A Lady called Ellen comes to our office in Birmingham to replace the office flowers etc.

Lovely woman very friendly always have a good chat when shes here and she makes the flowers look amazing!

never leaves any mess behind thoroughly cleans up after herself.

Really polite and friendly.

Great no fuss service
We are lucky enough to have had our plants serviced by Peter (Brennan) for many years. He maintains the plants and gives us good advice, this means that we can relax and enjoy the plants without any effort or fuss.

We have Kerrie who attends the office and does an excellent job of maintaining our plants; she is professional, friendly and we hardly notice she is there.

1st class service from Ambius, and our regular rep from Ambius Jeanie Clark always does a great of keeping the plants looking good! Nothing is ever an issue for Jeanie, very hard worker. Would recommend as a company. Wee mention for Pauline as well for keeping us happy also.

Always been very helpful with solutions to our requirements, Clarissa is very easy to work with - she is very proactive in all of our dealings and has been extremely patient and proactive with everything she has been asked to provide. The products are of a high quality and any issues are swiftly rectified.

The Technician Kerrie Rollinson who attends our site at Digital Realty Cressex is an asset to your company, we are lucky to have her look after our plants.

She is always very polite and conscientious, she has an eye for detail always taking excellent care of our plants and never leaving any mess behind.

We look forward to her visits every three weeks.

Always been a great service, our operative who services the site is Peter Brennan who is very efficient in his role and always polite to the customer.

As a hotel we have used their services for over 10 years but recently the quality of their work has deteriorated significantly. They are supposed to maintain our grounds but there is moss and weeds everywhere, bushes have grown so tall they are blocking windows and fire escape routes, which is a Health and Safety issues.

We rent plants from them but they are not well looked after, the pots are chipped and battered, the plants look half dead.

I have repeatedly raised the issue with our Ambius Account Manager but they are not interested.

I recommend looking else where.

I have dealt with Ambius for a few years now and had issues with some external planting. I arranged an appointment with Tamryn who listened to my needs and arranged new external planting. Which looks great and the turnaround and installation was trouble free. The installation team worked well and we had no issues at all with them.

Tasha has looked after our plants for years they visit every 4 weeks, she is helpful, friendly and great at her job, we have recently moved offices so Ambius have been more the helpful with this, Ian came to remove the plants with no fuss, then Ian and Tasha have been back to fit out our new office and it looks great, would highly recommend to others.

Always great service from Lance Robinson, plants always look lovely and any problems with them he will come out the same day or next day latest to sort!

since I've been working here, the quality of the orchids we get have been great as usual, guests are always compliments at them, the general maintenance to the other plants is top notch as always, Big shout out to all the Ladies we've had Tracie, Vicki, and at current Belinda and Wendy covering for her :) thank you lot for time bringing life to our floor!!!

Margaret (who has retired) and Natasha have been coming to our offices for years now. Friendly, chatty and very very helpful - wouldn't be able to find anything to complain about. Conversations just flow as if with old friends you've not seen for a while.

Always nice to have a friendly face come into the office with some lovely plants to adorn the office.
