DO NOT BUY A COMPUTER FROM THIS COMPANY! I recently purchased a computer and returned it because it didn't have the one feature I wanted. After paying an additional $30 to have them ship the computer to me when I bought it (making it more expensive than getting the same computer almost anywhere else without paying for shipping), I paid $50 to return it and than they charged me a 10% restocking fee. This left me almost $150.00 in the hole. That is just bad business! Do yourself a favor and buy anywhere else.

I have purchased Samsung S20B300 screen from Arsenal PC through Amazon. I was told that I have to reinstall drivers and do re-connection but nothing works, It's impossible to adjust it, it's too bright and is difficult to read a text. I have one more same model so I have what to compare with. I contacted Arsenal PC in two months but they closed the return request due to the expiration of returns period, Buyer beware!!!

I ordered a simple socket 478 CPU retention bracket for 1 dollar from these guys (arsenalpc)on November 30th and they charged me 5 dollars shipping. Fine with me, thats more than enough for at least USPS Priority Mail. The day after I placed my order I got an email asking for my feedback about their company. I thought to myself, wow these guys must be pretty efficient. Well 7 days later I got an email saying they shipped my order. 7 DAYS! It is now December 15th (16 days after the order date) and I still don't have the item. I called customer service and got a guy with a russian sounding accent. He told me his best advice was to just wait for it to show up eventually. He said it was sent via regular USPS for 37 cents. I told him that I paid 5 dollars for shipping which should have been enough for at least priority mail, and his response was "ok." He then said "thanks for calling" and pretty much ended the conversation. I will never deal with these people again. I went to their feedback page and it only allows one line of feedback. They must be sick of getting long rants about how awful they are.

Now I realize the GF4 Ti4600 is now ancient technology, but when I order one as new I expect to see a new card arrive.

The geniuses at ArsenalPC.com decided that a used refurb with missing parts was good enough for my money.

As soon as I saw the packing job I knew this would be bad. The video card's box was literally stuffed into a Fedex box (it was slightly larger than the Fedex box they shipped it in) and was all bent to hell. To top that off every seal on the box was broken, all the way inside down to the card itself with dirty fingerprints all over the box and plastic inside. All over the card and heatsinks are rusty, corroded fingerprints too with about 6-8 stickers with 'OK' and 'Pass' which tells me I was sold a refurb where the people who refurbed it werent even courteous enough to replace the missing screws where the video cable mounts to the card!

Regardless I'm superbly pissed! and this is my only outlet to exact any justice at this point. I hope that posting here costs this company the big sale they may have hoped for.

Anyhow, if you're thinking of buying from ArsenalPC.com, DONT. If you post in other tech forums please pass the word along. To me this is just as bad as ripping someone off, because its LYING.

DONT EVER BUY FROM THEM - GO ELSEWHERE UNLESS YOU ACTUALLY LIKE DEALING WITH A COMPANY WHO THINKS VERY LITTLE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Got me out of $273.53 no product no refund I have been fighting with them for a couple of weeks now. Do not purchase anything from this company.

ordered a motherboard and processor, my credit card has been billed, 2 unanswered emails and one phone call not returned, no idea of the status of the purchase. this compant need to communicate better with its customers.

these guys at Target have always gone 'above and beyond' on all my dealings with them, whether it be building a PC per my stats or putting in new parts for my favorite old IBM....if you know what I mean...:)

I just made a purchase from Arsenal PC and expected the standard FedEx Ground delivery time of approximately a week. After I made the purchase I received an email from Arsenal PC that the item I ordered was a "Special Order Item" and would take up to 3 weeks for delivery. This should have been mentioned during the order process and NOT sent as an email after purchase. I have requested that Arsenal PC cancel my order since I can NOT wait 3 weeks for delivery.

I purchased a $2000+ computer. They sent it unusable. It didn't work. They made me pay over 200€ to send it for repair even though it was their fault because it was a factory defect. They repaired it, sent it back. FedEx contacted them asking for my personal data to contact me. They refused to do so and instead told FedEx to return it to the US. Now they want me to pay again $150 for the second delivery they **** up. I bought the PC ONE YEAR AGO and I still don't have it. I won't pay. My lawyer is already helping me with this and he knows how to wreck these ****. Just don't buy anything to them.

Immediately cancelled order after ordering on Amazon, seller didn't respond for two days and then said it was too late. I refused the order from FedEx and seller was notified, seller still refused refund even though I never touched the order. The order was returned to seller who still didn't issue a refund. Filed a claim with Amazon and seller immediately replied that they would issue a refund that day, they never did. Now have to take it to small claims. Very bad retailer.

I purchased a CPU cooler from these people on a Friday and they billed my credit card that day. I never heard from them again until I decided to call and ask what the order status was on the following Thursday (almost a full week). It turns out that even though the site said it was in stock it wasn't and they never got around to telling me that they couldn't fulfill my order. I wonder how long they would have kept my money (and me in the dark) if I hadn't called.

BAD EXPERIENCE,confirmed doa mobo returned,RMA scam effectively steals 30$claiming board works,
all parts returned for refund losing 20% for restock fee.Process took over 2 months.Judging from many other reviews this is the norm for this company. Stay away buyer beware. WIsh i had read these reviews before doing business with arsenalpc/targetusa. Wont make same mistake twice.

I ordered a gigabyte motherboard from arsenal about a month ago. It came in on time....it was wrapped appropriately for a oem board. The board works great. the only problem i have is that it didnt come with a manual. Manuals can be downloaded from Gigabytes site. $58.76 for a descent board which goes for about double that at local pc stores.

We have discovered that this business has SSL (secure sockets layer), which means that this business handles your data, such as personal information or credit card details, with secure connection. We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field.
