I was honestly scared to order from this store because of these reviews but I had excellent service. I ordered a dress, heels, and earrings. Everything came in 3 days and it fits and ISN'T BAD QUALITY. Beware of online reviews, hardly anyone goes online to write good reviews but everyone goes to write bad ones because they're enraged. Sh*t happens, packages get lost, misplaced, etc... It happens everywhere, I love the outfit I got and for such cheap prices! Jesus, I sound like I got paid to write this review lol

Well, the thing is that you do get charged multiple times, BUT that is because your billing address listed is not the same as your banking billing address. The same thing happened to me also, and I talked to a customer service worker. She was very friendly and I got everything solved. So I reordered with the correct billing address and my order was confirmed! btw, it looks like you get charged, but if the order was not confirmed then A'Gaci does not charge your card and your bank will hold it as a 'holding fund' but will release those funds after a few days. The clothes on this website are indeed very cute and hard to resist! goodluck!

I just found their website and instantly fell in love with everything.... I spent 2 days shopping and adding things to my cart... I finally was ready to order and was completely taken back by the shipping costs.... I live in Ontario, Canada..... my entire order costed $120.87.....shipping costs were $119. I cannot physically believe this... so I emailed customer service thinking it must have been a mistake.... I was told the shipping is estimated by your area (fine I get that)... so I asked where the product ships from and was told Kentucky..... so apparently from Kentucky to Ontario it costs $119 to ship.... absolutely bull$#*!. I've ordered from Australia before and shipping was only $10 and that was across the entire world. lol. I'm so disappointed ... I wanted a lot of items from the site but I cannot justify spending the same amount for shipping then what my order is. absolutely ridiculous.... if you don't live in the U.S don't buy.

I ordered from agaci recently and accidentally input my new shipping address as my billing. The status of my order (#338868) was "shipped" and a pending charge was placed on my card. I waited to receive my tracking number for a week not knowing my info was wrong. I wasn't contacted at all over that time by agaci. I called customer service and left a message, got no reply within 2 days. I sent an e-mail and was finally told my info was incorrect. I had to call 8 times to speak to a live person to confirm the correct information. I'm very displeased with how this was handled and now I will be getting my order MUCH later. An issue that takes a simple e-mail to fix should not impede the shipping of my order for over a week. The site is otherwise very good but I don't think they handle issues well or very swiftly.

Working at agaci is probably the worst job you would ever want to work at. Florida mall especially. The managers sucks and they Don't know how to manager. I'm surprised it's still even open.

I absolutely love the styles and looks of clothing and shoes at Agaci but they are cheaply made and get strings hanging off easily and shoe soles seem to peel off after some use. All dresses are spot clean or dry clean only and the workers do not tell you at all (like Victoria's secret will with purchase). Overall the quality of products here is poor and cost is a little high for cheaply made items.

I've only ever ordered online which sounds like the way to go based on the reviews... I have always had a great experience with them. I constantly order clothes from there because they have free returns so it's not a hassle to return anything that doesn't fit. They are pretty quick too... the last order I placed was on the 19th, it shipped the 20th and was delivered the 24th. The credit for the returns is quick also... way better than ordering from Tobi. I would recommend Agaci but order online (free shipping over $50).

You never should even think about working for agaci. Epsically the one in the Florida mall . Working for Sidney is like working for a $#*!. She's a very cold hearted person. A family member could be dying and she would not let u call out. No matter what, even though she puts everyone to work when the rules are that someone has to cover your shift. She will call you names and everything and she won't care. She's a very ignorant person and selfish. So if I decide to work there , good luck. She will do you dirty no matter how long you've worked their. She claims she's worked in retail for a long time but obviously she needs to go back and study that because she has screamed at her employees in front of customers so .

Received $150 gift card from my daughter for my birthday. She was told by the in store sales person before purchasing that I can use on line since I live 2.5hrs away from nearest store. LIES LIES LIES. No place to put gift card during checkout, they will gladly accept your credit card. Disappointed with A'GACI.

They cancelled my order due to lack of availability they should update thir online shopping they should have said it was out of stock. ...they never deposit my money back bad customer service when i called to ask if i can just order another size they only said that i had to place another order and they had to charge me shipping because it was under 50 dollars and i told them that that was why i had order them with other items in my first order they did nothing about it didn't even apologize

Wow reading the other reviews I'm shocked I've been ordering and shopping at Agaci for almost four years. It's one of my favorite stores.They always have amazing deals and they ship fast to my house. I have never had a problem with there staff near me but then again I'm located in Chicago so I guess it depend on the location/state. As far as ordering there always on point for me! 5 stars!

really fast shipping. didnt expect that with the free shipping. i received it in 3 days!! products seemed pretty good. (a dress and necklace) the only bad thing was that there was a hole right in the middle of the stomach area about the size of the back of a #2 pencil eraser...

I found this super cute clothes store by a super model I follow on instagram. I browsed the website and immediately found tons of adorable clothes for not - so - expensive! I didn't know if the site was legit so I looked it up here, and there were horrible reviews!!! Most of the bad reviews were about the actual store, but I was ordering online, so I decided to order something kinda cheap to see if it would ship. It came 2 days earlier than expected!!! May be my FAVORITE TOP EVER!!!!! I admit the material was a little different than the photo online, but it looked even better!! Definitely ordering from here again!

Looking at the awful reviews I was weary to shop here but I had to get something since they were having a 40% sale for Memorial Day. I ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes and it took a week to deliver. I was extremely happy about the shoes and Ive ordered since then with no issues so far.

THE CLOTHES ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, most of the time. BUT POLICIES, you should make sure you know all of them. Sale items, non-returnable. I found a hole in my sweater and I had to wait for an approval e-mail whether or not I could return it! This hole had the potential to destroy my sweater but I had to wait for an approval before returning the item! A sale item I bought was too small, but here's the worst part, it doesn't fit but I still have to keep it! Final sale items are non-returnable! All stores have flaws though. Good things about this site are that it's affordable, in-style, always changing! Bad things are that they don't have much stock, what's in the cart one day is gone the next. What I experienced recently was that my cart was full with items I liked and I entered all the information of my credit card, but before I could FINISH and FINALIZE my order, it notified me that two items had been sold out. This makes me feel that this site is a little unreliable due to stock. Also, in that same order, after my order had been finalized, a day later I was notified that two items weren't available so I wouldn't receive them!

I've only ever shopped in a store in the Mall of America. I thought the workers were very nice to me at least. I was searching for rompers and they pointed me in the right direction. I ended up buying two shirts, a romper, and a pair heels for under $100. Everything fit amazingly! But I need to find a dress for a dinner cruise coming up in May and I'm interested in ordering online. After reading mixed reviews I don't know for sure what I'm going to do yet. I guess I'll just have to see

These are some terrible reviews if I haven't bought from them before I'd never think to try. Like someone said people rarely write good reviews so let me add my good experience. I've been shopping online and always get my order to time. For the price the quality is good they fit nicely. I prefer shopping here than other stores.

I ordered online and almost a month later still haven't received my package. I called to see what can be done rep said he'd put a request to find the package and give me 10% off my next purchase and to look out in my email for an update within 24 hours. 10 days later still nothing! I called again the rep offers to do a reship then says they're not available anymore and a refund will take 3 business days on their end. I don't trust this company. They don't care and don't follow through. Opt out for a better clothing company.

This job was genuinely the worst experience I've ever had, management stole and got away with it by accusing other employees when the employees found out, nobody trained new employees right, regular employees were fired and management just got slaps on the wrist, pay and scheduling was AWFUL!! Would not recommend this job to even my enemies. DO NOT work for Ingram Park Mall Agaci!!

I shop online more than thousands of dollars just this store alone, just bc I need 3 outfits every week no repeat, I have no problem with my order at all, price are good, shipping is free and fast thou sometime size small a bit tight and I returned with no problem. Too bad they are going out business filed bankruptcy closed many stores. I hope online store remain open. Thanks agaci!!
