Installer worked with our builder and electrician to make the measure & installation seamless. Justin was always courteous and tidy and very easy to work with. Quality of blinds is 5 star.
The deck now looks fantastic and the remote control makes opening & closing very easy.
Could not be happier.

I have recently had a concrete pool installed by AOL and cannot recommend them highly enough.
Stephen's time and attention to detail in the initial design consults ensured.i was getting exactly what i wanted,
Ollie the site supervisor was amazing. His communication throughout the process was incredible and his attention to my job gave me peace of mind and confidence in the process.
The trades were respectful and timely, and then to Dan at the final pool handover who went through things patiently with me....the experience was smooth and professional and I am so happy with the result and cannot wait for summer!!!

I recently requested a quote for some shutters. Saw a modern flyer, thinking ok we will look into these. Requested a quote, manager that contacted me was quite nice, the salesman very informative. I was happy to go another way. Once everything was sorted out due to a circumstance change 30min prior. But due to your sales man not listening to the customer and being quite rude, even tho I was prepared to still proceed another way. We were made to feel if we did not buy it there and then to put a deposit down, the company didn't want anything more to do with you nor leave a written quote. I would just like to add due to our sales experience with your company, we have gone with another supplier.

I recently had a portion of my yard laid with artificial turf and may I say it has been just right. I have been finding it difficult to mow and do the edges and now it looks so neat and tidy. Any leaves that land just a sweep or blower and its done. Easy care is what I am looking for these days. The crew who took up the grass and laid the new turf didn't stop from the time they arrived until they had completed the job - in one day, normally takes two days. Thank you gentlemen

These are the third lot of blinds that I have purchased from Australian outdoor living .
I’ve had them at my previous two homes and when I moved into my apartment I knew that I had to have them on my patio , they make it into another room giving me privacy and protection from the Queensland sun . I just love them
The whole process was fantastic all the staff are very obliging and everything went to schedule . Well done Brisbane team

Recently had two roller shutters installed at our two story property. We found the whole service to be very professional, from the sales rep Mark through to the installation team of Tim and Mark. The quality of the product is clear and the installation was seamless. Already seeing the benefits of having the rollers installed, so very pleased with all aspects from service to product performance.

We asked AOL for help in installing Synthetic Turf which our kids will love to play on during lock down period. The whole process was smooth, with Michael giving us an accurate and competitive quote and Richard informing us in details the execution process. Chris from AOL executed the job perfectly well!! We could not be happier and our kids love to spend time and play on the turf!!!!

This is the second time we have used Australian Outdoor Living, and fortunately the same installers have undertaken the job. James Hemer of James Hemer Landscaping Services, and his highly motivated assistant Nathan Buckley, are professional in all aspects of their work from interaction with the client to completing an outstanding enhancement of our property. James was the installer of the initial job in 2018 and has joined up the new section of Augusta 35 Grass with the already laid area to our satisfaction. This expanded area will not only allow us to have a larger and more useful entertaining area, but will enhance our environmental footprint by not having to use excessive water to keep the garden alive. Congratulations Australian Outdoor Living for having such a well qualified and experienced team to finish off and meet client expectations. Our sincere thanks to James and Nathan, best wishes for the future.

Have recently had installed Artificial Grass , Roller Shutters and Outdoor Blinds and I cannot speak highly enough of the service from start to finish, by ALL at Australian Outdoor Living. All the products are exceptional the installation was on time and the installers all were quality tradesman , I can’t believe it was that easy to get done after previous years of encountering poor service from numerous companies . Would recommend without hesitation that you give this company your business

Really dissappointed with the install of my outdoor blind (2 1/2 weeks ago) as it is not sealed to the house and leaks all the way along the blind onto my deck. I got the blind to stop the weather coming onto my back deck and was assured that this would stop that. I have rung the service department who were only ok in their response, and i am waiting 3 weeks for someone to come and check. After spending nearly 2'500.00 on a PVC blind, i expected better. The staff that attended my home were very pleasant and friendly, but the install is sub standard. I am now paying for a leaking blind which Australian Outdoor Living are in no rush to even look at none the less fix.

I have tried to resolve my issue quite a few times but no one reply..
Installer was not good. And he did worst job. I tried to contact supervisor but he did promise to resolve before two months however no one came back. After this all i contact office and lady advised me that some will give me call before 15 days no one called me yet..
i work Monday to Saturday 8 am to 9 pm and try to resolve this.
I might lodge complaint in Ombudsman. I will wait for a week to resolve this.

I would like to thank the AOL team for a very professional and awesome work that was done to my outdoor living area, this work was for Blinds, Artificial Lawn, and Paving .. my back yard looks magnificent .. We arranged to have three external blinds to block morning sun on our patio prior to the Covid-19 lock down. Fortunately this happened swiftly and a good price and with no fuss. The product appears to be of a high quality and works well. All the staff from the salesman, to the reception to the fitters were very polite and professional. I highly recommend AOL.

We asked them to come and give us a quote 2 years ago? Their was someone from Adelaide hills to came but he never gave us a quote or followed up with another appointment? They missed out on a big job and getting our money!

Australian Outdoor Living sales rep Michael who spoke with use was terrific. Product was more costly then we expected, but the end result looks great. Work was started on time and finished on time. The team of installers led by Dean and Kane were fantastic. We are very happy with the job and would recommend them in future.

After many years of wanting to have a pergola done finally we got outdoor living to do it for us
It’s amazing absolutely love it we spend most of our days sitting outside now under the pergola enjoying our meals outside
