I lodged the claim and it resolved within couple of days so my policy worth it. We have been with Allianz (OSHC) for 27 months and it is really of good value.

I called to inquire if flu faccine is covered in my policy. Miss Gillespier was kind and pleasantly to explain in detail, especially this time of isolation and when phone call is important.

I had a single appointment only and the insurance cover only 1/3 of it. It took me a while to get my refund because of a problem in the app that was never solved (which means that, if I were to get a refund again, I would have had to go to their central, in the city, the only one close). Not very convenient.

We are visiting from USA & got stranded in Australia longer than we expected because of the virus. We had coverage, but was to run out before we were permitted to leave Australia or know when it might happen. We extended our coverage & Greg @ Allianz was great in assisting us to extend. I would recommend to anyone to use your service.

I paid up front for 4 years of student health care while I was studying in Australia. The entire time I was I was told my service would end in April 2020, including on my online member account and on my insurance card, as well as receiving emails advising me my cover expires in April 2020. As such, when the date rolled around I started a new insurance just before my OSHC was to expire. Weeks later I find out Allianz stopped my insurance in March 2020 and I have been living without insurance for weeks. I called multiple times to have this sorted out and I was continuously hand balled off to new people and hung up on. No one would help me and all I would ever get from them was "I should have read the small print and it's my responsibility to pay attention to those details" I find it shocking to intentionally deceive customers, especially considering I am willing to pay whatever to keep my insurance continued and money is not an issue. I simply want to be properly covered. The costumer service has been horrible and they have been deceiving and unwilling to work with me. I now will not be allowed another visa in Australia because of this and have to be on a year old waiting period for all my previous ailments. I am disgusted with this company and would not recommend to anyone.

This afternoon I made a call to Allianz OSHC through this number (136742), and I was very thankful for the amazing customer service provided by one of your staff (Kiyomi E). Kiyomi has worked assiduously, patiently and thoroughly to ensure that I am fully informed of what steps I should take after this call. At first, I was very hesitant to make a call as I thought it would be such a long and complicated process. However, Kiyomi's help and assistance have made my four years of experience with Allianz very pleasant. Kiyomi is to be commended on how dedicated she is to her work with her caring approach.

I have been using Allianz for four years during my study in Australia, no complain. They offer students really good policies. Very easy to use, the claims are always taken effectively, no hassles at all. They also have fantastic consumer service team, which is very important for international students. Anna Basa is the best service consultant I have ever met. She has been so helpful and patient to help me with my policy changing and extension and guided me to set up my account step by step. I have really good experience with her and Allianz. My suggestion is do not waste your money on some cheap insurance company, because their policies and service are not good enough. If you got sick during your study, it will not help you a lot.

It’s very easy to purchase the policy but it’s much more difficult to claim it back later.they said 10 days to response but it took 12 days and I have to ring them.not all but some ladies in phone were really rude.

A policy that only pays 80% of the Medicare levy is not worth the paper its
Written on, and when canceled only got back a quarter of the policy amount after only 2months of being covered

I have been with the policy for two years and I am happy with the service. The staff at Monash University is excellent. The responses for the claims are quick and easy to lodge the claim. I have faced no problem until now.

I have been trying to email Allianz asking about my cover details since last 3 week, sent 3 emails, and still haven't heard anything back from them.

I was with them for 4 years for my OSHC, and without any doubts, still decided to continue with them for my OVHC. Feeling so disappointed with how they respond and consider to switch the company after this.
