This company is a joke they don't tell you anything except don't make your next payment then they never call you back the never answer when you call and the just screwed off for weeks I dont think I would recommend these guys to anyone

After 2 months of payoff notices and speaking with Matthew Loffert waiting for a response, None came. Always an excuse.

I was looking to refinance my auto loan &Sarah Boswell w/Auto Approve contacted me & said my credit score was 705 & that she could lower my monthly rate by $100. I verbally provided her w/my income, adddress, forwarded my drivers license,car ins info etc. She sent me application paperwork & said she needed my W2's for 2018 & I provided. On 3/16/20 she said her company needs the documents that I sent to her electronically...printed out & faxed to her. .On 3/18/20 she wanted me to have a form notorized & sent to her giving them Power of Attorney to provide to Motor Vehicle. On 3/20/20 she asked for my 2019 tax returns.& bank statement. On 3/22/20 she asked me for my paystubs for my jobs. Then the communication stopped. I called her on 3/23/20 & 3/24/20 but no answer. I called her from a different number late on 3/24/20 because she wasn't calling me back & she told me her company was not satisfied with my income although I provided in total...2 years of W's, current paystubs along w/bank statements. My income is $95,000 on fulltime job, $59,000 on partime job, $23,400 in rental income ($177,400 total). Auto loan was for $22,000 I feel like Sarah Boswell scammed me!!! The reviews r even horrible! Why didn't I go with my gut feeling!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Lender was unable to achieve financing with a decent credit score, decent income, loan to value about 110% on a two year old car. Lender did not call or email me back. Rude and unprofessional. If you think there is any reason you are not an extremely well qualified buyer, don't waste your time. They cannot cope with even the most minor of credit challenges

I refinanced my vehicle in September, got married and then moved to PA in November, at that time I submitted forms through PA to have the title released to register and title my car in PA. Auto Approve would not respond to the leinholder, who told me to contact AA to see if I could move the process along (NJ registration expires 1/31/2020). After getting the run around for WEEKS through unanswered phone calls and emails, Chelsea of the titling department finally outreached me stating that NJ rejected my paperwork twice due to my name change, which I had submitted the name change and updated DL in the beginning of January. Chelsea informed me on 1/21/2020 that my name change paperwork was submitted to NJ on 1/15/2020 with a "7 day turn around time," and then was out of contact. It is now 1/28/2020 and I once again had to chase AA to get answers, which is unacceptable. the only thing I didn't like was that I was told I wouldn't have to make a payment for 45 days. it took so long to complete the transaction that I only had about a week before my payment was due. it would have been nice to have that 45 day break.

I owed a little over 13,000 dollars before I refinanced with Auto Approve, now I owe almost 18,000. CON JOB!!

Started the refinance process with Austin- sent him the information he requested and then all of a sudden the communication stopped cold-turkey. I even sent a follow up email a few hours later to see if there was any further documentation he needed and what the timeline usually is to find out about my refinance options and have not heard anything back AT ALL! It is SO unprofessional to just cut off communication with a potential customer with no follow up at all. I will NEVER recommend them to any family or friends and I am reporting that Lending tree stop advertising them as well because they do not abide by the same things they advertise. Very disappointed.
