for my Mazda CX5. Mine was completely flat. It was great to have the mechanic come to my home as I was new to Melbourne. Greg was very helpful & got the job done. Thanks! Will definitely be using Ace Mechanics again.

Had ace mechanics come out on very short notice to help get my car running again as I was stuck down in a parking lot, John who they sent out to me was amazing new exactly what was wrong without even looking at the car after I gave him a run down on what had happened, would highly recommend to anyone that is after a great friendly service and very well price too

I had my timing belt and kit replaced at home,other services quoted a higher price and that it will take all day to do but Ace Mechanics did it at a lesser price in less than 2 hours in my house! what an excellent service

Was a Sunday afternoon an my car started playing up an had no power, I had to drive to kinglake later in the day an had to have the car fixed. Quick google search an Ace mechanics popped up. Gave them a call an the lady on the phone was very polite gave me the price an said someone would be out in 1-4hr was worried as I had to leave in 4hrs,within half an hour I got a phone call from ace reception saying a tech was on his way! He identified the problem with my car an had to drive to source the parts an came back an replaced the leads coil pack an still the car wasn't running right. He said it's te module parts luckily he had one in the van an replaced that an then my car was running good again!! Was so happy he was able to get it all done within a couple of hours. I'm so grateful for the help they have me otherwise I wouldn't need know what I'd have done

We have used Ace mobile mechanics for 4 years now. The service is always prompt, affordable and the boys will always let u know what needs to be done right away and what can wait. I have recommended them to family and friends and all have been very happy with the service. I would not trust anyone else. Tod and all the boys are just amazing! Thanks guys.

To whom it may concern , I just wanted to convey my gratitude for your service and especially to the Mechanic (Todd?). He was a very professional and experienced mechanic with a pleasant disposition .
I had recently been hesitant in getting my car fixed as I had a bad experience last June with a dodgy mechanic who did not repair my car properly and fixing very unnecessary and non urgent issues .I researched on the internet and did quote comparisons and was confident with the fact that you had been in business over 30 years .
The mechanic that you sent explained everything that needed to be repaired and I knew by the performance of the car and the noises that I had experienced driving the car that he was being truthful . Called ACE to arrange a mechanic for the following day. Customer service was excellent and an appointment was made. Following day, ACE text me to advise mechanic was on the way with Greg arriving right on the agreed time. Greg was terrific persevering with a frustrating starting problem. He diagnosed the issue and quoted for the repair, returning later in the day to complete the repairs. Greg's skills as a mechanic were only surpassed by his politeness and customer service skills. Cant speak highly enough of Greg and the team at ACE.

Starter motor went on my 2006 Nissan xtrail. Greg came to the can and in 40mins he had it humming again.

Then you cannot go past Ace Mobile Mechanics. All the team are exceptionally good at their job, in particular Greg - he has serviced our Toyota Corolla since the day we bought it new in 2002 - not only is he good at his work, he is very honest in his recommendation for any work to be done now and what you can expect to be in need or replacement/repair at a future visit. All the mechanics are very well presented and leave your vehicle as clean as they found it, they are on time too.
What more can you ask?
