I left an initial review that was one star because I never received any emails from Aqua Amore about my purchase. Aqua Amore carried out a investigation on this and monitored my parcel to ensure it was delivered successfully. They took time out to change my poor initial experience into a good experience which is commendable of them.

Although prompt action was taken once they were made aware, my order took 2 weeks instead of the 3-7 days.

I ordered water (from a huge selection) on the weekend and it was delivered on Tuesday. The delivery man even carried all my water downstairs - great service all round.

After a visit to Georgia and Borjomi earlier this year, really taken to this water.
Order delivered by carrier and packing of glass bottles (12x50l) in individual insulated sleeves fabulous albeit bulky - packing and carriage cost well justified. Pretty quick for Xmas.
In London previous delivery by their own van was just supermarket wrapping only.
Looking forward to 6x1L becoming available soon!

My son grew up in Spain & loves Vichy Catalan mineral water, he now lives in England & its impossible to buy there it seems. I have ordered twice now with Aqua Amore and the service is brilliant! Great products & ordered on time..I will be ordering again.

i have rated Aqua Amore 4 star. i have used them for many years. their service are very good.my only concern is the time frame of delivery. it takes 2-3days and no weekend deliveries. wish no restriction deliveries on a weekends.

I am 75 and in lockdown.
The delivery was made, as previously stated.
The deliveryman was most helpful, in that he manually brought the 4 large packs to my flat on the second floor, as there is no lift.

The website suggested delivery of goods would be within one day but it actually took five days.

Amazing, the delivery arrived in the 2 hours slot emailed.

I have been using Aqua amore since 2012; I have tosay some thing is falling apart with the once 100% service. I am getting dupicate invoices, request for monies already paid but worst of all has been the debacle with the UPS option. Its rubbish, UPS are rubbish, the whole arrangement should be cancelled at once or it will cost Aqua Amore business.
Today I am getting reminders from that useless firm to to collect an order that was smashed to pieces a week ago.
I am getting really really fed with having my time wasted driving back and forth for no reason,delayed deliveries and worst of all sitting at this damn machine typing yet more complaints.

The guy Christopher on live chat did his best though, no complaint there. Get yourselves sorted Aqua.

Easy to order, delivery left at a nearby hub, intact and arrived early than stated, at least 4 day’s earlier.

Great service, not very punctual with delivery, you cannot schedule a time slot for the delivery something that nowadays should be easy to offer, a carrier like DPD gave you a 1h time slot for the delivery, yodel offer driver location and how many deliveries left before your one.

Good service, DHL caused minor issues - One of the bottles was broken and DHL delivery was two days early than scheduled​.

I was charged (and later provided with a compensatory voucher), for an exterior courier, whatever that is. When my order, for sparkling, arrived, it was still water.

Due to the current COVID 19 situation, delivery was delayed. However, bottles were well packaged and UPS were incredibly helpful during delivery. Will reorder for sure.
