My credit card was charged on 10/5/11 with ETA of mid November. I did not hear a thing about my order so I contacted the live chat. I was told at that time that the ETA was again change to January. As a small business owner, I was left feeling uneasy about this. First, most credible companies don't charge your credit card until the item is ready to be shipped. Second, I had to contact this company to see what happened to my order and only then did I find out that the ETA date was changed. Third, I paid for the item over 2 months ago and should have it plain and simple. Very poor business practices.........

I ordered a refrigerator gasket overnight mail because they had the best price. We installed the gasket, and even though it was deformed, it said to flatten it out for 3-4 min with a light bulb or hair dryer. After spending 3-4 hours over a few days, it still leaks air into our fridge, we have LOTS of condensation and it's costing us a lot of money to run. They have NO customer phone support, their chat support just says to fill out a form (which you don't know if it goes through) and wait. The woman I chatted online with was smug at best. Never again.

I ordered a part (an inner outer tub assy) on 09/12/12, mid-afternoon for next day delivery. Since it was late in the day, I understood it would probably take an extra day, which was fine. It's now the 18th and still no part. I e-mailed them, since they have no direct phone line - first warning sign I should have heeded - and I was given an ambiguous tracking number that didn't show up as valid when I clicked the link to Fedex. To add insult to injury, they sent me an email stating the item was shipped yesterday(09-17-12) and I would receive it in 5 days. Gee whiz, what happened to the next day shipping I payed for??
Sounds to me like these scammers are using the old bait and switch technique: They undercut the competition and suck innocent consumers in by making false promises and offering lower prices, knowing full well they can't keep their word. In the meantime I have to explain to my customer that the vendor I purchased this item from is operating on the fringes of the law just out of reach of bold-faced fraud. Avoid this company like the plague. If they don't have a legitimate physical address and direct phone line, consider it a red flag.

I have been waiting for three months for Appliance Zone to refund three parts that I had ordered from them online and did not need. I returned three parts to them. They said that they would refund two of the parts [but as of today, 10-16-12, they still haven't done so]. They claim the third part had been installed, because of surface scratches, and would not refund my $47.67 nor return the part to me by claiming that they threw the part away. I asked for another replacement part and they would not give me one.
They totally ripped me off by not refunding my money or giving me my part back. They have a lame return agreement set up to deny you a refund or give you back a part that they can claim arbitrarily was used. Their warehouse does not tell you any of this. They wait for you to ask “why haven’t I received my refund”. Then after waiting months, the consumer service gets around to telling you “sorry no refund” because, the part was used and you can’t get the part back because they claim that they threw away the perfectly good part!!
I will never do business again with Appliance Zone. If you want to order certain part and end up not needing it. Forget trying to return it! They’ll come up with some reason not to give you a refund. You won’t see your money or your part again!!! Stay away from Appliance Zone!!!

1 Dishwasher Control Panel - 8558947 (Whirlpool) @ $104.30, which is $30 cheaper than competitors.
Part arrived Tuesday night, 2 days after ordering on Sunday evening. Pretty quick for normal shipping, no extra paid for expedited/overnight.

No problems, no hassles, and there are salespeople floating around on instant-chat on their website to proactively help you with your order. I'd purchase from this place again. 5-stars.

I checked out their site 2/13/13 and one of the parts I wanted was a great price and the other was more expensive, so I asked them to do a price match. They said they would when they verified the other site. I was on hold for over 20 min and then another 10 min and then they said they couldn't do it, that amazon was too low. They should have said that to start off with, so i ordered one part from amazon and one from appliancezone. My amazon part was $10.00 cheaper on a $20 product. So I was thinking my $99 part was on the way and i would get it today or tomorrow. Nope I find an e-mail stating for reasons beyond their control shipping would be an additinal $45 on top of the $7 they already charged me. So i send back an e-mail saying fine i'll pay it b/c i have to have the part and when will it come? Nothing, just an invoice to pay the additional $45 w/o addressing my concerns. So my thought is I will pay another $45 and they will probably tell me oh it is going to take 2-3 weeks to get it and i have to suck it up, just like the shipping. So then i finally googled appliance zone reviews and I found this. So I am totally freaking out and praying I will get my $107.00 back from them. I have sent the request 3 different ways, so keep your fingers crossed. But NO DONT use this site ever.

I bought the touch panel to fix the Samsung microwave last May. It worked for about 5 months then crapped out again. The issue was and is SE displaying with non responsive touch panel and a beeping sound. The very problem i had before fixing it.
I took it out few months back after i bought the Sear microwave to replace it with a lot of cussing and irriation since it costed me money, time and effort. I did not think about the warranty coverage until now that i want to list it on Craigslist to sell.
I was told by the rep. that i have to pay shipping charge for the replacement warranty touch panel. I disagreed and it ended the chat. Now let think about this:

1/ i already paid shipping once to buy the touch panel
2/ i already paid to have the panel put in
3/ i then went out to spend more money to buy a Sear microwave after the Samsung crapped out only after 5 months with the new touch panel put in
4/ i then also paid to have someone put in the Sear and took out the Samsung

The seller should pay me back for all the money i had spent with the panel they sold to me not even lasted for one year?!!!!

Now they want me to pay for the replacement panel????? They know and I know that it does not cost them a dime to send a replacement to me as Samsung or whoever selling that panel to them to resell will cover the defective one under the warranty. Having a flashy website claiming good service when in fact they nickle and dime me on the lousy shipping charge when in fact i already am irritated with all the cost so far just does not cut it for me!!!!!

All that time wasting fusses and mounted up irritation i still had to pay the shipping for their defective replacement touch panel.

I ordered and received 2 parts (in 2 separate boxes off one invoice) so I could repair my range. When I opened the stove-top to begin the repair I discovered a burned wire connector. End of repair job, new stove ordered, Appliance Zone contacted for return instructions. They emailed me repeatedly: did I REALLY want to return the parts? Did I REALLY want to return BOTH parts? Did I read all their return rules? etc. Yes I did and I explained why, so they finally sent me a Return Authorization.

I sent the parts via USPS and tracked the TWO boxes with delivery confirmation for both on 2/12/2013. They refunded me the price-minus-handling for the $55 part and claimed not to have received the $265 part. Again with the emails (the only way to contact them), sending them their Invoice #, the parts numbers and descriptions, their Return Authorization # plus the USPS tracking numbers so they could have their warehouse "investigate". Now 7 weeks and counting after the return and they are completely unresponsive. They have the new, untested/uninstalled part, kept my money and have ceased communication. I call that fraud. I call them thieves.

I ordered a part for my Kitchen Aid dishwasher (two, actually), with two day shipment. Seven days later, the wrong part arrived. Not two, but one. And the packing list indicated one part, no backorders. There is NO PHONE NUMBER I can find on their website. I tried live chat, but I kept getting directed back out to the main page. I finally sent an email. I would NEVER use this company again. They clearly don't want to be reachable, because they suck so bad. I'm going to challenge the charge with my bank, because I think that's the only way I'll get my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE IDIOTS!

I just bought a simple a/c side panel with dimmensions 11" wide x 14" high. Those dimmensions were right on the part showing on they're site so I just get-it cause thats the right size for my window a/c.When I get the part the size was 11" wide but 12.5" high,I contact them and they told me the messures are appoximatly and is nothing they can do.that's ok,I lost $33 bucks and they lost a potential client cause I do my living fixing appliances in my neighborhood.I just keep buying on Ebay so far so good.thanks

I ordered water filters, and waited over a month; nothing. I emailed them asking where my order was, and they said, "oh, it's on backorder". Would have been nice if they told me that when I placed my order. Then the next thing I get is an "invoice" for shipping. Supposedly I gave them the wrong shipping address and it was returned to them. Checking, it was the correct address; just that that particular address does not receive USPS. Nowhere in their website is there an option to add an alternate address. I refused to pay the second shipping charge and just cancelled my order.

I bought a product and paid for next day shipping. They sent the product GROUND. Then I sent back the defective part to get the 50.00 core refund. It's been over one month since they got the part and all I get are excuses about why they haven't refunded yet. AVOID

I ordered parts for a KitchenAid microwave/oven combination, using their parts search software by entering manufacturer, model number and serial number. Received the wrong parts. chatted and emailed with them endlessly and sent them pictures to help them come up with the correct part numbers. When they finally did, I ordered 6 pieces of the springs but received only 5 correct ones and one wrong again. Now they do not want to take back and issue a refund for the wrong parts, all I get from them is excuses.
A sorry organization with lousy customer service.
I recommend to stay away from them!

On July 31st 2013 I ordered a Dryer Drum, website said in stock and would receive in 7 days or sooner. After a week and no correspondence , I emailed to find out what was up, I got a response that they had to get it from another warehouse, I sucked it up and waited.

On Aug15th 2013 I received the Dryer Drum with the box poorly taped and dented, I opened the box to find it was the wrong Drum as well as it was dented badly.
I emailed ApplianceZone.com and explained what I received, I was emailed back asking for photo's so they could file a claim and I would get a Return Label ( it never came). Another week or so went by, I contacted them letting them know I needed to resolve this issue, I told they would be sending out another Dryer Drum when the claim was done. After that email I realized this was not going to go well, so I purchased a Dryer Drum from another vendor ( I need to dry my clothes for God's sake).I got my Drum from the other vendor and installed it, still haven't heard back from ApplianceZone.com. I emailed them and let them know they have wasted a great deal of my time and I wanted my money back.

They responded by email that I would need to wait until the second Dryer Drum comes and refuse the delivery, they would then process and refund my Paypal acct.. This is old by now I wish I could choke one of them. On Sept 16th 2013 UPS leaves another Dryer Drum on my porch as nobody was home. much to my dismay this box is in as bad if not worse condition than the first one, out of curiosity opened it to look for damage and the Drum is indeed dented and wrong part again, same as first.

I called UPS and asked them to come pick it up I'm refusing the package, as told to do by ApplianceZone Rep., they said they'll pick it up Thursday. I email ApplianceZone.com to let them know the replacement is damaged like the first one, they responded "take some photo's and we'll file a claim and we'll give you store credit". I was already told in four or five emails I would be Refunded, ( I have 31 emails going back and forth with these crooked bastards). I responded to the email saying I would get store credit advising them I had emails saying store refund, they respond, Oh, someone shouldn't be saying that, I say tuff, I have it in writing.

As one can see this website is set up to do nothing but make money on claims against the shipping companies, because there is nothing happening except damage goods being sent out, no way to speak to anyone on the phone, assistants on email are reading from a book, complete sham.

I'm filing with the Feds next, companies such as this should not be allowed to exist. The photo's are from the first shipment, the second is just as bad if not worse.
Just got an email today from ApplianceZone like the first delivery never happened, expecting me to go through everything again as I did the first time, these people are F***ing crazy.

I ordered 4 soffit vents and paid for overnight shipping. The following day I received a package containing 2 soffit vents that were wrong. Tried contacting the company. I found I had to use something called live chat. The response was fast ,but of no use. All they did was direct me to other pages to fill more paperwork. ( Can't believe there is no customer contact by phone. ) None the less I will never purchase another thing from this company. I am in the building trade and intend to share my negative experience with them. They are good at selling you something and poor at dealing with customer issues. Recommend not purchasing anything from them . Ps There live chat not responsive to customer issue. They simply pass you off or end conversation. PERFECT no resolution

I ordered new replacement water filters for my refrigerator and am totally 100% satisfied with the order from start to finish. I just read a few of the negative reviews and did not have any of the problems others have experienced. The price was great. The part works great. The delivery was prompt. No hiccups at all. Thx.
