Say there is a problem emailing my tickets but able to send other material to same email address so said they would send tickets in post, still waiting 10 days later

I thought I was just buying a few tickets and found I was roped into a $30/month donation. Not good.

I’m a first time ticket buyer the service is pretty good due to Christmas holidays at this time of the year.

I appreciate what you’re doing to help the needy I know its for a good cause, cause I’m doing the same.since 2011,I’ve been donating $50 EVERY MONTH to ADRA for where ever its needed,and right now,I add $10 more to make $60 every month.The Bible said in Psam 41:1 Happy are those who are concerned for the poor,the Lord wil help them when they are in trouble,Good Luck and God Bless

Still waiting after 4 days for a email or notification of my tickets purchased .Have sent two emails to customer service requesting info but no response.
Poor communication in my opinion

I purchased raffle tickets and was told that in a few moments i would receive the numbers via email and two days later i still haven''t received them. I have emailed them requesting the numbers but as of yet no reply.
Not sure if the whole thing is a scam or not but if not then not very professional

So the first time i used them, i purchased raffle tickets for a charity two days before it closed. When i finally received my tickets, they were for a different draw that was closing in two months time. So obviously not the draw i bought for but luckily they returned my money.
I decided to give them another chance. Its now been over a week and no tickets or the powerball tickets i was suppose to get. I rang today and they said they will post it, which could take over a week. I find it very odd to be receiving tickets to a raffle, nearly 3 weeks after it has been drawn. Ive learnt my lesson and will stick with charities that send their tickets the same day as you buy and not after the raffle has been drawn.
