We have a product with Advantage and until recently I have had no reason to be in touch, our product works well and we have had no issues whatsoever, however with our renewal fast approaching, I was contacted yesterday to discuss my options. I spoke to a lady called Emily who was so helpful, she has really increased my feeling from neutral to happy. She has done as she has promised all the way along, and was friendly and polite throughout. Well done Emily, and advantage, I am suitably impressed.

1-1 session on Sage Report Designer. Had a remote session with Paul who went through all the things I had asked for and more. Made me feel much more confident on report designer and taught me the things I wanted. Perfect remote training session, can't wait to update my reports now!!

I cannot praise Neil enough for the help and support he has given me over the last few weeks with forwarding the pension data to my pension provider. His patience and kindness I am sure is way above the call of duty. He always manages to calm me down and put it right for me. I just don't know what I am doing wrong.
I am doing payroll on Thursday next week instead of tuesday. Please have him on standby for me.
I will try very hard not to bother him.I

First class support service: Advantage Services has provided our organisation with exception support for many years. Our recent dealings with them have surpassed our expectations. With a team of experts they have always been able to resolve our issues, both quickly and to our complete satisfaction. We have been particularly impressed with their ability to produce bespoke add-on software and their in-depth knowledge of Report Writer which has its own very unique query language. The products they have helped us to produce have enhanced our working practices, made processes more efficient (saved time) and improved accuracy.
