Shipping system was being converted at time of order, so tracking page never updated beyond processing. Customer service responded quickly to email asking about order, including a link to a working tracking page as well as an expected time of delivery. Order was carefully wrapped in bubble wrap, extra space in box was filled with newspapers to prevent jostling. Will absolutely use AwardsforAnything in the future.

Chat was very helpful but shipping prices seem high... I received the trophy and the top was broken off. I did not want to go through the hassle of sending it back because I needed it for an event that day and had paid for express shipping to get it here. Ended up gluing the top back on. The marble is nice and the trophy felt sturdy despite the broken top. Kind of disappointed in the packaging.

The new Awards for Anything Website is buggy. Buttons don't work properly and you can't edit text of engraving easily. Also, their is no longer an easy to read confirmation page before ordering. The AFA website is also very slow. I've been ordering for several years, and have always been happy with the experience, so this is disappointing. On the plus side, Amazon payment process was smooth and without any glitches.

New site is much less user friendly than old site. It is hard to see and repeat information. It is very difficult to review typed info. Previously typed info is not stored for easy re-entry. Site does not display color selections on trophies. "Continue shopping" selection as with the old site takes you all the way back to the home page instead of where you left off. Site was also very slow. Could be our internet service, but I don't think so. Hopefully, the products are still good quality.

Your website really needs to be fixed. I order trophies from you guys about every 4 months for 3 events we do every year. Every time I call to get help I am told "our IT guy is working on it"...I'm starting to wonder if you actually have an IT guy or is that just what the phone person is told to say. Either way, it is very frustrating to order from your company now.

- Pre delivery - Everything's pretty neat... the shipping dates were a little odd though. Ground estimated it would show up in about... 4 business days... where as 3rd or 2nd day are mail said it would take 7 to 8, based on the estimated dates next to them. Any ways, everything else seems swell. We'll see when the trophy gets here. - post delivery - The trophy got here very fast. Felt like 2 day's or so, I don't keep track very much. Pretty awesome, very satisfied with how it looks, the size, and the lettering.

You have a terrible website. Aside from being extremely slow, there is a glitch when you wish to pay using Amazon. It clears your shopping cart. After it happened once, I tried again thinking it was user error. After the second time I realized the issue is on your end. The only reason I didn't go somewhere else and shop is because I used up every last minute of free time I had today trying to get these ordered. I will not be using your site again.

As this was my first time using Awards for Anything, and knowing there was a rather quick turn around time, I had crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. Needless to say the items ordered arrived on the day promised, and were exactly what I hoped they would be. I would highly recommend Awards for Anything to other potential customers, and WILL definitely use them in the future. Thank you.

I think you should show a picture of both exterior plaques on your web site. It would also be nice if I had a preview of my order before I place it. That would be very helpful. I would know just what is is going to look like. Everyone I contacted was very friendly and helpful. Your product is just what I wanted. I am very please with my plaque. It is better than I expected! It was quick to be shipped and received. When I need another item like this, I would order from you again. Thank you!

I love awards for anything and appreciate their very prompt and quick delivery. This year I ordered two trophies which were delivered within a week's time from the time I ordered, which was really great, however one of the trophy's had the incorrect engraving. I was in touch with them and they responded immediately apologizing for the error and sending a new plate. I would have provided 5 stars except for this mistake but will continue to order from awards for anything in the future.

I ordered a pair of captains pins a month ago. Not only have I not received them, but I haven't received any kind of shipping confirmation. I have tried on three separate occasions to have dialogue with this company concerning my order and have received zero response. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company for anything. HORRID customer service.

Unable to download Company logo and proceed in engraving section. Tired using Chrome or IE, both did not work. Left a message through "chat" function, no response. Tried calling customer service 8pm EST, unable to speak to someone. Finally got through checkout process but assume I will need to follow up with providing logo during proof of order is sent?

Tried to place this order four times over the last two weeks. Tonight I still struggled with the site because I guess it had registered part of my log in at some point. Just frustrated to take all this time. Now I need it and I am still playing with it. The first two attempts my text did not save and then a third time with the rep on the phone it did the same thing. My initial call for the exact size of the piece was never returned . UGH!

you display one price, but when you click on object the price goes up $2-3+ dollars. Objects say "Free Shipping" but then order and its comes to $9.60 for just one item. why so many different/ fluctuating prices? how could I do this for a team when unsure what exact $ would be?. Waiting for bill to see if anything else changed.

I came back here looking for the trophy cups I used last year, which all my show entrants loved. I couldn't find them and a CSR helped me. He/She found that the cups were not included on the webpage and updated the page so I could re-order them. Very prompt and very polite. I ordered the trophy cups (20 of them) and could even use Paypal, which keeps my credit card bills down. So I really appreciate having that option. Thank you so much, AFA, for being my favorite place to shop for trophies.

The cart and engraving function has some serious glitches, copy to all function does not work (copying engraving to multiple units), clicking "okay" in engraving section adds single quantities......took at least 4-5 times of re-doing everything to make it work (finally had to copy and paste each line multiple times
