I ordered two sets of wheels from Gilbert. He was very helpful and stopped me from ordering the wrong wheels for my 4Runner. The wheels were perfect. The whole experience was very pleasant and I’m very happy with the entire transaction. THANKS AGAIN GILBERT!!!!!

Eleazar Pineda was excellent and was helpful i asked him a few questions regarding my truck and was helpful and i was able to order me a set of wheels was very patient and afterwards i asked him about a sound system and was able to answer the questions i had EXCELLENT SERVICE ! I’ve been waiting 15 days called multiple times still do not have a tracking number and wheels still have not shipped, the only answer I get is we only ship out on Monday .

I heard about audio city usa from a friend and i decided to give them a call. I talked to Anthony and told him what i wanted but he said my trucks lug nut pattern was old to get the rims i was looking at. So he stayed on the phone with me and sent me pictures from his personal cell phone to show me what rims would be compatible with my truck. Got the rims within 5 days, perfect fit and look good as i wanted. I definitely recommend audio city usa for rims.

I knew which wheel I want to buy, and research for several hours to find the best price. And Audiocityusa is the one that I found. Their Fuel wheel price is the cheapest compare to any other sites.

I ordered a staggered set of wheels for my 2015 Mustang GT it was no hassle at all great customer service very quick and easy and the no credit financing is a really nice touch I know it makes it easier for your average person to get hooked up when they dont have a lot of cash just laying around the wheels came in brand new no damage or anything BEAUTIFUL but there was a small issue but it was just something that was over looked the wheels fit but didnt have the offset I was wanting but I never asked what the offset was but hey that was no big deal i called my sales consultant Eleazar Pineda and he told me what i needed to do to return the wheels at no cost to me i will add and he was then nice enough to put up with me sending home modle numbers of other wheels I was considering so he could look up the offset for me to see if they would work and with his help I found the perfect set the only downfall is theres going to be a little bit of a wait for the new wheels to come in only because there a brand new model for 2020 but that's ok that no ones fault I would definitely recommend Audio City to anyone looking for wheels and tires and you could always ask for Eleazar Pineda great guy as all the people there but I know he will go above and beyond you make sure your getting what you want or need thanks again Eleazar

I have been calling for over 3 weeks to have this issues resolved.

I was sold tires and wheels that do not fit my truck.
I specially asked if they would fit. I was told yes. I specially said I did not want to alter my truck in anyway. I did not want to have my truck lifted too, I made that clear.
I was assured that they would fit. After waiting 10 days of being told they were coming everyday. They arrived, damaged and the wrong size. They did not fit my truck and every wheel was scratched.
I called that following day to speak with the salesman and I was sent paint and a lift for my truck. ( I made it clear prior to purchasing I didn't want to alter my truck. So now I have to paint what was supposed to be brand new wheels and tires that don't fit. I went to have the lift put on I was quoted between $800-900. I called the salesman again. I was told to take it to a local dealer and it would only cost around $100. So I go and sit for 2 hours and I am told that I am looking at let 4 hrs of work at $80 plus an alignment and of course tax. I would have to come back another day to have this taken care of. So now 11 days later no one wants to take my calls and call me back.

I have to give a major shout out to Santiago. I have dealt with him for the last 4 years. A true professional, he will definitely get you taken care of in a timely manner. I have brought 3 sets of wheels from Audiocity and he was my sales representative. Ask for him and you won't be disappointed.

It's like walking in to candy shop wheels wheels and more wheels so many options and the customer service amazing not pushy what so ever they didn't force me to something like the previous shop I was they even got stands they display rims you like next to your car after 30 min looking around I picked a set of wheels they told me the tires that was the best fitment for my car and very easy transaction they also programmed my sensors back to work the whole transaction was bout 2 hours all I have to say very happy with audio city thank you Brian I be back for more wheels for my new car next year.

Waiting a week now for shipping details on a product they told me was in stock, called multiple times still do not have a tracking number and wheels still have not shipped- the sales person was wonderful during the selling process to close the sale- after they receive payment, zero communications

We've now purchased two sets of wheels from audiocityusa . Both sets of wheels arrived prior to expected delivery date. Both were smooth transactions. I was uneasy to purchase something that is literally on the other side of the US and not being completely sure if it would give our vehicle the desired look. But, with the help of a knowledgeable sales rep, 'Ben', we were reassured it would fit and he answered any questions we had. Highly recommend this company, you wont be disappointed.

My experience with Audio City USA is one that I am proud to tell about to all of my friends because I’m the one that usually has awful customer service experience with whatever I purchase. However, when I needed new wheels for my truck, these guys made the entire experience a great one and I couldn’t be happier with the look and design of the wheels that the representative helped me to decide on. My friend warned me to now buy online but he’s even placed his order through Audio City USA for his and his wife’s car. Can’t wait to see those either!
