Good products at reasonable prices. They make is easy to do business with. Only criticism is that the ring I bought had sharp prongs that had to be fixed by a jeweler.

Absolutely love this website. They have a wide range and variety of options of different types of jewelry, offering something that will make the recipient's dreams come true, no matter how picky or specific they are, there's surely something available that will warm their heart. There's also an option to customize your own personal pieces. They offer layaway, (which is very rare to find nowadays especially) which I love, as well as other financing options to make it easier to get what you really want and deserve. I can't wait for my husband to check out my favorites...tee,hee,hee....
But I'm sure he can wait. Lol

I had ordered an engagement ring from another site that was much cheaper but once the ring arrived (very late) the stone was loose and it looked to be of cheap quality. Allurez got it right the first time and I will be a repeat customer.

Most excellent customer service and wonderfully splendid merchandise; their staff is super responsive and extremely knowledgeable; product pricing is very competitive, if not better for similar type items as compared to other on-line providers. Will most assuredly repeat business with them.

I first used Allurez to purchase my wife her wedding ring. It wss stunning and beautiful. Last year for our first anniversary I purchased my wife earrings. They were stunning. This year I will purchase another piece of jewelry for my wife from Allurez. They have impeccable quality and service!

Ring is pretty. Missing engraving which was pretty disappointing to my husband. Allurez offered to engrave it if I shipped it back but the ring is way to expensive to take the risk to keep shipping back and forth.

Honestly, i had no idea who or what Allurez was when i bought what are pretty expensive diamond earrings for my wife. In fact after buying them I wondered if I have been totally stupid about dealing with some company over the internet. Well all i can say is that my wife was ecstatic when she saw them - totally unique and beautiful design. But the real frosting came later when i purchased the earrings there was a promotion to get a free watch if you ordered before 6 pm... which i did. we got the watch, and frankly did not like it...too heavy for her. so i meekly reached out to Allurez to see what they would do for me - after all the watch was a freebee. Much to my surprise they told me to return it and when a new model came in the next month or so, which would be lighter weight they would send it. So the customer service was exceptional to say the least.
