The shoes i got look like they were used. They actually have marks on them which don't exactly match the off white color i ordered. I'm going to give them a formal complaint in addition to this if possible. Unfortunately because they were clearance i am stuck with them and of course i can edit them for pics but what would've been nice would've been a good quality product! I'd be ashamed if i sold anyone shoes and they had marks on them! That's pathetic

I ordered on June 13 and my package has still not come. I finally got an email on June 25 saying it shipped so I became optimistic, but the package hasn't received any more notifications that it has moved along the way. It still hasn't left California and its been 4 days! Something seems fishy here... I better get my package... I will never be ordering here again because of the stress this has caused me. I purchased a color metallic string bikini not sure if my wife would like it or even try it on? Then she walked into the room in a it and a pair of stilettos! Excellent quality! Awesome pricing! It looked as if it was custom tailored for her! I immediately went online and ordered the leopard V bikini! After seeing herself in the bronze bikini and loving it she could not wait to try on the leopard print! She put the Victoria secret girls to shame! Awesome site! We will be shopping here often!

I usually go to this site for most of my clothes when i wanna look great from head to toe. But as of late its hasnt had much of a selection to choose from. I usually binge out and buy a bunch of stuff shoes and dresses but i just got one sweater dress this time around. Hopefully after this whole thing with staying home i can show off some new looks and find some hot things on here. Love you guys!

After reading all of these reviews, I should have stopped by this website before placing an order with them. I ordered 4 bathing suits and only received 2. I saved the package and the items and sent them the photos as asked. They told me according to their records they shipped all four items. I told them if they look at the weight it could prove that only two items were in the package. According to them, the weight matches what would have been four bathing suits in the package. I asked them for proof because there is no way the weight would have reflected that of 4 swimsuits. I am beyong pissed, that I can't speak to an actual person and that I waisted my money. I want my bathing suits or I want my money back. Obviously your company has a history of not shipping all items, quit taking peoples money. I am still waiting for proof from them on the weight of the package. This company is ridiculous.

I placed an order on June 17th and paid for PRIORITY shipping. My order was $200, you’d think they’d at least answer my emails? Wrong. It’s been days and my order is still processing even though their website’s faq says that orders process in 2 business days. Also, their automated response email says that right now, due to COVID-19, their offices are closed but that their warehouse is fully operational and orders are being processed and shipped in ONE BUSINESS DAY. But guess what? That’s BS. I needed my bikinis before July 3rd when I leave on vacation, and may I remind you I spent $200 on basically all the bikinis I planned to where everyday for my trip from this website. I highly doubt I’ll get them on time, so now I have to go waste more money. The customer service is terrible. By far the worst customer service I’ve experienced and I’m not exaggerating. I’ve called a million times, even at the crack of dawn when they first open, and have never been able to talk to a representative. I’ve sent at least 4 emails and have heard nothing back. I swear to god if I don’t get my order before my trip....I will file a claim with my bank simply because of the false information on their faqs regarding their shipping policy and also because I have no way of contacting them and seeing if my order has shipped or not or if it will even be shipped. And guess what? My bank will 100% return my money. I HOPE ALL OF YOU EXPERIENCING THE SAME PROBLEM ALSO FILE A CLAIM WITH YOUR BANK AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

UPDATE: Amiclubwear are also lying! I have email correspondence from them on August 5th saying they filed a LOST PACKAGE CLAIM with USPS

We placed an order in July. 1 item is still back ordered and the rest got lost by fedex. Fedex finally found the package at the end of August they finally found it and it was supposed to be delivered by USPS. I got an update from Fedex saying they found it and decided to deliver it themselves. We had moved to Florida from California that week. Fedex said they had no control over changing the shipping but that they wouldn’t stop delivering it unless they heard from Amiclubwear. Amiclubwear wouldn’t answer my calls or emails. Fedex dropped it at a house I no longer lived at on the opposite side of the country from where I am now. If they had given it to USPS like they were supposed to , it would have been forwarded here like my mail. Still I have reached out to Amiclubwear for a solution and I still get no response. I had ordered from them for years but losing this kind of money and getting zero response is not acceptable.

Terrible customer service. I had to wait two weeks for my order to even process! I had to send them an email threatening to ask for a refund for my order to even be "shipped". I ordered one thing! and it NEVER came in. REFUND PLEASE

Whenever I need to grab a quick outfit or the perfect pair of shoes I go to AMIclubwear! They never fail me, even if I don't find what I came looking for... there's always an alternative either equally appealing or better!

I have order from amiclubwear several times now, However the shoe size is not great any more. Placed an order the order was placed twice same items charged for twice. The costumer service is none unable to talk to any one to resolve matters. Looking at some of the reviews its apparent no ones checking.

I placed an order 6/12 and haven't received shipping conformation, status says processing. Update: its been 5 days since I posted this, and still NOTHING. No response via email, telephone, or social media. This is
the absolute worst company I have ever ordered anything from in my life no exaggeration. I wish someone would respond to let me know if I will receive my items on time or not. Shop elsewhere and save yourselves this hassle!
Update 6/29- I received the shipment minus 2 swimsuits. According to the packing slip 2 suits are on backorder, which I was NEVER informed until I opened the package. Please just refund me for those two at this point.

THIEVES!!!! Stay away. I ordered three pairs of shoes. I was charged for all three but they only sent two. When I asked for the third pair, they issued no refund and asked for a photo of the box??? Never again

Since the first time I've purchased from this site I've had nothing but excellent responses from friends family, random people, and especially from myself. When I put on any product I feel like a flame of fire that no one can put out.

I ordered a pair of boots on june26 and we are in July.
What the hell happened to my order!!! .. Now they are telling me its on back up order . wow ... Run my card and no item is bs.. Yet still have not received a phone call

I am first time customer for this site. My first hurdle was the significant amount of time it took for my items to shipped. I placed an order on 6/25/20, and received my items on 7/2/20. I went back the following day, 6/26/20, and placed another order. As of today, 7/15/20, I have yet to received a shipping number nor what I've paid for. A shipment coming from California should NOT take this long. My second hurdle was the size of the swimsuits, I ordered a large and they completely fit like a small. Third hurdle, customer service doesn't exist, after multiple days, multiple calls...they do not answer phones!!!

I have been a customer for years now and placed a fairly sizable order (#112533238) on July 7. I found it odd that I hadn't received a shipping confirmation within 2 days like I had in the past so I sent emails and called the company's phone number a few times (and was placed on hold for 15 minutes each time before being sent to voicemail) with no answer. As I'm sure anyone can understand, it is quite frustrating that a company representative has not gotten back to me at all with the status of my order. Given the current pandemic, I do not want to be placed in the predicament of waiting for an order that never comes. I reviewed the company's recent online reviews and realize this is what is now happening to most of their customers (they never receive the order or receive it months later without ever hearing back from a company representative despite reaching out several times). I would hope that someone would reach out to me soon before having to cancel my order and/or call my bank to advise them of same, as it would be a shame for a company that did well previously to lose its customer base for lack of customer service (or in the alternative, for starting to scam people).

Update on 7/24/2020: After posting this review, my order was shipped and I did receive all items except for 1 which is apparently on backorder. I am content with my purchase and, although the lack of response did cause a fair amount of stress, am satisfied that the company eventually rectified same. I therefore changed my rating from a 1 to a 4 since I would hate to see this company suffer during these hard times and just hope that going forward, they are more responsive to customers' concerns and revert to shipping items as quickly as advertised. The clothes are inexpensive, yet really are of very good quality. My issues were thankfully addressed, so I will continue to order from them.

I'm so sad because I'm a business owner so I definitely ordered in bulk and the items are nothing like they were displayed online. Please reconsider before ordering from this site. I have to now take a lost and be potentially embarrassed by my clientele and try to somehow tremendously discount this cheap looking mess. I tried on an item to see if it was as bad as it look. I wear a small and the item fit like a large. The large look like it fit small. Never again

So this company is awful. I placed an order with them on May 30th, and finally received it a month and a half later. They ignore your requests for info about your order. I tried to cancel the order after a month of not being updated about it, but amazingly, they shipped it after I requested they cancel it. Not only did it take over a month to receive the order, but it was missing items when I did receive it. Of course they’re blaming the carrier that delivered the box, even though there was zero damage to the box, the item just wasn’t included. Now they’re asking for literally 10 pictures of the box and contents so they can file a dispute with the carrier. Worst customer service I’ve ever received, not to mention the items they did ship, were not of very high quality. I beg you, please do not do business with this company. There are much better companies out there to give your hard earned money to. AMIclubwear.com is a joke.
