Please don’t work with this company. I’m going to study my Master’s in September (London) and I trusted Amber Students and made my booking with them for a studio for 51 weeks (that’s the time my master’s last) but the agent named “Shaurya” decided to unfairly proceed with my booking for 44 weeks just because “there was no availability for 51 weeks just for 44”. He never asked if I wanted to change my contract for 44 weeks, he Never asked for permission. Now I don’t have where to live for 7 weeks. I asked if they could give me my money for my booking back and they just tell me to write to an email that never responds.
They don’t care for the students, I recommend you working with “University Living” that is the business I’m working with from now on.

Being a student from India, I was a bit hesitant to pay advance to room for booking them through agents/ platforms. Siddharth from AmberStudent came up with multiple choices from the very first day. Seeing my situation and concerns that I expressed he worked through and got me a stay which doesn’t need me to pay anything in advance. Also with Covid-19 policy I got to know that even if my intake is deferred or Visa isn’t going through Cancellations would be convenient. Really a lot thanks to you Siddharth for helping me through out the process and explaining everything, even repeating answers for repeated doubts.

Aditi contacted me and my daughter with UK number but we didn’t answer her call. She did a good job by WhatsApp me. She assisted me to make booking at Atira La Trobe. She is helpful and really satisfied with her assistance. Thank you

I came across amber about 1 week before my leaving date. Since I was short on time I had slim hopes with it. Fortunately Ms Aditi helped me out and I got my accommodation within 3 days. Extremely happy with the services. Keep it up ????

We would like to thank your for all your support for securing accommodation for my son in Aspley Huddersfield

He has reached the accommodation today and even completed his University formalities


We appreciate your kind efforts to get is the best and economical accommodation available accordingly

He will be finishing his 1st year in July 2020 and the 2nd semester starts in September 2020, please advice how can we secure the accommodation and when is the right time to confirm economical accommodation

Sagar (+44 7428 778950) is the best booking manager in the entire AmberStudent. He not only suggests you the most accurate property for you, but in later stages he also assists you 24/7. Personally he helped me a lot, when i faced a property issue. I strongly recommend him.

This was my first time using AmberStudent, as recommended by a student ambassador at my new school. The website was very easy to navigate and it helped me make my decision quickly. Though I wasn't able to book the properties I wanted, Abhishek did try to help me secure it and recommended others. When I paid my deposit, I thought I'd secured my room and went traveling in China. With internet restriction (like Whatsapp, gmail...) I didn't know my booking wasn't completed. I am very grateful that Abhishek continued to contact me (saw all his messages that didn't get through when I left China) and called me several times, and even helped me confirm my booking as I had trouble with my internet. I am very grateful that Abhishek helped me from trying to secure the property I wanted, recommended another good one, chased me down to ensure I secured my booking and actually helped me to secure it. Can't wait to live in the accommodation next month! Thank you Abhishek and AmberStudent!!!
