Booking with Al Fresco for the second time and recommended a friend who is going to Les Praries this year. From the online chat to the advisor finding the best deal for my family it was all excellent from start to finish.

I like Al Fresco and the couriers and site at La Brasilia are wonderful but your price increases are starting to make it impossible to book they are way too high in the summer months and we can no longer afford to book in June July or August

I spoke to Deborah Phillips from Al Fresco and found her extremely helpful and pleasant,, as well as being efficient. She answered all my queries and then rang me back punctually at the time we had decided so that we could make the booking. She was an excellent ambassador for Al Fresco.

Very good advice on the first phone call regarding the 2 possible locations for our holiday from Gillian. The next night we reserved accommodation but then had to alter it as the flights we needed changed. Again, this was dealt with very quickly and easily.

They got the vehicle make and model wrong for my ferry crossing, I now have to phone up and change, I was not asked if I wanted to add another stay (which I did) nor asked if I wanted to add travel. I had to ask for both of these things!

I have called alfresco 3 times for advice on booking and holiday and spoke to 3 different members of staff all were as helpful, knowledgeable and friendly as each other. Really made me want to book with nobody eles.

Easy Booking system, after booking with eurocamp for last 10 years decided because of a few issues with eurocamp`s accommodation standards in some resorts being scruffy and not up to standard as they were using dated older accommodation i was impressed with the accommodation standard shown on the alfresco website, and it was a more competitive price with higher standard accommodation also cheaper than eurocamp ...... so 5 starts to alfresco, i hope when we get there it lives up to expectations.

I’ve rated Al Fresco five stars because you can’t fault the service and booking. Gave me all the information I needed to book, all the information for the future. Ideal family break. So affordable out of term time while our son is small and not at school.
