My order was made on Feb 2017. Never got it. I had sent them one email asking what's going on, they told me to wait..... mehh!!! Sad.. I was so excited for it to come. Bad company!!

Order placed in October 2016 through Backerkit, due for delivery March 2017.
Nothing delivered by end May 2017, no replies from either ANTSY LABS or Backerkit other than automated email replies.
Money taken from my CRedit Card in October so have now raised a dispute transaction through credit card company.
Both companies are useless, don't engage with either of them, the reviews say it all.....

I've been using fidget cubes since I got my first one through kickstarter. They have great customer service (I broke my first one and they replaced without issue). I literally have had a fidget cube in my hand ever since. No fidget toy has the quality and craftsmanship of antsy labs cubes. I about lost it when I saw they were selling the limited supply of the first run, bought three more. It's genuinely true when I say no one does it better. Love this company!

After 3 months of waiting, the order never arrived. Several mails asking information with no response at all. But with a dispute at paypal, I recovered my money. In a department store, I've found the cubes with Antsy Labs licence and made in China by $ 9.

I backed the Fidget Cube Kickstarter campaign back on September 15, 2016. It was supposed to be delivered in March of 2017. Today is May 26, 2017 and I'm STILL waiting. I paid $35 + shipping for two of them. They said that the Fidget Cube would retail in stores for $25, but they are actually on sale in certain stores for $12.99. #1 They lied about the retail price. #2 The delivery date was almost three months ago #3 To this day I have yet to receive ANY communication or information from this company about the status of my products. No tracking number or update of any kind. #4 I've contacted them on multiple occasions, and you guessed it, no response. #5 They sold the company and then thumbed their noses at the people who "made this whole thing possible". #6 As an early supporter of their Kickstarter campaign, I helped build their company, and look how they treat their backers (all 154,926 of us). I will never support this company again. I'm mad enough to probably never support a Kickstarter campaign ever again. Good luck Antsy Labs on your next venture. Your gonna need it.

I ordered my fidget cube on February 7th and they guaranteed shipping by late Feb. Of course, that was not the case. They were not able to keep up with their promises on shipping orders to previous customers from a year prior. I finally got a shipping notice early May stating I would receive it between the 15th and 23rd via DHS. However, you rarely receive any updates on where it is. Also, if you live anywhere outside of the states, you're screwed. You can't track you're package once it departs from the U.S.. It is the 24th and I still haven't received my package. There is also no way of contacting Antsy Lab directly. It's been a horrific experience deal with this company and I do not wish this on any one else.

NOTE: As of this review, it has taken 107 days and counting for this package to be delivered.

The only reason I am giving this company one star is because I can not give them 0. Horrible customer service it took them months to respond and they were incredibly unhelpful when they did. Would never ever recommend.

I placed a $100 order on April 15, as of May 20th it has not been sent out. There are long delays in response from their customer service department or no response at all. I have put the charge into dispute with my bank.

I pre-ordered, and was charged, on Dec 9th 2016... by May 14th 2017, still no shipping notice while other customers are being provided with their products.

i ordered a fidget cube at February 2017 and now its august 2017 and i still didn't receive nothing not the fidget cube not a trading number not even a recipt , i requested a refund 6 times and have been ignored

Awful company

I gave them 79$ in October 2016 with the promise to get 5 Fidget Cubes in March 2017. It's now May 2017 and they still haven't shipped. They ignore my attempts of communication via e-mail, Facebook and Twitter.
They fulfill orders made in March and May 2017 but they ignore those from 2016.

I asked for refund and they've gone quiet since then. Going to contact the authorities to get my money back.

Edit: They finally replied and are refusing to issue a refund. Even though they admitted they the cubes I ordered are out of stock and fulfill orders for others made this year, they are refusing to refund my order made last year and told me to wait some more.

Fraud I order my cubes in November 20 2016!!! today is 2017/05/09!!! I want my money back thieves!

I ordered my fidget cube Feb 19, 2017. At the time their website stated "current orders ship late Feb early March." When it was late April and I still did not receive my order I was about to contact them until I researched a lot of others were waiting and waiting too. I read the endless amount of people canceling orders via twitter, but figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and continue to wait.
I got my cube on May 3rd. Funny how it said on my receipt in the box my order was placed April 19th. Nice try guys, I know how long I waited, lol.
As seen on many youtube videos the packaging is such a terrible idea. Mine arrived, like others, loose and bouncing around in the hard plastic case. Would've been much better protected simply inside the little nylon sleeve they give you then wrapped in bubble wrap. I mean who's going to use that case for it anyway?
Picture on their website shows a chrome metal ball. Which seemed like a staple on the Antsy labs cubes, as compared to the knockoffs. The ball on my cube is a plastic and black.
Their videos also say their piece is a much higher quality than the knockoffs and that the combination lock part was very satisfying. On my cube the combination lock gears are literally free rolling which I was very upset about. The switch was another part I was looking forward too, but fell very short of my expectations. The switch takes next to NO effort to push. It is very very weak. I was hoping for some resistance, like a light switch. That gives it much less satisfaction when fidgeting. The dial part is my favorite and it is a little bit if a click to it as you spin, but the little nub you use to help you spin the dial is very very small and your finger slips off of it every time you spin it.
Overall I had very high hopes, only to be let down. Not only by their false claims of shipment times, but their product is very low quality. I should've bought a knockoff instead and saved myself a long wait and about $15.

Quality isn't great, received three cubes, all three have various issues. Every time I order form you I get a cube that has some kind of issue. I could probably take them all apart and assemble one working cube from all the extras I have.

When ordering in the beginning of January 2017 I got an information that I will revive the product in the end of February 2017. Now we are in the beginning of May 2017 and no product. I have tried contacting them several times but no response. They took my money when I have ordered and now I cannot get a refund from them. I also see on their Facebook page that people that ordered in April 2017 got their product in less than one month.
Don't spend your money at Antsy Labs, from my point of view they don't deserve it.

I was happy to wait for my cube and I did so, patiently, for over 4 months. I received a defective cube that does not work as it should. I emailed but received no response so I opened a paypal claim only to discover that antsylabs will not respond to paypal disputes.

I have submitted a claim through paypal. I doubt I'm the only one.

I want my money back. Very disappointing.

They don't have service, they just delay 6 months to deliver my order and they didn't answer to my emails. The product quality didn't amazed me at all but it's ok. In order to fix this confusion you should get more assistance.itis unacceptable all this confusion for a company that sells an actual product.
