They have also made me aware many times they are working at half staff and focussing most of their time and energy on producing masks, which is a great cause, but don't promise dispatch in 14 working days (which is still quite long) if you cannot fulfil it within even 4x that length of time.
I asked for a refund seeing as the order has taken so long and was replied to with a no as my order has been made, it's just in a pile waiting for dispatch which implies that the factory itself isn't at fault and they just have unresolved issues with their dispatch end.
They were extremely keen to take my money, and spend it on a huge social media marketing campaign, but are clearly not interested in investing it back into the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
I run a small clothing business myself and truly want to believe if I was in their position I would prioritise the people who are keeping them afloat.
I have put 2 stars because I have been assured by them that the quality of their products makes up for the wait (which i know is copy pasted from every support email), however I am staying optimistic that I will not regret ever clicking their link.
I believe at this point that your intentions are malicious and I still have no clue on when my order will be shipped. It was supposed to be a birthday present which will obviously not arrive on time or perhaps ever.
Avoid!
In other words, if you place an order now, youre gonna wait at least 2 months.
They didn't warn me about this before placing my order. Obviously, no one responded to my emails.
Let's hope the products are at least not as bad as their service.
6th April - I emailed to check status as it was still "pending".
8th April - received an email saying that manufacturing takes 21 days (why don't they say this on their website?).
8th April (again) - receive an email saying the "status of my order has been changed". I check the status and it hasn't been changed.
19th April - receive an email stating that due to Covid-19 they are currently experiencing "minor logistical problems" which means shipment will be later than planned.
27th April - I email asking for an update on delivery time
29th April - receive an email saying they are now making PPE for hospitals in Poland and so everything is delayed (Perhaps they should say this on their website? Or even reduce the quantity of orders they are taking?). I will receive my order at the start of May
13th May - I email again requesting a genuine expectation of when my order will be complete.
15th May - receive an email, finally an apology! Apparently they only have half the staff and manufacturing takes 21 days with full staff. I guess I am supposed to do the maths! No date given for my order to be completed.
So, who knows when I will receive my order! If I will receive it at all! Most good companies have a covering note on their website to state how they are proceeding during these exceptional circumstances. The fact they say nothing at all should have been a warning to me. Avoid!

Alpha have now contacted again to say they have dispatched the item and once that has happened it can not be cancelled. I honestly couldn’t make this up. I have told them three times that I cancelled it over a week before it was dispatched. Absolutely no admission or responsibility being taken. I am absolutely astounded at their organisation - it is truly awful.
I put an order through in late March, it is now the first week of May and I have not received it. I contacted Aloha from Deer to explain this was a gift and due to the delay I wished to cancel the order. I heard nothing back so I emailed again. Still nothing. I contacted them on Instagram and received a reply to my email after that. They asked me to confirm that cancelling the order was my final decision, I replied to this email with 30 minutes. No further reply. I messaged on Instagram again but no reply there this time either. I then received an email around 7 days later to say my order had been dispatched. I instantly emailed them to ask why the order hadn't been cancelled and refunded and was told they managed to send it out before getting that email, even though my email had been sent 7 days before the item was posted - how is that possible!? I am furious at the customer service, and now appears I'll now receive something I need to return to Poland at my own expense. The emails have been going on for over three weeks, there has been plenty time to resolve this. Avoid them like the plague, terribly organised and terrible with people experience.
But they should let the customers know about these kind of things. And in the answer no apologies, “ the quality of your product will compensate my waiting”. Don’t even think about asking for a refund, we never answer to me when I asked on different mails.
Very bad customer service
- ordered something on 7th April, said order could take up to 5 days
- 15 days later emailed to me quite, no response
- 5 days later emailed again, was told products needs at least 21 days to be produced (never explained before purchase)
- I have asked for a date of delivery and never had this information
- I have asked for a refund, no answer
It’s been now 23 days.
It’s stupid and very bad customer experience.
The information is manipulated when you buy and customer services answers are vague or dishonest.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Delivery takes time, but it's because they make clothes on demand, which I find awesome. If you are not in a hurry, it's definitely worth it.
I also have never had problems with communicating, they have always replied to my e-mails.
