We received a trophy broken for a player and they rushed us one not once but twice (the second one was also broken). They were very nice and Kimber is very pleasant to deal with. I did have to replace a trophy because a child dropped it and I didn’t realize shipping for one trophy is the same as shipping for 11. Ground shipping for one trophy could be much less.

I return year aofter year because of the ease of my ordering experience. There may be a better competitor out their, but I'm not looking for them. K2 takes GOOD care of me and my company's needs.

I ordered a set of 8 tumbler style glasses and had them engraved with a set of photos last year for my mom for christmas. K2 made a proof for me to approve, and when it did not come out well they remade it with a modified image at no cost to me!!

I needed 4 different engravings. Amazons site was so cumbersome that I couldn't add a second statuette without it being the same engraving. You guys get a kudos for an actual beta tested web code that even I couldn't break...and I find the errors.

I ordered trophies for our team of 8 year old boys. I was really pleased with the look of the trophies, and excited for the boys to receive them. When our coach handed out their trophies, one of our players sat down, and knocked over his trophy. It shattered and of course the boy was heartbroken. I knew it wasn't super durable, but was surprised to see how quickly it was destroyed. Our team offered to replace his trophy. Ordering one replacement, I was fine to do myself, but was shocked to see shipping cost double the price of the award. I messaged with your support, and they offered to give me a discount on the award, which is about $2.50, but still have to pay almost $11.00 in shipping. Just doesn't feel fair. If I didn't have an 8 year old boy looking forward to this award, I would not replace, and maybe research other companies who offer more durable awards.

It took me 30 mins to ck out. No matter what date or cr card I used it TOLD me to Choose another date!! I am a Second time buyer! I never had this problem the First order I made. All of a Sudden the Sys. worked. What a Bummer it was. I'll rethink ordering here next time. Thank you.
