I have always experienced an excellent set up, delivery and support service from Baines Simmons. The instructors are all profession but friendly, helpful and obliging, as too are the admin team.

Baines Simmons recommended "Practical Skill for Auditors" knowing I am a pilot and not an engineer (I personally asked them to recommend a course during an earlier visit). I sincerely hope this was an honest mistake and not a question of filling the seats. The staff at Baines Simmons are very friendly but there has been no attempt to compensate me, just a phone call saying they are sorry.

This was my first visit to Baines Simmons. I was very impressed with the way in which the course was handled and my particular needs taken care of.

I am been amazed that Baines and Simmons trained their instructor so well that they actually know how to communicate with different people and deliver the information right into the students’ brain!

I have attended a few courses with Baines Simmons during my short time in aviation quality, all have been excellent in relation to the environment, the content and the delivery. I would highly recommend the Baines Simmons Training Academy to anyone in the industry.

The service I recieved from Baines Simmons was second to none. The staff were extremely professional and always helpful. The academy facilities were of a high standard and condusive to learning.

Content was just right for a 2 day course and the information given was current and relevant. Many changes expected early next year but explanations given as to what was expected. A good cross section of experience amongst the attendees offering good learning and discussion points to all. I would recommend Baines Simmons and would attend another course myself should I see a requirement.

Overall, I was very impressed with both the facility and the knowledge of the consultant (Duane) who delivered the course, particularly in the way in which we got down to the nitty gritty of the standard rather than sitting through PowerPoint presentations.

I would not hesitate to be involved with a course delivered by Baines Simmons again.

The Instructor Gareth was very friendly and understood what everyone wanted to get out of the course, he also understood that everyone had different knowledge of EASA 145 as their were a couple of MD’s there, people like me who have only been in the industry a couple of months and people who had been in the industry for 20+ years. He explained extremely well each of the regulations and how to apply them in a aviation workplace, and also made us do group activities which was nice because we learnt about how other companies apply the regulation. Gareth was always there to answer questions and if he didn’t particularly know the answer someone else in the class did. The materials given to us were very helpful such as the Book of European Aviation rules and the booklet of the powerpoint presentation so we could make notes on each slide as he was explaining each regulation. Overall, the course was run very well and catered well for everyone who attended.
