On return of my car the oil and battery light now coming on and the air pressure was put down by 10 psi which I noticed the tyres looked flatter as soon as I saw the car when I was picking it up. I'm sure they lied to me telling me I had an oil leak in the coolant fluid. I belive that was a lie now and from looking at these other reviews I'm even more certain.

Brett at AM Baldivis was extremely helpful and saved me considerable amount of money as he persisted till he found the problem was only a switch. I had been quoted by others 10 times the amount to fix. So grateful to the whole team. Will definitely get all my business from here on

Friendly and professional customer service at Enfield Auto Masters. All aspects of the service and mechanical work were explained . Even my windows were cleaned which was an extra bonus. Old school servicing. Great.

Recently had my Holden Colorado in for a timing belt job, not long after started running rough so took it back. After scan tools showed no problem, Wayne and his staff were very helpful, and professional. Assisted me In acquiring a hire vehicle, as I run a mobile business, whilst they looked into it. It took a couple of days, and it turned out to be a small hole in the intercooler, totally unrelated to the initial job and an extra expense, but Wayne or his staff kept me updated regularly on the progress, and the price was very reasonable, considering the time and frustration spent on it. Throughout the process from start to finish, Wayne, and his staff were friendly, polite and professional, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

I bought the VIP card in January, which I thought at the time I wouldn't use that much as there were things in it that just get done at service time. This card introduced me to the team at Reynella. They are ultra professional and let me use the card on my wifes car too. Nothing is too much trouble either. The first service was a little expensive as i had lots of little things to do, most of which i knew about. I took the hit but saved a couple hundred using the card. Fast forward 6 months and I've just paid $98.00 on a service for my deisel Mondeo, and they didn't even tick my card - wicked. Might get it serviced every second month at that price.

Had my auto transmission die on me recently and went to AutoMasters to have a closer look to see what was wrong only to find out the entire transmission would have to be replaced due to the damage it had suffered (only lost reverse but would have taken the entire lot out at any tick of the clock) They quoted me $1830 for the repair and the trans service and they kept to that pricing even after having my car for 3 days as they said I could either take it home or leave it there but I chose to let them keep the car incase any more damage occurred if I drove it home. Dealt with Gareth when it came to dealing with it and is a top bloke there as well as the other staff members.
Be going there in future for all services from now on.

Booked two services with Baldivis Automasters, 2 different vehicles.

The Hyundai - they called to say it needed a set of sparkplugs at $40 each. I declined, and asked why they had recommended the change, they said plugs were worn. I checked them later, absolutely perfect condition. Could have wasted $160.00. I did agree that they could change out the brake pads, but was surprised that the discs needed machining, at extra cost. There had been no noise or feel to suspect a need for this. When I queried that decision, they stated that they ALWAYS automatically machine discs when pads are replaced! That is a wasteful policy, unnecessary expenditure for the customer. ATF and coolant were said to be dirty and needed to be replaced & flushed out, what rot, they are fine.

The Nissan - surprise, the ATF and coolant were dirty, needed replacement and flushing, both were fine. Sparkplugs needed replacement, I could go on.....

People, the days are gone when mechanics could be automatically trusted to make good decisions and look after the customer's hip pocket. On inspection, Automasters Baldivis does the opposite, finding spurious reasons to do work which is not needed, and which ramps up their revenue.

I am off elsewhere.

I had a voucher that stated 1 free log book service includes 2 hours labour worth$200 only gave me $99 off. Complete rip off dont go there is my opinion.

Have had good and bad experiences at Auto Masters, the latest service cost me an extra $82 as Auto Masters over tightened the spark plugs they installed in my Falcon and cracked 3 of 4 of the insulators, causing the vehicle to misfire at high revs. Had the spark plugs replaced at my extra cost else where and all is well.

Took my car in for a service and repair an oil leak

I went to pick up the car and was advised of a number of other faults that would cost thousands

I got a second opinion the oil leak was just a hose cracked and the other faults did not exist at all

The oil leak was fixed for under $200

the automasters rear sticker torn up and in the bin

Decided to get a second opinion

Jason Bearsby and his team have been tending to my 2006 Ford Explorer since 2016. It is refreshing to experience their courtesies, their knowledge and insights into my car's conditions and servicing needs. Furthermore, Jason understands my needs as a customer regarding timing and costing of servicing projects.
Best care and servicing I have experienced in WA over the past 60 years!

I had my Ford Kuga serviced at Busselton Auto Masters and can't fault the customer service from Jason and the car service from his team. My car hasn't gone so well. Great job and highly recommend them

Hi today I had my car aircon regassed and the condenser replaced at your high wycombe (Perth store) and I've noticed that 3km have been added to my car mileage. I'm not very happy as I was very storm with saying my car is not to be driven as it is 1100hp and I think the mechanics used this as an excuse to test drive the power in my car. I'm not sure how they were driving it on the road but I'm not very happy as this is my pride and joy. And questioning why my car had to travel 3km to see if the aircon works after regassing when you can do this with the car in neutral.

You have lost any potential dealings with me or all my friends and I will be posting this all over high wycombe groups to inform potential customers that your workers will not obey customers directions and thrill ride at there own will

When you are sick of getting messed around by the others and your want an auto repairer you can rely on for fast, efficient, reliable, fair-priced work done on your vehicle just see Joe, Paul and the boys at Auto Masters Midland. I recently had substantial work done on my older vehicle and “Betsy” hasn’t run that well since she was new. Keep up the good work boys, my friends and family will soon be calling you.

I had my car serviced and had my brakes done at Auto Masters. After having the car for a day they said that they couldn’t reset the computer and could I bring it back for 10 to 20 mins in the next couple of days as they would get a different tool to reset it with. I took it in a couple of days later and after an hour they still could not reset it and could I drop it off for a day so the could look at it again.
As I’m a carer for my wife(stroke) I said that all I could let them have it for was half a day.
I dropped it off and was given a loan car.
My car was returned to my house by a woman in auto masters uniform just after midday.
I was told that the secondary battery was dead(it runs the economy computer and was working before the servicing began)
I also took the car back to the workshop to show them grease on the drivers seat around a couple of deep gouges in the leather seat
The person got some cleaning fluid and cleaned the seat and I left in disgust
I have written this complaint to the manager and the response was that the batteries only last about this long and that the seat damage was assessed as fair wear and tear. (4yrs old)
The bottom line is that the seat had no grease or tear on when it was dropped off and the battery was working when it was dropped off
I have crossed Auto Masters off my list and advised many others to do the same

Friday before long weekend took my vs ute to have fuel tank taken out to replace a hose which was cracked and omitting petrol fumes,could not drive all weekend for strong petrol smell,told to take it back Tuesday after long weekend where they must of flushed out tank bay with some strong chemical over two weeks later can`t drive ute as still smells bad causing head aches. Still trying to wash away strong smell.

I gave my vehicle for servicing on Friday, 1/5/2020 early in the morning as booked. After some time I got a call from Auto Masters, Willetton-6155 center that the radiator hose should be fixed in certain way and the cost of it and other things will be about $800. I reluctantly agreed thinking they're the professionals, they must know best? Got the vehicle in the evening. Next day (Saturday) morning when I was far away from home, suddenly the NEW radiator hose joint burst! All the coolant leaked. Completely! I had to arrange for a tow truck to get the car. Another $100! When I took it back on Monday they "fixed" it and thankfully they didn't charge me, saying that it was a good will gesture and asked me to change my review. But, surprise! It started leaking again! When I took it back this time, they wanted to charge me another $375 to fix it!

My car didn't have these issues before I gave it for servicing! The whole thing is just ridiculous.. I feel completely ripped off. And they had the gall to ask for more money to fix something that should have already been sorted! Instead of being understanding, the man I spoke to this morning and evening was rude and dismissive saying he was trying to save money for us on first time. He was challenging me to give any complaint, he doesn't care and he adds I am lying.
They could have given me options what is best instead of telling me what they did before and what they are suggesting now. Atleast they should have offered that it was a bad suggestion and reduced the money they have charged me before in the quoting price.

Definitely not coming back.

Had an Automatic transmission "Service" here a while ago, 2 months after the Service the trans leaked VERY badly, cost me $300, took it back to complain as it could have started a major fire as the two exhaust pipes ran under the trans. They said firstly it was out of warranty and charged ANOTHER $300, They did NOT use a Pan Gasket but rather whitish sealing compound that squeezed Out of the "seal". Then they Accused me of tampering with it !!!, Very disgusted, DO NOT Visit if you DONT want this to happen to you, end up costing me $600. The FIVE STAR ***** "Reviews" below are obviously '"Posted" by friends, family and Employees
