I called to ask questions about the product and the man I talked to told me I need two filters to filter perfume. When I ordered online and put the item in the cart it gave me the option for the additional filter which was the same filter that came with the product. So I have the incorrect filters. He also told me that the Techno filter would fit in the Sporta. He seemed as if I was bothering him. I called again after receiving my order to get information about the mask and a woman answered the call. She told me the filters are not interchangeable for those two mask and she seemed bothered by my call also. The customer service is HORRIBLE! Both of the people I spoke with displayed POOR people skills. I will not recommend this company to anyone! This was a horrible experience for me.

I received the Lady Bug steam cleaner just one week after ordering it from AchooAllergy with free shipping and I was able to tack it and knew that it had been shipped and was on the way. It arrived by UPS as promised and I have unpacked it and am learning how to use it. My overall experience with AchooAllergy I rate as excellent and I appreciate the 60 day no hassle return policy if I do not like the product! Longer than the return policy of any competitors selling Lady Bug steam cleaners! So far, I am really happy!

The blanket and mattress pad I ordered arrived in 5 business days. The stuff I buy from this site are all washable and it works for my allergy. It is hard to determine what is causing certain allergy symptoms, but at least I want to be sure that it is not comeing from my bedding materials and they do not hold dust mites' micro droppings.

I received the mask a couple of days ago. It is actually such an improvement over other cheaper masks I have used in the past. It is comfortable and easier to breathe while wearing. I have a large head and was a little concerned about the fit but everything is great so far.

Bought a Blue Air Pro L from AchooAllergy in Nov 2015.
Knowledgeable Professionals who helped me select the product.
When it came time in March 2016 for servicing the unit, AchooAllergy continued to provide both great product information and filters for the unit. Wow, these guys are great!!!
Recommend them.

I received a call from Julie asking about one item on my order. I had ordered a hepa filter along with my handheld vac, for my upright. She explained that I do not need a hepa filter for it because the bags do the filtering. So I ordered some more bags instead. I have since received my merchandise, and I actually got the merchandise before I got the email stating that it had been shipped. I am impressed with the customer service I received, and would recommend them to my friends!!!

I was thrilled with this company and especially the customer service representative that helped me with my first order towards the end of 2013 but the second order I placed was horrible. I placed my order online and when I signed into my account two days later to find out why I had not received a tracking number I saw that my order had not even been shipped yet. I was supposed to get my order with free 2nd day shipping and I was looking forward to receiving it on time. When I called customer service, the woman told me that my order had not shipped because my billing address is different than my shipping address. She said that someone had tried to call me on my cell phone to let me know. I checked my cell phone for any messages, missed calls, and received calls but there were none. When I explained to her that no one had called me and that I had been looking forward to receiving my miele vacuum cleaner in two days, she informed me that the person who was supposed to have called me had been working at achoo allergy for 5 years and if she said she called me then she called me. She then asked me if I would like to cancel my order. She was rude and did not care that she screwed my order up and she called me a liar. I sent an email to achoo allergy explaining that I did not appreciate being treated that way and they responded by telling me that my order would be shipping that day which put the arrival date 7 days away from the date I had placed my order because of the weekend. I will not order from this company again. They could have at least upgraded the shipping to next day instead of 2nd day which is what was included but they didn't suggest anything to make up for their mistake and that is wrong. From now on I will tell all my friends and relatives when they need to order anything for allergies, DO NOT order from Achoo Allergy!!! Oh, the email response they sent me also informed me that they had no record of the first order that I had placed with them. They seem to be hell bent on calling me a liar. Horrible customer service!!!

The service was excellent and my 3M 6291/07002 respirator worked as advertized.I was able to cut my lawn without being congested afterwards.I would highly recommend this product, in fact, I told my neighbor how well the product performed and he has ordered one.

I thought it would be hard getting the covers on the mattress and springs. It wasn't, took me all of 15 minutes combined. together with the pillow casings seems to be working.

I wish I could find my order number... I'm certainly proud that I found your website and was able to purchase one micro fiber dust mop head.. I'd hate to purchase several only to find out they aren't what I want or need. I used this mop head on my floor and it not only picked up all the dirt and dust, it also polished my floors to the point of being slick.. This truly isn't a bad thing as I have bad allergies and the micro fiber dust mop is making life and breathing a whole lot easier.. So, as the title says, don't settle for just any micro fiber dust mop head when you can have achooallergy dust mop head to get rid off at least 99% of the dust on your floors. I am 1001% satisfied with my purchase and will refer others with allergies to use this product...

Probably the most aggravating company that I ever dealt with in 30 years of business and personal experience. Purchased a crawl dehumidifier for over $1,000.00. Upon receipt I learned that the crawl space temperature conditions listed on Achoo's website, do not agree with the Manufacturers Specs. For that reason the unit was no good for my applications. When I contacted them for a return, they kept sending me the manufacturer's specs implying it was my fault, and totally ignored that their website specs were INCORRECT. Finally they authorized a return, but only if I absorbed half of the freight cost. They received my return 22 days ago, and still have not processed the $1,000.00 credit I'm due. After telling me 3 times in the past 10 days, that the credit was in process I finally just contacted my credit card company, and had them reverse my payment. When Achoo wants the difference between the reversed payment, and what they owe me, they'll issue the credit.

I ordered this Air Purifier on November 27, and paid for it on that date. It is now December 10, and I still do not have it. That is the reason for the two stars. It looks like they shipped it on December 8. I can tell you later how it was when it finally arrives.

It has arrived in excellent condition, and it works perfectly. I am very happy with it now. Will order again, sometime. Thank you.

i have 3 of IQAir HealthPro Plus that need to replace the pre-filter and V5 filter, i find AchooAllergy fits my needs and easy to shop and shipping, it also have good price that offer discount. nice experience....

I purchased a Miele Marin vacuum cleaner with SEB 236 brush head. The total purchase was $1,099.00. They shipped the two items in a box with no packaging material to protect the items. The box arrived UPS crushed on the corner and top. The styrofoam mold around the vacuum cleaner was also crushed from the impact of shipping. DO NOT PURCHASE fragile products from this company. I am going to test the vacuum cleaner. Hopefully it is not damaged from shipping.
