Ordered a replacement bumper from them, it arrived two weeks later than stated, broken and unusable. Tried contacting them multiple times, will not respond back. Hoping Amazon will refund my money so I can purchase a bumper from someone else.

After 10 days and charging me $3.95 for handeling he finally shipped the part.
Seller sound like an idiot and even hangs up the phone when you complain. Never buy there again

I ordered 11 items for two different cars. One of the items was not available and so they skipped it, but all the parts shipped quickly and were the correct parts which fit just fine. There was no need to for any customer service. I am disappointed with a service fee in spite of their claim of free shipping, but I still save money.

On a later date, however, I found that a "new" water pump had scratches and actual rust on it. It was a major hassle to get them to take it back and I had file a complaint with BBB online to get a refund.

I also had a problem with a belt tensioner that was clattering. At the time, they had a 1-year warranty stated on the site, but after trying to contact them for a month, they just ignored me and I had to file ANOTHER complaint with BBB online.

Shipping is much slower now since they want to encourage people to pay the extra amount for express shipping.

I ordered a hard to find part from them and had not received anything for 15 days so I tried to login to their website to check the order. this did not work at all. so I tried calling them as their number prominently displayed on their site. at least 5 calls and I was disconnected each time. on the 6th call in 2 days I talked to a person who says the status is unknown and the next thing I hear is a message from a voice mail asking for me to leave a message. so I did, this was 16th or 17th of the month. on the 19th, I received an email that my order had shipped. its now the 29th and no product. so again I call. on the 3rd attempt, I finally get a person who looks up the order and tells me the ordered had been canceled on the 15th. wow! this has to be the worse experience ever in my online shopping. and I do most of my shopping online. stay away from these people!!!

I purchased two rebuilt calipers as their price was the best by far. However I was concerned about their reputation as being "less than fast" with issuing core credit. Well, I'm still waiting for core credit and email inquiries and voice mails are not being responded to. However, I used a visa to order, took pictures of the cores, kept the tracking info- so I'm confident I can get credit through VISA anyway. I'd stay away from these people in the future. Try RockAuto.

Amazon needs to pull this vendor. They DO NOT have what they advertise on Amazon. It appears to be a false store front. DO NOT make a purchase from this false vendor. Amazon, please remove them.

Their site says 8 business day delivery (ground), but what they mean, and what they will tell you if you call them as I did, is that takes these guys 8 business days just to ship the order. Prices are good but I usually can't (or don't want to) wait 3 weeks for parts.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered $270 worth of parts for my 4runner. I live less than a hundred miles from these guys, It should have been here in three days. It's been twelve days. No parts. No tracking number. They don't answer the phone,I get cut off repeatedly after being on hold for 10-15 minutes. No reply to e-mails. The charge went immediately to my Capital One card,which I now have to challenge. Rip-off Reports.com also has bad reviews on this place. I urge anyone who is having or has had this problem with these guys to contact the Federal Trade Commission and report them. Let's shut these guys down before they burn anyone else.

Well Well! day thirteen my parts arived! The bag of head bolts that I ordered had been opened and resealed with one missing. The other parts were ok. I sent them an e-mail (since they won't answer thier phone) but I don't expect to hear from them. Now you know the rest of the story.

I placed my order on May 7th and it took them 8 business days to ship out the order! That is pathetic. I told the representative that my grandmother could move faster than them. He replied by saying "good for you" and hung up. I called back and reached another representative and asked them whats up with my order. He replied by saying "its in processing ser". I told the rep that I want to cancel my order since it hasn't even shipped yet. They would not cancel my order and it finanally shipped a few days later and arived on 5/21/2007. What gets me is that they have the nerve to email me with a tracking number two days after I already recieved the shipment!! This tracking number is usefull before the order arives, but it is useless if I already have the order. After looking at a local Autozone parts store in the city where I live, I noticed that the amount of money that you save from autopartsgiant is minimal. This place is not worth the wait and the hassle to save a couple of dollars. I would recommend to avoid this place alltogether.

I ordered an exhaust part after they charged my card 3 days later they called and cancelled the order telling me it's not legal in NY and CA. The manufacturer stars 49 state legal but not CA. I am in NY they still cancelled it because it's the way they wrote it in their system Total fools ! They didn't know that NY and CA are two different states and the US has 50. Sounded like foreign customer service too won't ever buy fro them

I paid $15 extra plus overnight shipping. Part was misboxed. All I could get out of these guys was "It's not our fault!" I returned and received second part (they would not overnight unless I paid for it). That part was also misboxed. Returned part and after 5 weeks I am still waiting for refund. They keep saying that it will be processed "today" then "by the end of the week". Still no refund. Also, they don't refund shipping. So, I'm out the original $53 + $9.98 + $9.98 for shipping costs to get this $82 part. At best I can expect the $82 for the part. This has been a nightmare. A 3 day project has now gone 3 months. I will NEVER buy another part from these guys again.

I ordered a front bumper for a 2013 Chrysler 200 just arrived today, when I opened the box these people actually had the bumper folded up in the box left side of the bumper is completely ****. The bottom is cracked and the plastic has a whole bunch of stretch marks completely un called for will never buy from again.

I ordered a part 10 days ago and told shipping would take several days. Since I was going to be in another state during the delivery window they provided, I had the part sent to the address where I was staying. It was supposed to be here yesterday and I wake up this morning to find that now they say oh it is now coming up to a week later. It would have been better customer service to tell me before now. They count on the fact that customers will just take being treated poorly. I will be returning it and will wait for it from a seller who treats its customers better

I placed an order online with www.autopartsgiant.com and provided confirmation number 1926368, on Saturday April 28th, 2007, totaling over $200. At which time I selected the Free US Ground shipping being told I’d receive it in 3-8 working days, which if they included Saturdays since they are open, and mail runs that day, at the latest it would be here on Monday May 7th. I was told that I’d receive an email when the parts shipped, that would include a tracking number as well.

On Tuesday, May 1st, I called to inquire about the order, just to make sure nothing was on back order etc and was placed on hold, and within a few seconds I was disconnected. I called back right away, and as soon as the phone was picked up, I was hung up on. This happened a total of 6 times before someone finally got on the phone and stayed on the phone. When I finally got someone on the phone I was told that no, it had not shipped yet, that it was sent to warehouse and should ship by Wednesday.

On Saturday, May 5th I call and am told that it shipped out on Friday (May 4th) via UPS Ground, they couldn’t provide me with a tracking number yet, that there systems update at night. He said I should receive an email that night with the information, if not, to call back Monday morning and ask for it. So I call back Monday morning (May 7th) around 12:50 there time, and am told that the systems don’t update until 1pm; to call back in 10 minutes. SO I call back in 10 minutes to be told that yes it shipped on Friday the 4th, but that it can take their system 5 days to receive a tracking number. I said “So it’s likely I’ll receive the item before I get a tracking number?” To which he responded, “Yes that happens often.” As of Tuesday May 8th, I hadn’t received the items yet. I logged on to UPS.com and using there zip code in there contact info, I pretended to be shipping packages from there zip code to my zip code, using the weight they provided on my statement, and for US Ground shipping, IF shipped on Friday it should have been at my residence on Wednesday May 9th. So giving them the benefit of doubt, I put in Monday May 7th as the actual shipping date, just incase it didn’t physically leave there office until that day, and it shows I should have it no later then Thursday May 10th.

On Monday May 14th, 2007 I call to check the status only to find out that it did NOT ship on the 4th as previously told NUMEROUS times. He tells me that it’s processing at the warehouse and should be shipped by Wednesday May 16th.

Today, Thursday May 17, 2007 I call and twice someone answered the phone and the minute I say “Hi, I’m calling to check the status on an order I placed 3 wks ago”, I got hung up on. FINALLY on the 3rd attempt I get a VERY RUDE customer service guy on the phone. He just says Nope, hasn’t shipped yet. When I asked why not, he just simply said “It’s still processing” It’s been processing for almost a month??? He says I can’t tell you why. I said there HAS to be some way to find out WHY it’s still processing. He says “the only way I can do that is if I submit a request to the warehouse and they won’t get it until tomorrow (Friday) so you’ll have an answer on Monday.” I said how can I find out what the answer is, he expressed it would be emailed to me, I said I’d emailed them several times to no avail. He said, “The only way I can find out is if I submit a request and right now you’re wasting my time on the phone, I can’t do it while on the phone so would you like me to do my job.” Needless to say this left me livid. So if the jerk gave me the right information his name is Seymore and his extension is 205! These people have VERY bad customer service, and don’t care about taking care of anyone. They repeatedly hang up on you, lie to you, and just have rude behavior. I wish I had found out all of this information before submitting my order. I live 40 miles away from my office and my husband and I have been sharing 1 car for over a month waiting for them to get there stuff together. I’ve started the process of canceling my order, but from recent complaints found online that will be a huge struggle in itself.

On Tuesday October 13 at 4:30PM an order was placed (order# 6729064) with the 2 day shipping option. As stated on the website under two-day shipping "All orders must be received before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (2:00 PM Pacific Time) Mondays to Fridays". An email was sent confirming the order and saying tha tthe tracking info will be emailed the next day. The next day, the tracking info was never received. After the product was not received 2 days later, I called to find out the status to be informed that the item will not be delivered until October 19th. They claimed that orders must be received before 1PM and that this order was not processed until the following day. Then FedEx failed to pick up the item until the day after that. When I discovered the shipping location was from their warehouse in Hempstead, NY (30 miles from the delivery address) I requested they use a same day messenger to deliver the product. They refused. I then discovered that the item was being held at the FedEx location in Jamaica, NY (22 miles from the delivery address). When I asked if they would send a messenger to pick up and deliver from there, they refused. They told me that I could go to Jamaica and pick it up myself.

*Update 10/26/09 - I did not receive the part until the following Thursday, 10/22, 7 business days after the order was placed 2nd Day Air. FedEx tracking # 989029937103.

I ordered $231.52 worth of parts which qualified for free shipping 5-8 business days. I called last Friday to check the status. They said it was probably going to be shipped that night. I called back again today, and a person giving a false name of "Juan" answered the phone. I said I wanted to check the status of my order from 6/4. He said it wasnt shipped yet and would probably be shipped tomorrow. Exclaiming that it exceeded the 5-8 business days, he didnt answer me and sounded like he was busy WATCHING TV. He didnt care too much about anything I said. In fact, I asked him if I paid the hefty $65 fee for overnight, he even said the order would 8 DAYS to process before shipping and would not arrive until after the 9th day. After hanging up with him, I realized that I didnt even give him my name or order number.

I called my cc company to reverse charges on the order. My rep. insisted that I tried calling them to see if we could come to an agreement. So I did...

I called back, and spoke to "Art". He said my order was shipped and would call me back with a tracking number. 1. He never called me back. I had to call back a few times before getting a hold of him. He gave me a tracking number, but when I checked, it read: "UPS could not locate the shipment details for your request. Please verify your information and try again later". When I called back again, he said to check the tracking number after 9pm PT, but was pretending to be clueless to when my order was shipped.

If it was in fact shipped, it was shipped today. UPS DOES NOT give a tracking number 5 days after it was shipped. WHATS THE POINT!!! I've NEVER had that. UPS and every other courier in the USA provides a tracking number on the SAME DAY, unless the vendor did in fact NOT ship the order.

After numerous times of being unsuccessfully transfered to the manager, I told "Art" to relay the message for me. I said when I receive my parts, I will gladly call my CC company to have them pay autoparts giant in the time frame it took for them to process and ship it. If I receive my parts in a total of 20 days, I will call my cc company 20 days after I receive my order. Fair, right?

Found these guys on internet after searching for a heater fan for my 280Z. Called to see if they had one, stated fan came with motor as a unit. He even opened the the box to be certain, I was informed. Well, no fan, just a motor. Then they wanted to charge me a 20% restocking fee, if they sent the wrong part. Tried to explain they didn't send what they said I was ordering, so I had to take the VISA back-charge route. I fell they should have reimbursed me the $8+ in return postage but they DID waive the 20% restocking fee. These guys seem to have quality new parts at a fair price, and relatively fast shipping, but caveat emptor! I'd expect some foul-up so they could retain their parts and pocket a 20% profit. Rate them D-.

I placed one order in 08/29/2019, and they just been sending me notifications that my package is late, or they attempted to deliver but business were closen and ****7 like that, I thought amazon guaranteed the shipping but apparently I’m in my own, and I have no clue of what to do, it seems like I just lost my 50.00 dollars for a mirror that won’t arrive. I hope I can help people and don’t buy from them. Amazon shouldn’t have them.
