Ordered Wednesday and 1st class Royal Mail but its now Saturday and still not arrived. I'd class that as slow delivery for a small, cheap adapter.

Could be down to Royal Mail.

Phil is an amazing honest guy, he gave me alot of time to demo the earphones without being pushy, he just provided me with assistance and guidance.

He moved mountains to get my earphones shipped from Germany to the UK in just ONE day! As I was only visting the UK for a couple of days.

I recently purchased some balance cable from AC, for my Meze 99 Neo headphones, as Phil at AC said what a difference it would make. I was sceptical, but have been enjoying my headphones even more eversince. Audio Concierge caters for Audiophiles only but he caters for different budgets and that's what I like the most. Service is second to non. Advice forget reading tons of reviews ask AC they know their stuff.
