I ordered their adjustable glasses months ago and have not received them. From reading the comments of those lucky enough to have received them, in not missing anything. Unfortunately, I ordered two pairs so I'm out $40. Also, I was recently scammed by someone posing to be from my bank. They had a lot of information about me and I am wondering if this company is harvesting information to further scam the public. This needs to be shut down NOW!!!!

I placed an order for a bulk pack (5 piece of CR 1/3N 3 Volt Lithium batteries), but never received my order. I have left a message with 24hourbatteries weeks ago indicating that the product was never received, but they haven't even bother responding. They are low priced, but if they never ship your product, that is rather pointless. I'm extremely dissatisfied with their customer service and will avoid them in the future.

I placed a small order on July 15, and received a notice that the order was approved, and "processing". After 5 days with no further notice, I wrote and asked what was happening with the order, and followed up again the next day. It is now the following Friday, and I still haven't heard from them. I'm cancelling the order, hoping for a refund so I don't have to initiate a charge back.

Disreputable, devious and dishonest business. Purchased 3 items - all were of sleazy, slippery, cheap materials, poor construction and irregular sizing. The dress was listed as embroidered and was merely cheaply printed although I see they have now removed the claim of embroidery. I went through their process to return even though I had to ship to China instead of their stateside address. I've been waiting 5 months for credit, pestering them every month and being told "We will refund when we receive the package". I have just received my package back from China with the label "Unclaimed". Guess if they don't pick up the package they have never received it. This company also does business under the ANGELVIC label. DON'T MAKE MY $130 MISTAKE!

I ordered a beautiful boho dress from Loracmoon, which took around 2 weeks to arrive. I was disgusted! It was absolutely nothing like the gorgeous dress I ordered! It was a cheap tacky plastic fabric, printed pattern and atrocious sewing. It was HUGE too. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DO NOT BUY! Everything is "on sale" so that they cannot be returned. No specific email address, just the website. Nothing about them, just that they supply quality goods. Huh! I should have done my research. I complained and got a reply saying, "sorry you didn't like the dress" £40 I wish I'd thrown down the toilet. BAD! BAD!

What a rubbish company What a rubbish company. Made a purchase for a set of lights and ended up with nothing. Upon further queries, it was found that they DIDNT PROVIDE my full address to DPD who also couldnt deliver. DPD have had to send the shipment back, according to them, to Germany and then to Spain. I am now waiting for my money to be returned. I lost out on a contract as a result of their incompetence. Avoid at all cost. If only I had read reviews earlier

?Purchased from Ledkia UK, didnt know items were coming from Spain. Was told courier failed to deliver (impossible! We're open 6am-8pm 7 days) then LEDKIA refused to entertain the notion of a refund until they had received the items back and checked them. I ordered these now over 2 weeks ago and i'm STILL waiting! Since them I have found a better company to use from Amazon with much better quality tape, and cheaper! GET IT SORTED!

I ordered 2 scarves 5 months ago from ShopItAgain. The items never arrived. I had ordered a free sample prior and it did arrive so I thought this would be no problem. I was charged doubled what I was told, and never got anything. I have contacted customer service several times with no progress. This company is a scam and it a shame we can't stop them. ShopItAgain has a high score on eBay and I wish I could leave a review there since I think it is probably a score they have fixed somehow.

Rubbish. Ordered and paid for items to be delivered before Saturday 2pm today. Did not arrive. Wished I had double-checked Trustpilot as it seems a common occurrence with this company providing undelivered items. Guess it's always better to stick with reputable companies like Vista Print than go with the likes of these never heard of.

Placed an order 10 days ago, made payment straight away, status of my order remains as "awaiting shipment". Send 2 emails requesting information/clarification, they don't even bother to answer... Very bad customer service, will give them a few more days to respond, otherwise will cancel order and try to get my money back. --------------- Made another order at followbest, paid straight away, and service here is even worse... Ordered product 2 weeks ago, status still remains as "awaiting shipment". I asked them a week ago about the unchanged status, and 2 days later I received their reply that my item would be shipped that day. Now, another week later, still no change in status and again no reply to my inquiry... Very disappointed with their customer service, needs a lot of improvement. I deal frequently with smaller companies on the internet, which deliver perfect service and keep their customers up to date with every step of the way, even send information if there is a delay.

I ordered, and recieved confirmation for a 10 day delivery. Not 1 or 2 or 3 days.. but 10! Then I called them since they took the money right away, even though they didnt deliver. Then the guy said in half a month they could deliver. Then I cancelled.. wonder when the money is back on my acc. Ok! The delivery is outstanding long. Its fine. But why do you charge me before you send the order? That is definitively so far from right and legal. NEVER do business with such a scam company

Extortionate company with a nasty business model, making money on unaware customers that make a one-time purchase and get stuck with monthly subscription payments of DKK 89. It took me 6 months to spot this after buying razor blades for DKK 79. Quite expensive razor blades they turned out to be ;)! Avoid this company at any cost and be very aware buying online in DK. There are 1-2 other companies like this (BilaBlau for example). I even think Flipsu managed to remove some bad reviews by protesting (asking for customer reference number that the customer was not bothered to provide).

I ordered a print through Groupon, got the voucher 30/03/20, and ordered from Grangeprint, on 01/04/20 it was all ready for printing etc. On 22/05/20 I sent a reminder, considering the current terrible situation, I gave a bit of extra time, part of that reply on 25/05/20 was: 'We cannot give you a specific time it will go out.' So after 2 months, that was the reply, trump that, I wish hadn't bothered in the first place, I have got other priorities. Ed

The 1St time I took my son it was a pleasant experience, the lady cutting his hair was good with him and did a good job on his haircut. So I went back for his next haircut and had a different younger girl this time. My son was abit fidgety as a 1 year old would be, he wasn't crying or being unpleasant but just wasnt great at sitting still and wanted to swap seats to the different exciting chairs they have available. With this the girl says to me 'i take it your going to have any more kids after this one then'.................. I wasn't very pleased with that comment and have never returned She didn't do a very good job on his haircut either.

We had trouble setting up our LED lights so phoned Polis for help and he was amazing after an hour on the phone i was still unable to connect my phone to the lights wifi and LED controller so Polis sent me a remote control and another LED controller which arrived next day at no charge to me so today i phoned polis and after half hour we got the remote working and then the phones through the easy lighting app, polis was absolutey fantastic and so patient and not once got angry so glad we got it all working now and it looks absolutely fantastic in our bathroom - i would highly recommend not just cause of fantastic service but the product is 1st class (waterproof nano white and coloured stripes) - thank u Polis u where fantastic - Steph Lower xx

I recently ordered several rolls of RGB+WW 12mm LED strips to be installed. I called the support team to get advice and spoke to Oli about products and how to install the lighting and Oli was a massive help. The delivery was fast so over all I am very impressed with the Hi Line service and the high standard of the products. I will shop with Hi Line Lighting again soon.

They had the best price I could find for a camera I was interested in, so I ordered it off their website on 6/21 (Sunday), didn't get an order confirmation. Monday 6/22 I got a voicemail and email asking for me to call them about my order. They wanted to make sure I ordered a battery, since they don't sell batteries with their cameras (has anyone ever bought a new camera from a legitimate reseller that didn't come with a battery?!). Their website doesn't mention this at all, because it's really just a ploy to upsell you to a more expensive package deal. The package price was comparable to others around, so I approved the upsell and was told it would arrive in 5-10 business days. I got an invoice at that time, and they charged my credit card. On 7/8 (11 business days later, even accounting for July 4 holiday) I called to find out the status and was told the camera is on back-order and I wouldn't get it until at least the 15th. I don't know why they don't bother to inform their customers of this type of delay, since I would've cancelled my order or not placed it in the first place. This was unacceptable since I was leaving for vacation the evening of Friday 7/10, which is the reason I was buying a new camera. I figured 18 calendar days would be more than enough time to ship a camera. They agreed to expedite the shipping after I asked them to, delivery "guaranteed" for Friday 7/9. Roger W was actually polite during this conversation, unlike any other conversation I had with them (the others weren't rude per se, but they weren't polite; like I was bothering them). It took multiple calls over a period of two days (each call being transferred and put on hold 2-3 times because their phone system is a mess) to get them to send a tracking number (since I didn't trust anything they told me at this point). Come to find out that It didn't actually get shipped USPS 2-day Priority Mail until Thursday 7/9, so it wouldn't be delivered until Saturday 7/11 after I was away on vacation. Long story short, I demanded a refund and will refuse the camera if USPS doesn't return to sender while I'm away. Based on their previous lies and general incompetence, I have zero confidence that they will refund my credit card in any decent amount of time, but I have no problem getting my credit card company involved to get my money back. EDIT 9/4/15 Well here we are over 2 months after placing the order and this story is finally over. Upon my return from vacation I refused delivery of the camera on 7/21. After it made it back to the distributor it came from, eDigital called to ask why I returned it on 8/3. When I advised them that I expected a full refund to my credit card like they guaranteed, they agreed and said the charges would be reversed in "10-14 business days". This would have been 8/17-8/21. I then got an email from them on 8/6 saying the refund would be applied "within 48-72 business hours" (8/14-8/19). They obviously can't keep their lies straight. But giving them the benefit of the doubt, when my card was still not refunded I called on 8/24 to demand my refund. This time I spoke with Roger, the same person who was helpful to me before. Turns out that was a ruse, as he was the opposite of helpful this time. Or maybe it was a different Roger, I don't know. Either way, he said he didn't know why my card wasn't already refunded, and that it would be refunded on 8/28. Having blown away any semblance of trust I had for them, I asked for a confirmation number, document, or email that stated as such, but Roger proceeded to hang up on me. Giving them the benefit of the doubt that they don't even come close to deserving, I waited until 9/1 to dispute the charge with my credit card company. One call to my credit card company, and the charge was reversed and I can buy this camera from a reputable vendor now that my funds are available. STAY AWAY FROM eDIGITAL!!!

3 weeks ago I ordered my camera with standard shipping (8-10 days)...its 21 days and haven't received confirmation. If they told me from the get-go they don't even have the product, I would have cancelled earlier. I am trying to call them to cancel and although I called at 9;32am, supposedly open at 9;30am, their is an answering machine claiming they are still closed.

They claim to be authorize sellers for Seagate and charged me 4 times higher then market price on pretext of sending me Brand New Disks but all their disks were OLD , Defective and without original Seagate packing. Placed an order (my second) with Artic Articles for 4 water filters for my refrigerator. On 6/1 , after a back order delay, I received a flat USPS envelope . The envelope was empty, open at one end , no tape on it and completely flat, no evidence that anything had been put in it. To top it , the envelope was too small to have contained 4 water filters in their original packaging. I immediately contacted AA and received a response telling me to file a claim with the USPS and that they would cover the difference. I refused since it seemed apparent to me that the package was never encumbered with anything . At that point AA refused to respond or call me back. As of 6/3 still awaiting a call back.

I ordered a set of drapes on March 25 which were on backorder to be delivered in May. When I contacted the company the beginning of May thru phone calls and emails, I got no response from the company. I am retired and on a fixed income and maybe $76 isn't much to some people but it was a sad loss for me. I'd like to hear from others because I don't know how I could have such a negative interaction with all the positives I am seeing online. I'd just like the drapes I ordered or a refund.

I am a subscriber to Groupon coupons. I purchased a Groupon to www.ideclarecharms.com. It was showcasing $60 worth of charms for $30. The Groupon was to go into effect in 48 hours. Within the purchase from Groupon to ordering from ideclarecharms.com, a bracelet I wanted to order went from $50 to $65. The price increase happened within exactly 48 hours from the purchase date of the Groupon. I find this a very "coincidental" incident. It's a sad, sick way to make money off of people. Bottom line is, I ended up paying $15 BEYOND the price of the Groupon I bought. I will never purchase from www.ideclarecharms.com again.

I purchased the Groupon for this site and promptly set about choosing my charms. I ordered 4 charms and they came on time - HOWEVER one was printed incorrectly. I called, left a message and then sent an e-mail. They responded to my e-mail saying that as soon as I sent back the incorrect charm, they would replace it, and the replacement would come to me in about 2 weeks. It has now been a month. I have not recieved the replacement and they are not responding to my e-mails or my phone calls. Nothing irritates me more than crappy service. I will never order from them again.

I placed an order for two albums. I got an email from them stating that due to covid shipping was not available to the usa. I mentioned that i purchased from other shops in Korea and had no issues and their response was that only EMS was available to the USA...after telling me no shipping was available at all. (Lie #1) I then asked how much it would be to upgrade shipping to EMS so that I could get the order and was met with a rude response telling me that I should've bought the albums through another store I'd purchased from in Korea and that I should ask for a refund from them. I kindly explained that they had the best price, so I ordered from them and repeated that I wanted to know what an EMS upgrade would cost. They stopped replying to my emails. Finally I gave up and asked for a refund, which they replied to and refunded within 10 minutes....and didn't do a full refund to cover the "Paypal fee", stating that PP takes a fee from my end for returns (lie #2). (The fee is refunded to the buyer but not the seller and it is plainly stated in PP TOS that the seller (KPF) pays the fees and the buyer (me) gets the full amount refunded). On an item they REFUSED to send and proceed to be rude to me over and tell me to go elsewhere because they didn't want me to pay them for shipping upgrade to keep my sale? Best part? My friend messaged their instagram the same day asking about EMS shipping to the USA and was told it was available. So they were caught in their lie. Update: Still in a PayPal dispute with them. But the albums I wanted randomly now say "sold out" which leads me to believe they didn't have the item to ship and didn't want to admit a site error. This is definitely not a way to keep customers. I wouldn't have minded if they'd simply said they were out of stock or asked me to replace the order through the site to get the correct shipping, but instead they lied through the entire processes and tried to pass their fees off on me, giving me rude attitude the entire time. Go with KpopAgent, Kmall24, Ktown4u, Kpopinyourareastore, or any locally owned kpop shop instead. All are wonderfully run and have had no issues with.

I haven't found many reviews on Kpopfactory but still decided to give their website a try. I ordered two BT21 bag charm doll and they are the official BT21 merch.The shipping was way faster than expected: It took about 1 week for the order to process and a week (2 at most) for it ship from SK to Canada. The shipping can get quite expensive considering it correlates to the weight of the package. However, they wrap their item very securely!! PS: They gift printed pictures for every purchase! 5/5 would recommend it.

I found sportspar.de searching for a Timberland coat both in Amazon and in Ebay, Sportspar is active in both the marketplaces. After further searches I found their site very professional and decided to buy with their own ecommerce. The site is only in German but this isn't a problem at all when you have Chrome. I bought a Timberland Mount Pierce Waterproof Coat to test their capability. They gave me an excellent experience: a wide range of products and variants, a price ratio without competition (just Euro 58 Euro for a Euro 300 worth coat), an international fast and economical DHL expedition with detailed tracking. As first time customer and newsletter subscriber they gave me a Euro 5 coupon.
