The website is easy to navigate and use, i was kept updated with the progress of my delivery which even during the exceptionally busy time during COVID-19 wasn't slow and the delivery driver was a gentleman. I'm so pleased to have found Alliance, I will certainly be using them again, Thank You!

Ordered the goods and was informed that delivery would be within 5 days
and that's exactly when delivery took place, even at this time of year.
I will certainly recommend Alliance to friends and family.

Delivery expected to be on Friday and was Monday. One bottle had leaked through box, courier could have noticed it? Still, overall happy with Alliance Online as they processed order well despite error on my part with payment.

Order placed 07:19 on 08/04/2015. products did not arrive until 16.40 on 10.04.15
not a great problem but advertised as next day delivery if ordered before 5pm

Ordered product, (first order over £117), on 26/06/2015 before 3pm for guaranteed next working day delivery. That should have been Monday 29/06/2015. Heard nothing and had no failed del attempt message, so chased-up on Thurs 02/07/2015. Was told delivery attempted on wed 01/07/2015, no reply, but no card or message was left. Lady asked if I could take del on Friday 03/07/2015, said yes, she put my mobile number on del note and said driver would call first. Waited all day , no show. Received email on Monday 06/07/2015 @ 4am saying del today. Driver turned up without phoning, received goods ok. I need this product for my business, consequently I lost a weeks business. Dreadful, service.
