I love watching Chef Tom giving me new ideas and have been successful preparing recipes and able to get seasoning, chips and stuff from curbside. I look forward to being to come in a pick out the outside table & chair set we looked at Christmas. Also, I Respect and Praise ATB for keeping people Safe! Has a father of a daughter who's a Dr. NP and have had a friend who's survived the Hell of COVID-19, the S--ts for Real! So be Safe, Keep Healthy and stay Smart.

I really enjoyed my experience of getting a new smoker and tons of accessories to go along with it! I purchased the Yoder ys640s pellet smoker the sales team was great answered all my questions and was really helpful! I work with the sales manager Aaron through emails before I finally purchased online and drove down to pick up! I recommend driving and picking up to anyone that can make the drive! The store is truly amazing and they really do have All Things Barbecue!! I walked around the store found some rubs and sauces and anything else that jumped in my bag lol! I could shop there everyday. You feel the warm and inviting the moment you walk in the store, hands down best customer service from start to finish! Thanks everyone at All Things Barbecue!

I was very happy with the fit and finish on the grease shield that protects the front of my 640. i like that you are always looking to improve the function of your smokers. I really like the freight paid on the pellets saved me a trip to the store. As always the value of your products are the best.

I'll start off by saying I enjoy shopping on line at ATBBQ and the Chef Tom videos are great! I enjoy my Yoder YS640 very much. My last order was missing an item. I called the store, and all matters where taken care of, missing product was shipped out quickly. Very much appreciated! Your customer service is great! I'm not blaming anyone on this issue, I'm sure the store/shipping department is working very hard through this Covid-19 virus issue. I appreciate that the fact that I was able to order items on-line, and then get in touch with a person when I had an issue. Customer service is what separates the leaders from the pack!
