Aloha from Deer

They don't have stock products and they start producting them when you pay. More than a month and a half until I received muy order. Sadly, I had to insist by email yo receive information about muy order.

I was reluctant to order based on all the negative reviews, but thought the trousers were too cool not to order, so I decided to buy them anyway. Admittedly, the delivery took longer than I’d have expected (ordered on 4th April - delivered on 19th May), but nevertheless they arrived today and I have to say, I think they’re great. The design is really cool, the material is actually pretty comfortable and they’re a good fit. Don’t get me wrong, the quality could be slightly better, but I’ve never seen anything like them around so still think they’re worth it.

Ordered two months ago. They have sent me mutiple emails saying 'Your Order Status has Changed' and yet still not dispatched.
They have also made me aware many times they are working at half staff and focussing most of their time and energy on producing masks, which is a great cause, but don't promise dispatch in 14 working days (which is still quite long) if you cannot fulfil it within even 4x that length of time.

I asked for a refund seeing as the order has taken so long and was replied to with a no as my order has been made, it's just in a pile waiting for dispatch which implies that the factory itself isn't at fault and they just have unresolved issues with their dispatch end.

They were extremely keen to take my money, and spend it on a huge social media marketing campaign, but are clearly not interested in investing it back into the company to ensure customer satisfaction.

I run a small clothing business myself and truly want to believe if I was in their position I would prioritise the people who are keeping them afloat.

I have put 2 stars because I have been assured by them that the quality of their products makes up for the wait (which i know is copy pasted from every support email), however I am staying optimistic that I will not regret ever clicking their link.

Seriously, stop doing marketing campaigns if you are not able to stay behind your client's orders. I've placed my order a month ago, money were taken immediately but order it's still in pending. It's very nice of you having turned your business into a face masks production for helping hospitals. But then just stop taking orders from customers if you cannot deliver, or at least warn your customers BEFORE the order is placed to set at least expectations.
I believe at this point that your intentions are malicious and I still have no clue on when my order will be shipped. It was supposed to be a birthday present which will obviously not arrive on time or perhaps ever.

No replies to my messages, no goods received. Terrible company.

I ordered products a while back and Im constantly getting messages how my order will be inevitably delayed due to the fact that they are only producing garments that suit the fight against Covid-19.

In other words, if you place an order now, youre gonna wait at least 2 months.

They didn't warn me about this before placing my order. Obviously, no one responded to my emails.

Let's hope the products are at least not as bad as their service.

29th March - ordered a pair of jogging bottoms
6th April - I emailed to check status as it was still "pending".
8th April - received an email saying that manufacturing takes 21 days (why don't they say this on their website?).
8th April (again) - receive an email saying the "status of my order has been changed". I check the status and it hasn't been changed.
19th April - receive an email stating that due to Covid-19 they are currently experiencing "minor logistical problems" which means shipment will be later than planned.
27th April - I email asking for an update on delivery time
29th April - receive an email saying they are now making PPE for hospitals in Poland and so everything is delayed (Perhaps they should say this on their website? Or even reduce the quantity of orders they are taking?). I will receive my order at the start of May
13th May - I email again requesting a genuine expectation of when my order will be complete.
15th May - receive an email, finally an apology! Apparently they only have half the staff and manufacturing takes 21 days with full staff. I guess I am supposed to do the maths! No date given for my order to be completed.

So, who knows when I will receive my order! If I will receive it at all! Most good companies have a covering note on their website to state how they are proceeding during these exceptional circumstances. The fact they say nothing at all should have been a warning to me. Avoid!

I found this company online and absolutely LOVE their designs! Saw a lot of different items I was interested in ordering, but I did have a few questions regarding sizing, etc. Unfortunately I have been unsuccessful at reaching their customer service for the past 2 weeks. I've tried posting to Facebook (they post on their page every day, but visitor posts are removed and ignored) and have attempted to contact them by phone and through WhatsApp. There is never any reply. Although it would appear they are a genuine company, there is no way I am parting with my hard-earned cash and rewarding a company with my business that is already showing itself as totally unreliable. Of course they haven't actually scammed me out of any money, and perhaps they are just a small company that isn't run very professionally. Hence 2 stars instead of just 1.

It has been a month since my order and the items are still not delivered. They are lying about the reasons why it is taking so long and have a new excuse every week when I write them. Would not recommend to anyone.

I ordered this a month ago and haven't received anything, I am extremely disappointed! I asked for a refund and no answers! Please stay away from this company or you'll just loose your money! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I just got my order (Hard unicorn women sweatshirt and Fk you ultra blue Hoodie) and I'm more than satisfied! The material is very nice. I was a little scared that the colors would be faded, but they are exactly the same as in the picture. I was a bit surprised by the long realization time, but I didn't know that the company sews to order, but it was definitely worth the wait!

UPDATE TO THE BELOW:

Alpha have now contacted again to say they have dispatched the item and once that has happened it can not be cancelled. I honestly couldn’t make this up. I have told them three times that I cancelled it over a week before it was dispatched. Absolutely no admission or responsibility being taken. I am absolutely astounded at their organisation - it is truly awful.

I put an order through in late March, it is now the first week of May and I have not received it. I contacted Aloha from Deer to explain this was a gift and due to the delay I wished to cancel the order. I heard nothing back so I emailed again. Still nothing. I contacted them on Instagram and received a reply to my email after that. They asked me to confirm that cancelling the order was my final decision, I replied to this email with 30 minutes. No further reply. I messaged on Instagram again but no reply there this time either. I then received an email around 7 days later to say my order had been dispatched. I instantly emailed them to ask why the order hadn't been cancelled and refunded and was told they managed to send it out before getting that email, even though my email had been sent 7 days before the item was posted - how is that possible!? I am furious at the customer service, and now appears I'll now receive something I need to return to Poland at my own expense. The emails have been going on for over three weeks, there has been plenty time to resolve this. Avoid them like the plague, terribly organised and terrible with people experience.

Its been over 1 month and I have not recieved my order. Sent me emails claiming they produce facemasks for hosptials. I doubt that. Not any company can just switch production from regular clothes to high grade face masks. Type IIR, FFP2 and FFP3 face masks are not that easy to make.

After 2 months, I still didn’t get my order. When I contacted to find out where is my order, they told me that it would be delayed because the company is getting involved in charity(making masks for polish hospitals due to the Covid-19 situation) which is a very good thing.
But they should let the customers know about these kind of things. And in the answer no apologies, “ the quality of your product will compensate my waiting”. Don’t even think about asking for a refund, we never answer to me when I asked on different mails.
Very bad customer service

Terrible experience:
- ordered something on 7th April, said order could take up to 5 days
- 15 days later emailed to me quite, no response
- 5 days later emailed again, was told products needs at least 21 days to be produced (never explained before purchase)
- I have asked for a date of delivery and never had this information
- I have asked for a refund, no answer
It’s been now 23 days.
It’s stupid and very bad customer experience.
The information is manipulated when you buy and customer services answers are vague or dishonest.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

it's interesting that all the 5 star reviews are submitted by users with only 1 review, (being the one for Aloha from deer) and yet the negative reviews seem to have been submitted by people with many more reviews which leads me to believe the 5 star reviews are planted by the marketing team, moreover the discounts they supposedly have in place are false as no prices have changed, another marketing scam designed so that when a consumer sees that the product is 50% off they are more inclined to make a purchase. After reading many reviews it appears that Aloha from deer just want t take your money

I had read some less than favourable reviews, some saying it had taken months for their orders to arrive. The case was the opposite for me though, I received mine in less than 2 weeks. The joggers were a slightly different material than I thought but overall I like em. They do look cool. A month on and they’ve started to go a bit bobbly, I initially bought them for gym but think they’re better suited for loungewear

Gast delivery and Nice product. Happy!?

They take ages which at first I was ok with. Now I just think they've taken my money and are never going to send me the clothes. It's been about three months now. I complained after a month and they promised they would send them but they never arrived.

I am not a bot and I am not paid for it :D And I do like both the clothes and the customer service. I ordered from them 2 times, and both times the quality was excellent. I love the print quality, very professional. Materials are soft and durable, nice to the skin.

Delivery takes time, but it's because they make clothes on demand, which I find awesome. If you are not in a hurry, it's definitely worth it.
I also have never had problems with communicating, they have always replied to my e-mails.
