We purchased two gaming monitors and an Asus ROG Strix GA15DK-DS776 Gaming Desktop Computer, spending almost $2,500 in September of 2021. Come December the computer would blue screen and restart- updated drivers and thought it was ok. In April 2022 the entire Asus ROG Strix GA15DK-DS776 Gaming Desktop Computer became completely useless. We have now invested ANOTHER $2,000 fixing and replacing its parts ourselves because the "CUSTOMER SERVICE" at ANTONLINE is a COMPLETE JOKE- they replied once to an email and brushed us off completely, and now HAVE IGNORED our emails and requests for them to HONOR OUR ONE YEAR WARRENTY. Brian Cox, the supposed support manager has done nothing but blow us off. Currently looking into legal action against company for refusing to honor the warranty. If you are thinking of purchasing anything from here, don't. Run away and spend your hard-earned money somewhere that appreciates its customers and does the right thing. We are left with nothing but complete disgust for this "company".

I don't really know what all the bad reviews are about, but I personally had a great experience with AntOnline recently! I saw that they were currently (as of 01/18/2022) the ONLY retailer online offering Xbox Series X bundles and they weren't sold out....so I jumped on it. Got a little nervous after reading the bad reviews, but approximately 3 days after I bought it...it arrived at my doorstep via UPS...packed well, undamaged, and brand spankin' new! Contents included (1) Xbox Series X console, XBox Elite wireless controller, one standard wired headset. They offered a bundle with the 20th anniversary headset after I already placed my order (which got sold out) but...I dunno...I got my order in what ended up being a seamless transaction. Thanks AntOnline!

Stay Away! Antonline ripped me off big time.. this might be illegal and I know for sure it is unethical!

I ordered a laptop from them through Newegg and was not given a shipping option. When I got a tracking number I saw that it was going to require a signature but I am at work during the day so I wouldn't be there to sign for it. I contacted UPS and Newegg and they both told me that I would have to work with Antonline to get the package.

I contacted Antonline and asked them to either change the address to my work address or leave it at a UPS location so I could pick it up. The rep told me that they couldn't (or wouldn't) change it even though UPS told me that only the sending party had the authority to change a shipment. I went back and forth with all parties several times and eventually the Antonline rep told me to just let it get returned and then order it again to a new address. Because I wasn’t home to sign for the package, it automatically got returned they charged me $110 as a restock fee even though their restock policy is that you would get charged if you "refused" a package. Which I didn't! I wanted the package but the Antonline rep purposefully told me they wouldn’t change the shipping address so it would get returned.

I've contacted them numerous times and no one ever back to me. Newegg never helped either. This is unethical at the very least and possibly illegal! They basically shipped a package so no one could receive it and then refused to help so they could collect $110 from me for nothing. Please spare yourself the pain!

Have an on an on-going issue I’m currently having with Antonline in regards to an potential identity theft, data breach, or mistake on Antonline part which occurred on Antonline with my information. I’m hoping it’s the latter of the three and Antonline can help in addressing my issue. I do have a police report generated and investigator ready to reach out to Antonline if I’m unable to solve my issue through Antonline first.

On July 14th I placed an order for a PS5 for the first time through Antonline and a few hours later I received the following email from David Miller:

I'm sorry, there is a strict limit of one per customer on this item. .Additional transactions have been canceled.

Please allow 48 hours for order systems to update. Each payment processor (Visa, AMEX, MC, PayPal, Amazon Payments, etc...) is little different. Refund to your account is usually within the week.

I was immediately alarmed and confused – this was my first time ordering through Antonline so I definitely could not have placed an order before. Initially, I assumed the order was cancelled because I had received two “order confirmations” with the same order number and the system thought it may have been a duplicate. I emailed support team a few times and finally two days later I receive the following email:

I am very sorry you are unhappy. We have a one per customer and show an order for a PlayStation in June. This order was canceled as noted.

Needless to say, the response itself was very underwhelming but more so, I was very concerned as I never placed an order from Antonline before. The fact the support team mentioned I ordered a Playstation in June is simply not true. I called the authorities and got a police case generated and identity theft investigator assigned to inform them someone had used my information to order something online with my name. I was recommended to reach out and get more information and so I followed up with Antonline customer support for the Order number in question which was placed in June and received the following email:

Again, in my opinion, a very underwhelming response with no care taken or sense of urgency as I mentioned I may have been a victim of identity theft.
After looking up the details of the Order # I noticed the address was to another resident in my building.

Which now makes me believe that whoever cancelled my order may have thought the address was for the same person when in reality, I live in a very large apartment complex. I'm in an apartment building and my unit number is different than the resident. If the support team canceled my order due to this “assumption” this is major mistake and I would like Antonline to make this wrong a right. However, if the other resident actually used any of my information as part of the order, I need to know – and customer service has not been helpful as I would need to press charges.
Needless to say, I’ve been having a horrible experience with customer support and I’m constantly told to just email the support team, which I have been, but they have been very unhelpful in this matter with no sense of urgency or care taken.

If you purchase something (which they sell but don't have in stock) and it doesn't come, - then they send you a refund for a equipment - but they will not refund the $130 in shipping that you also paid! Beware - do not buy from them! Multiple phone calls - no results. Too bad a Zero star rating isn't allowed.

These guys are scammers. They will never refund you or reply your emails. I bought a surface pro on Amazon from them. Order cancelled and series of emails sent with no response. Had to file a case with amazon. And also American Express to get my money back. Don't be deceived by their cheap prices. It's all a scam and effort to make you forget your money with them.

I'm only rating this company with 1 star because I have to. I ordered x box and shipping was fairly quick with no issues. Return on the other hand took almost 3 weeks for them to refund me. Horrible customer service. Stay away from this company.

I wanted to buy a LAptop for 1 g but passed as it looks like the seller is not the best. Tired of the waste of time seller. BBB complaints up the wazoo, 88 percent with Newegg. 2 out 5 on all issues. Pass em by.

Beware of when returning, you have to pay to return this product, pretend to send return label, scams, still can get a return label they said the return will be deducted from your refund, still can see any label, there's no one to fix the issue on the phone, she keep saying she will contact the support department, disgust of you people, never will purchase any items from you guys again

Extremely unprofessional. Do not respond to emails within a timely manner, inflated prices (shop around for lower prices) Took longer than expected to ship. All around terrible experience and waste of money.

This is hands-down the absolute worst company to have to deal with. They are set up to deliberately be deceptive and deceitful. No way to get in touch with them by phone and they don't respond to emails. They sent a defective computer that I promptly returned and did not receive a refund. I followed the instructions to a T on how to process the RMA for a return. Stay away from this company at all cost regardless of how good of a deal they present.

Order my son a PS4 for his bday back in Dec 2019 package never delivered. Here it is Jan 21,2020 im still waiting for item or refund of $299.99. I never am able to speak to anyone over the phone. You call customer service they take an message and say someone will call you a bunch of BS! I will never order from this company EVER AGAIN.

I ordered the Xbox one s on antonline and later read the reviews. I was very worried I was going to be scammed and I called the company to ask some questions about delivery, and they were very polite and even before I got home after I talked to them it was delivered way before expected and in perfect condition overall I have nothing bad to say and would definitely recommend.

Sold me a defective laptop and their policy forces the buyer to pay return shipping, even on defective product. Their customer service refused to acknowledge or talk about the return process, and stated they could only read me order information over the phone (the same order information I can see online). Slow and responding to emails and constantly gave incomplete information, deliberately avoiding questions. This is not an exaggeration this is the worst company I have dealt with in my entire life.

I tried to order an Xbox One S that their website showed as in stock for $299. The first order they claimed my bank rejected the charge (it's an amex, that did not happen) and so they canceled the order. When I created a new order with a different payment, they accepted the payment, then a few hours later canceled the order and refunded the money, claiming I had ordered the same thing twice in violation of their policy (it is a legitimately limited edition item). When I called the second time the woman on the phone just straight up lied to me about the reason for the cancellation, claiming three different issues, none of which were true. Can't get a response from them now, consistent with other reviews above. I suspect they are driving traffic by selling items they don't really have, otherwise they are simply a disaster of a company that can't get out of their own way to make a sale. Either way, not worth the trouble of buying from them, you're not going to get what you want anyway.

But I received my tracking number right away for the Nintendo Switch with Super Smash Bros Ultimate and it was scanned in and in transit with UPS the same night. Since UPS is showing it in their possession I trust that the seller (ANT) shipped exactly when they said they did. I still have a few days to wait for delivery but most negitive reviews I saw were for UPS never receiving the product so I wanted to throw in my experience thus far... I'll post an update review when the Switch is delivered but so far so good!

I ordered an Xbox one x from them on 5/15. It was set to deliver on 5/27 as a gift for my kids on the last day of school. It went into delayed status until today 6/15 when I got notified that my order was cancelled because they "changed their mind." What the hell? Sadly, now that many places are out of stock, I can't help but feel they are going to sell it for more. Very unprofessional. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I found antonline listed on the Microsoft website. For that reason, I chose to trust them. Took one week to process the order, multiple days to transfer it to UPS and now it is stuck at the shipping location. It's super hard to get anyone on the phone and when I did they could only have a different team email me. This is not a reputable business. Do not waste your time with them.

I returned an Xbox that I ordered, I was sent the wrong one. You call they tell you that they can't give you and updated status or talk to you at all about returns but will send an "urgent email" okay? My xbox was delivered to them 2 weeks ago but still no word on a refund? I email and email and call and call but NOBODY will tell me anything. Pretty sure they are just going to keep the money and the xbox

I placed an order during the Black Friday to purchase the laptop on amazing price and everything went smooth. I got it delivered within 5 days or so and had no issues (probably because I got backed up by Google as I saw many reviews reading that people receive Surface Laptop First-Gen instead of the 2nd Gen).
