The quality of the product is no where near the value of money that it cost to purchase, very disappointed, and it is a shame that they don't refund money, now l will have to choose something else, even thought the quality is poor

Unfortunately I am yet to receive my tee-shirt. I have not had much tracking information at all. I will tru and follow up with Australia Post today. I know it’s been a tough time with mail for VIC but it would be useful to get more tracking info

Even though I live on a different continent and my daughter lives in Melbourne the transition to order and get her birthday present to her on time went very smoothly and she was really pleased when it arrived I now have an answer to ensuring I don't have to worry about getting excellent quality gifts to her on time anymore.

I have 4 Apero shirts and recently purchased a mini Apero for our 6 month daughter. I love the soft quality of the fabric they use. The beading on the shirt is also extremely good quality and have never had a issue with it.

I ordered two tops and the Abbey Denim Crop Pant all the way from London. The online staff were wonderful in ensuring I had the right fit and they arrived in less than two weeks. The quality and style is superb- thank you!

Initially I wasn't very impressed with having received a t-shirt that was marked but in saying that, the communication and the speed to have this issue rectified for me was very favourable, Chloe did a great job in ensuring my tee was delivered promptly and well in time for Christmas. Thank you! :)

Maybe in future when sending your packages, it may be an idea not to advertise your label on your bags as they can spoil surprises for Xmas as well as draw unwanted attention to purchasers when they are they at their front door
