My ordered since 12/5/2021 never comes . I have been trying to contact them few times but they only replying one time to gave me new tracking numbers cause the first one wasn't right . They give me second one and still wasn't right I called the usps said that wasnt right numbers . My order was over 400$ and no one respond my texts and emails since . Please respond my questions . I will waiting few more days if I don't hear anything from them I will report them to the bank . It's scam . Return my money back please

Unhelpful and I'm very let down by there attitude to even trying! I would have been happy to leave 5 stars for prompt delivery! Until the gift I ordered for my brothers Christmas was trainers at £360 which i ordered in October due to this years pandemic I started early but the trainers are too big and all I've asked is if I can change size of them, not even a refund! They have said no even though I've explained it was christmas gift but they ain't willing to even try! In response to your reply my name is Christine Graham I have been emailing from email address starting yoyo20 and 14 is not acceptable for Christmas gifts especially when it's only a change of size and this year with pandemic people have had to shop online early I would have thought u would have understood that and been more helpful as all other company's appear to be doing.

Shipping was perfect and fast with ‘insured shipping’ ! Only downside is that by the time package arrived to US the shoe box and shipping box was beat up and torn. Other than that everything else was perfect.

I had a good experience using B-Exit. The shipping to the US was extremely fast and my product was clean, authentic, and nicely packaged. I only took one star away because my card kept declining, but the money came out of my account so I had to call my bank. I suggest using Paypal if you’re in another country.

I live in Toronto, Canada. I discovered B-Exit approximately a month ago. Since then, I have purchased two Testoni brand, high-end wallets. The merchandise was as described by the seller: genuine, in mint condition. The discount was real. Also, the customer service was excellent; they answered my questions in less than 24-hours. It was a real pleasure dealing with B-Exit!!

I bought a pair of prada shoes from them and that was fantastic, came in the box with dustbags and all tags attached. My second purchase of a Prada bag was disappointing as it only came with a dustbag and a b exit tag. I should have confirmed what the bag came with before placing my order not after! I don't doubt the authenticity of the bag but I doubt if it's brand new as the usual protective tissue/materials around hardware including zippers and handles were missing. Perhaps the bag was a display piece or a returned item.
In addition, I wish they would start to include import duties into their prices so the buyer would make an informed decision on price before purchasing. Having to pay an additional 162 Euros in duties for a bag I doubt is brand new, just added to my overall dissatisfaction.

Placed an order. It arrived earlier than expected & in perfect condition. I was more than pleased and excited with the gift I purchased.

*Update - after receiving the item purchased. I received a bill from FedEx for over $300. I willingly paid an inflated price for the gift I purchased because I really wanted to get it as a gift and it said the shipping was included in the cost.

I was completely blind sided by getting billed an additional $311.00 from FedEx for the shipping. It states "Free Shipping" on my order and my bill from B-Exit said shipping was included. They never told me that I would be slapped with an additional bill after the fact from the shipping service they use and do bill to recipient "me". I tried contacting B-Exit about the unexpected bill I received and told them the free shipping / shipping included information on their site was a lie and misleading. They basically said, it's on me. I'll never order from them again, I feel they are very deceptive company and knowingly led me to believe the shipping was included in the cost when they knew I'd be billed seperately. It costs more to return the item for a refund than it is to just eat the additional $311.00 usd bill. Horrible customer service.

I am a 1st time customer in UK, ordered a product on 8th feb for valentines. Product stuck in FEDEX Italy without any movement at present. Communication lacklustre and no resolution!!! No refund until the product is returned to them, however the tracking states it is stuck in there home country! Jokers... if your thinking of purchasing, don’t do it! Unprofessional

I was looking for a cute pair of Ferragamo flats but didn't want the hefty price tag. Did my research and I came across B-Exit. Placed my order and my cute pair of flats came in no time. Authentic and fabulous!!!!!!!

Fantastic! Had been looking for the mink Givenchy slides for a while since my original pair was shot! I received great customer service in determining the size etc. And shipped right away!!

I made an order then I tried to cancel it after 2 hours exactly and they refused as it must be delivered! So, I asked them to provide me the return document to return it with the same courier, they also refused that I have to receive it then arrange for the return myself on my own expenses!!
What type of service is this!
I’ve never find any difficulties with canceling an order I made from other reliable websites, and I never have to go through this long process of finding a shipping company and pay for the return fees myself!! Specially during the lockdown and I am a non Italian speaker!

Poor quality product, the shoes looked as if someone had painted the soles with their own hands some paint that was unevenly covering the surface, disappointed with the product. I recommend the shop, fast but expensive also I spent 15gbp on shipping on the other hand the shoes look fake and discoloured.

I had an excellent first experience with b-exit. Ordered Fendi shoes, they were shipped out super fast and I received my order within a few days from Italy. Great prices for designer products! Will definitely shop with this company again in the future!! :)

Bought my Bally wallet here at a great discounted price and it was made better as the delivery was via Fedex and reaches me within a week in Singapore. Definitely authentic and good value for money for alot of the items here.

Super fast delivery and Items as expected. Amazing price for Givenchy bag I’ve been looking for. Items are genuine and in perfect condition. Only thing is they don’t come in original boxes, only in dust bag.

Slight inconvenience with having to pay for extra customs before DHL would deliver goods, this was unexpected however when I contacted B-exit about this they offered me a refund for what I had paid. I appreciated this customer service.

I didn’t received my product yet. I hope it gonna be soon. DHL is looking for my product. I paid 289,- euro for my Alexander McQueen sneakers. I hope to hear soon because I waiting already a week now.

Incredible delivery speed. From Italy to Greece in 3 days. I bought a Bally belt which was much longer than its description. I believe that it is not the store that is responsible, but the manufacturer.

Delivery of the product was quite good, especially when you pay extra for insured post. Anyway, once received don't make the same mistake that I did and know all the terms and conditions back to front because if you want to exchange, it needs to be done in 14 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY. I received the Prada Handbag more than 14 days before Christmas and sure enough my wife wanted a slightly different one but by the time I politely asked B-exit if I could exchange they said "no" and now we're stuck with a bag we don't want. 14 days is pretty tight and we certainly won't be using or recommending B-exit ever again.
