I order bussines card , i paid all ok and after 3 day they sent email to confirm if i whant to go ahed ! I call them i confirm over the phone ! After 6 day i call again to see wher is my order and they told i need to confirm again ! Not recomand at all ! When you whant to contact them again they don t respond to your phone ! If you said on the phone you whant to talk whit the manager they close your call! Rubish company !

I’m happy with their products but, as others have mentioned, the delivery, which is expensive, is awful. I’ve just been let down for a second time. I can’t even track the order because there are no details with the tracking code. They also need to up their game with customer service. I called to find out what was going on as the leaflets were needed for a business event today. The woman said she would find out and never got back to me. I hope they sort out their delivery issues because this is going to lose them customers.

Rubbish. Ordered and paid for items to be delivered before Saturday 2pm today. Did not arrive. Wished I had double-checked Trustpilot as it seems a common occurrence with this company providing undelivered items. Guess it's always better to stick with reputable companies like Vista Print than go with the likes of these never heard of.

First time ordered from Banana print and I was very impressed with the service. Although I had an issue with the colour and design of my custom designed business cards and it was promptly dealt with and reordered for me. No issue...no quibbling and speedy delivery. I'll definitely use them again.

AMAZING service and prints. I ordered 1,000 postcards and 480 stickers at 6.30pm on a Friday night, received an email on Monday at 10 to say my order had been printed, another at 11 to say it had been dispatched and the parcel arrived at 10am on Tuesday! Beautiful quality product (although I already expected that from their lovely sample set). Very happy customer and would definitely order from them again.

Banana Print have been amazing to deal with, there was some confusion on my part but was given great reassurance as I have dealt with some dodgy printing companies in the past and am extemely impressed with the end result of the product. I would deffinatly use again in the future and reccomend to others.

Absolutely horrendous service. 24 hour business cards is a complete lie, their courier service is even worse, and possibly the worst thing about the company is their customer service team - who seemingly don't exist and wont respond to any queries. Stay well away, many more reputable companies that can offer much better services.

Very quick service, resolved a slight glitch with print lettering colours immediately and sent new set of cards, to replace the others in less than 22 hours, free of charge! Will recommend to all and use again as great quality and super helpful customer services.
