I’ve been paying my bill every month for the last 14- months. I had an issue with a item on my truck. Took it to my dealership. The first time I’ve used my insurance and the dealership got in touch with you which I called first to check with you and everything was set. Get my bill and it was Over 500.00 dollars. I said I have auto insurance,100.00 deductible. Dealership said my insurance wouldn’t cover it. I have Diamond status. So much for Diamond status. It Suck’s . Very disappointed.

I call because I needed to ask a question and the young man answered my question and he explained to me verywell what I wanted to no and I thank him again.

I just joined Carshield in early April and attempted to file my first claim mid May. The reps I spoke with related to my claim left me feeling like my integrity was in question. It was like their focus was not in finding ways to help me through this already stressful situation, but rather, their focus was on finding ways to justify denying my claim. I understand they have protocol to follow but their delivery needs a lot of work.

My experience when contacting American Auto Shield to file claim was a good one. The person I spoke with was very professional and courteous.

I had my kind of shot for 2 days my mechanic checked everything out they told me it was a compressor so they tell my mechanic my part isn't covered.. something told me to call the auto parts store they said I needed the AC clutch come to find out the compressor comes with the AC clutch... so they just lied don't peoples don't waste your time with them bad business

First time user, process was started on Thursday evening. Was told Friday morning that you used only Auto Zone parts and that the O'Rileys down the street could not be used. O'Rileys had part in stock.
Auto Zone said they would have to ship in the part and it would not be at the repair shop until close of business on Saturday. I went down the street to Auto Zone myself on Friday to see if the part was in stock and was told it wasn't, they would have to order it and it would be in by noon on Saturday if they ordered it. I of course didn't order the part but expected your part to arrive on time Saturday. Part did not arrive at repair shop on Saturday as told. As of Monday morning it still hasn't arrived and can't be located. Vehicle could have been ready Friday using O'Rileys part to satisfy customer but no that would have cost you addition fee. As of now the earliest it can be ready is Tuesday. I'm paying nearly $1,300 annually for this service. Five days to replace a radiator is totally unsatisfactory and not a good way to treat a new customer. At this time I would not recommend your service to others...........

I take back those things that I said about this COMPANY, thanks to Ms. Angie who by the way was a pleasure to speak with she explained EVERYTHING and made it all CLEAR to me & I appreciate that a LOT. Thank you & STAY HEALTHY. PEACE

This was my first claim & the experience was just awful, customer service was not helpful at all they were very rude, I was told that the contract covered electrical issues & it didn’t I had to find someone who takes American Auto Shield, so what am I paying for. They told me they would have to review the reimbursement of a rental car after my car was in the shop for 8 days. I am
totally baffled. I waited for my adjuster to take my call after being on hold for two (2) hours I hung with no information or anything still haven’t heard anything from anyone at American Auto Shield. WOW.
