The assistance received was amazing and the support team has not failed to respond to all the doubts I had while providing the right answers with random pop ups while I was working to make sure I don't need help. With arranged time schedules to make certain that you are aiming towards your targets, they keep a track to ensure that you are working accurately. Their aim is to ensure that you would be confident and would MAKE MONEY. This is not just an internet hosting company but an actual advertising and marketing software exclusively for artists and photographers.

The day my website launched using the Artstorefronts platform was the day marketing my art began to have focus, meaning and results. I now have a viable online gallery. The awesome thing about Artstorefronts, besides the platform for my website, is their support. Think about this for a moment: they are with me with excellent marketing advise based on current art marketing research and leading edge methods all shared through video, blogs, a Facebook group and more. There's one-on-one technical support available, and for marketing too, when you have questions. For artists, the sales and marketing world has change significantly over the last ten years: Artstorefronts is there to help and support with technology, research and pragmatic insight.

I really love this service and happy with all the features and support! I’m waiting my first transaction thru site but that’s mine to sort out. As an IT pro, I couldn’t have done this in a million years and find Artstorefronts to be all that and box of chocolate.

Over the holidays, I’m going to dive deeper into customizing the templates, but overall, excellent service and product.

My first month with Art Storefronts was kind of atypical. I knew I wanted to get started on this, but was about to embark on a month long trip and wouldn’t have a lot of time to spend building my site. I brought a hard drive with me that didn’t have all of the files I thought it did, so that hasn’t gone exactly how I thought it would.

But my orientation calls were good, and I’ve been wading into the #smallwins Facebook group, and what has impressed me the most is the quality and honesty of those within ASF and other users like myself. There just isn’t any BS. The info in #smallwins, the emails I get from ASF, and the online marketing resources are amazing. It could be overwhelming, but the message I hear again and again is that is a growing and learning process. The support is fantastic.

A couple years ago, desperate to get a quick and inexpensive web presence established, I signed up with another company. Yes, it was inexpensive, and yes, people can go to my site and buy prints, but there was ZERO support, nothing but “good luck”, no plan...and no sales. This outfit is one of those “marketplace” operations where yes, people can buy your stuff, but you’ll never know who your customers are because that company considers them THEIR customers.

ASF is a lot more work, and right about now that’s what the doctor ordered! It takes work, and ASF is great about encouraging me to get on it. I’m learning a lot and am confident that this will be fruitful in several ways.

Buyer beware: I recently walked away from ASF and left over $2,000 on the table and over 500 hours of my time that I will never get back. Yes, it was that bad of an experience. I am not alone. I now have a new site that works FOR me and not the other way around.

UPDATE:
I stand by my review and simply choose to remain anonymous to avoid further contact with the company. I Highly recommend reaching out to those offering 5 star reviews to see if they are in the ASF affiliate program. Those who agree to become an affiliate receive money for every lead they generate so it behooves them to promote the site.

I recently had an issue logging into the platform on one of our workstations. ASF's online support was prompt and professional. I highly recommend this company and platform.

I have been using Art Storefronts for just over 1 year now. I can't say enough about the support and tools they make available to me to run my art business. It's all there- marketing training and guidance, tech support for when I run into problems, and new features constantly being added all designed to help me sell my work.
That said- one caveat. You have to be willing to put in the work. You can't just throw up some images and hope they sell. You have to use the tools and guidance offered and actively market your work. But if you do, you should be able to find success. The marketing guidance is my favorite part about Artstorefronts. I can produce my work all day long, but knowing how to market it was another story. They've supplied some great ideas, templates, and plans to get me going in the right direction.
I absolutely plan to renew when my plan runs out and will be using Art Storefronts for a long time to come.

We have found that this business does not have SSL (secure sockets layer), which means that you should think twice before trusting this business with your data, such as personal information or credit card details, because your information will not be digitally connected to a cryptographic key and secure connection cannot be established. We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field. We found that this business has an Instagram page, where they communicate with their customers using images and videos. This is usually an indication that the business has some visual aspects that it wants to showcase. We discovered that this business uses Twitter for networking with their clients and promoting company news and updates.
