Have been buying Jewelry from this online shop for a few years now. Always extremely satisfied. The craftsmanship is amazing (looks even better than in the photos !!). Seller is very nice to deal with, and even when I had specific requests, he always went out of his way to make it happen. Great customer service and extremely fast shipping. Highly recommended!

I have been buying from Baltinester for years...They have beautiful jewelry and Judaica at good prices. Owners are very responsive and reliable. Good customer service is very important, and that's exactly what you get from Baltinester, whether you go into their store or order online. They are the place to go for Israeli jewelry! They're easy to find, centrally located on Jaffa Street, and they ship everywhere. Don't walk...run!

I was referred to Baltinester Bros. in Jerusalem by a dear friend of mine who had made a purchase there a few years ago. I was looking to buy a special ring for one of my best friends since childhood. I wasn't sure exactly what style I wanted but through text messages and phone calls Yoram was very helpful in deciding how to customize the ring and make sure that it would carry all of the meaning that I wanted. He also helped me pick a beautiful Hebrew engraving that added another level of significance. Throughout the whole process I felt confident that I was in good, experienced, and friendly hands. It's rare nowadays to have such a personalized and comfortable shopping experience, especially over the internet, let alone halfway across the world. Hello everyone I'm Kumu from Los Angeles. I became familiar with Baltinester Jewelry from eBay and Amazon, and my experience with them has been incredible. I first started by ordering online and that eventually lead to personal calls where I was able to talk to the owner and select a variety of unique jewelry. I can't emphasis enough how trustworthy they are and just the authenticity of their jewelry. Everything is hand made with genuine gems and diamonds, all orders come in time, and the owner is an amazing person. I highly recommend this place for everyone that's looking for top notch quality in jewelry.

Yoram at Baltinester jewelry was very helpful and friendly while helping me find a ring similar to one that was bought several years ago. He made a ring engraved with a particular scripture. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. If you want quality jewelry, wonderful service and quick shipping, use this company. I can't say enough nice things about Youram and Baltinester.

I ordered a customized gold ring on March 12 on ETSY and it was delivered via courier to my home on March 30! I didn't realize the jeweller was located in Israel and with me being in Vancouver, Canada I was somewhat concerned on delivery timelines. I was so pleased with the end result. During the order process communication from the jeweller was excellent - no delays. I have no hesitations to order from Baltinester in the future. Thank you Yoram!

It's so incredible when a reality exceeds a vision. I have had a picture of this necklace in my mind for quite a while now and waited to meet Yoram at Baltinester in August. My family has been acquiring beautiful things from the store for many many years, but this was to be my first experience and I was extremely nervous about how my ideas would translate. Yoram took the time to sit with me and listened carefully to exactly what I wanted. He took the time to send me proofs of different fronts for my necklace and showed me various chain thicknesses as we went through the design process. Everything met with my approval before the actual order was placed but by the time I left the store I had absolutely no problem entrusting Yoram with my special piece. He promised the piece would be shipped to me within 2 weeks and I apprehensively waited for its arrival. When I opened the box I was absolutely blown away by how perfectly the necklace turned out. With great self-restraint I waited for Rosh Hashana, the Jewish New Year, to wear my new necklace. I was thrilled when I looked in the mirror and received compliments from everyone who saw it. I am so happy to now be a second generation Baltinester customer. Thinking of what I could dream next time with absolute confidence

I visited Jerusalem with my husband in November 2018 for my 40th birthday and to celebrate the time I spent there as a student 20 years ago. I researched online before my trip to find a jeweler that would have a unique and special piece of jewelry to commemorate my love of Israel and my life now. Yoram helped me design and size the perfect ring for me with brushed yellow gold and two rows of sparkling diamonds. My ring arrived in time for Christmas and it is beautiful and special. The communication from Yoram and the team at Baltinester was prompt and open. All employees went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I even bought two sterling silver, Hebrew name necklaces for my daughters. My girls have been wearing the necklaces day and night because they are so beautiful and such great quality. My father always told me to be modest & not to wear Jewish jewelry, that is was not necessary to wear jewelry to prove your belief to G-D.
But if one finds it necessary to wear Jewish jewelry, Baltinester is the best place to buy it.
