I ordered an item on March 10, they charged my credit card almost immediately then I had to write an email 8 days laetr to ask about shipping. They apologied for the delay and promised to be shipped accelerated by 2-day service. After another week I called asking what is going on. They said it's not yet shipped, but will be "today". It wasn't. However I received this item on March 31st. I wanted to share my experience to let everybody know what to expect from iSellSurplus.com. Unfortunately I didn't read any reviews about this store before my order.

Bought an AMD Athlon XP 3200+ CPU from this merchant recently. The CPU was defective (good ol' AMD JPG/MPG corruption issue seems to have come back in the XP 3200 procs), so I got an RMA and sent it back to PC Loft for replacement. PC Loft actually went through the trouble to test the rest of their XP 3200 CPUs they had in stock to make sure they did not have this defect. It turned out that ALL of their 3200s had this same defect, so they had to wait until after 1/1/05 to receive replacements from AMD. Being unable to fill my order, they refunded my purchase price and all shipping charges. Not a happy ending for me, but PC Loft did about everything they could to make sure this turned out positively for me. I was impressed by their customer service and technical support and will definitely buy from them again. I hope they do well because there are a lot of vendors on Pricewatch that don't try even half as hard as PC Loft.

I was so disappointed that the metal detector that my husband has wanted for YEARS had already been opened and used. This was to be a 70th birthday present! We are on a fixed income, and I made a huge stretch in our budget for this purchase. Shame on you, Online Sports! You can bet I will be making plenty of noise about this. Amazon should rid themselves of such poor suppliers as Online Sports...they are NOT reliable.

i bought a 45'gym parachute after its second use it broke (after having paid over 100$ in duty fees) they were nice enough to send me a second parachute although they were supposed to get back to me BEFORE sending it to me so i can get it shipped to a U.S address and avoid paying duty for a second time. they didn't apologize and in fact said too bad for me more or less but offered to reimburse me 50$ ...1/4th of what i paid on just duty. after receiving the second parachute shortly after, (2nd use to be exact) it tore again. both times i was there and saw that the kids were not abusing it in any way. i just contacted them now and will keep you posted on whether or not they reimburse me the full amount that i paid.

This is my #1 (of 3 in use) most favorite sources for WISP service gear here. Insane personal support you thought was lost. Prices and a care about each order that both the novice and big boys will appreciate. Too often we come to point out the bad eggs, not here. Someone on the other end has pride in what they do. Maybe not a crowd of reviews (yet) but trusted 100% with some high ticket orders. Give em a try if you need something in their specialty lineup of wireless cutting edge devices ;-)

I ordered 8 Wilton Armetale glasses on Nov. 27, 2012, that did not arrive. I re-ordered 8 glasses, paid extra for 3 day delivery on Dec. 14, 2012. The glasses have not arrived as of today, Dec. 26, 2012. I am very disappointed and I do not have an order# for tracking my purchase. I received the first set of 8 glasses I ordered in early Nov. with no problem. I was pleased with Gift Collector prior to this fiasco.

This is not only my new go-to vendor for anything VOIP or phone-related, it's one of the best vendors I've had the pleasure of using in my 15 years on Internet. I'm tech-oriented, but I have little VOIP experience. I went to the 8774e4voip.com website because they had the lowest price on the VOIP phones I was interested in. They helped me choose the best phone for me, a Polycom 650, and it was at my door two days later. But the most important part of this purchase came when I needed help with some intricate phone settings. Polycom doesn't support end users; they refer you to your phone vendor. I thought I was out of luck, because I bought the phone at a steep discount. I called e4 and asked for help. They spent almost an hour on the phone with me, patiently and expertly instructing me how to solve the problem I was having. This combination of price and service is very rare. If you need phone or network equipment, this is your place!

I ordered the low priced Instagram Followers, Likes and Comments packages from them, I received Low Quality Fake Followers, Likes and Comments that dropped off within a couple of days. Then, I ordered the medium priced Instagram Followers, Likes and Comments from them, I received the same Low Quality that dropped off within a couple of days. Finally, I order the high priced Instagram Followers, Likes and Comments that they advertise as Non Drop, I received the same Low Quality that dropped off within a couple of day. They deliver, sometimes they over-deliver, and other times they under-deliver, but all delivered disappear within a couple of days, and no matter how much and how long you communicate with them, the communication remains at the level of communication, no solutions, no real actions towards resolving the issues.

I bought a box of 10, Pop Xtra. I have in the past received great customer service. However this time I have called, emailed, and texted several times about paying 1-2 express shipping $28. 20 and my order was placed on September 10th. Today is the 15th and according to my tracking number, it isn't suppose to be delivered until tomorrow the 16th! I may as well paid the five bucks instead for regular shipping. I am NOT happy with them and I will continue to call, email, text and whatever it takes. This is total BS!

I placed an order online and received an email confirmation. After 10 days, I had not received any further emails or my order. I called the customer service number and, after following prompts, listened to ring after ring and never got an answer. I then emailed customer service asking for status on my order. After 2 days, no response. I tried calling the customer service number again, and was directed to leave my number and someone would call me back. They did, and reported that my order was on backorder status and would not be shipped for another month. Since they had already charged my credit card, I requested a refund. We'll see if they do that. The bottom line is that their communication and customer service are awful. I'll never know about their products.

Beware of www.ukenergyassessment.co.uk. This is not a legitimate company. This company cold called my parents in law, offering free grants for windows, boilers etc. They visited, offering to replace 5 windows (glass only) with energy saving glass, that allegedly saved 70% of your heating bill (Windows account for 20-30% of heating loss, so this would be difficult.) My parents in law paid £852 deposit by cheque, which has now cleared. The original cost quoted was £6,000, which when they declined, then immediately dropped to £3,000. The company say they are 30 years old, and the UK's leading energy specialist, but - They have no presence anywhere online except their website, no reviews, no mentions anywhere. - No social media presence at all - No company information on their website, (Illegal)and no results on companies house - Website was registered in June, anonymously - - Their registered office address is almost certainly a virtual address in Staines - - When you call the phone number, Google tells me it's the number for Maida Vale Local Clean, a cleaning service in London. It's also a different area code than the virtual address. - The links to grants they show aren't for consumers, but businesses, and seem designed to mislead - The grants they claim to get, require a paid audit and a certificate - they have done neither of these, and so are not a legitimate part of this scheme. In short the company doesn't seem to exist. Unsurprisingly, they have put off returning, and I suspect never will. I will correct this review if they do. Adding this to give others opportunity for easier due diligence.

Sometimes it is difficult to get out and about when you don't drive and it's great to be able to choose a few necessities and have them delivered to your door. Having two frisky hounds, I sometimes forget to buy their worming tablets and flea and tick drops......... Now I can sit down with a cuppa and browse through some great quality products and order a few practical things to keep my hound healthy and a few little treats!!! This program is wonderful. My daughter is 4 and asking to learn to read. These books really start from ground level and are easy enough to build confidence, unlike many early readers. She is excited to “work” on the program. We are going at a much slower pace, but she’s enjoying it and not frustrated. The books definitely ramp up and advance, but I know she’ll be ready and still happy about reading when we get there. Thanks so much for your excellent program!

Ordered a pan for my husband in November. When it hadn't arrived three weeks later, I called. After waiting for 10 minutes for Customer Service, a very bored sounding person told me it was out of stock. He didn't know why it hadn't arrived, but it might (MIGHT) arrive in January or even February. He had no way of knowing. He had no ideas about why no one had contacted me to tell me it was out of stock. Now I am here 10 days before Christmas, back to square one. I'm going to try again with them, to see if they can deliver by Christmas with another pan. I'll keep you posted. Later: Decided to call before I ordered this time, even though it said on the page that the pan could be delivered by Christmas. The same bored-sounding customer service guy told me it could not get there by Christmas. He was very unapologetic, pointed out the area where (in faint orange letters) it said that the item could not be delivered. Refused to admit that there was anything strange about the fact that it said, right below this, that it COULD be delivered. This web site totally stinks. But the poor customer service is what really gives it a "$#@!"

Same as others- I ordered item advertised as "in stock" & "ships in 1 day". 8 days later, ZERO communication- no tracking, no out-of-stock notice. I contacted company, and was informed product would not be in stock for almost another month! I cancelled. They still continue to show the product is "In Stock" to this day! Horrible. I visited for food the first time last Saturday, I had been to the bar previously but not eaten. Our starters were fabulolus and my partners T Bone steak was good however my Sirloin was rare as opposed to medium rare and was a little tough, only I ordered a pudding which wasn't great. The overall dining experience we were disappointed in as the tables were extremely close together and gave a feel of a canteen where you could hear the conversations of surrounding tables as if sat on them. I would frequent the bar again as the surroundings and atmosphere are good however I doubt I would use the restaurant again. I would like to add that the staff were attentive and pleasant.

I recently visited the Birmingham restaurant based at the top of the cube building. Very nice place, staff, ironed tableclothes. I chose from the 3 course for £25 menu. I was so very disappointed. Ham hock was like a slice of spam. Served with piccalili nothing special no flavour. 35 day old steak. 3 tiny vine tomatoes , over cooked chips . Nothing special .No flavour. Dessert was a lemon tart with a spoon of ice cream. Tart was nice but not any effort whatsoever on presentation. This restaurant is highly overrated. Marco I am sure that this is well below your standards.

They refer to some "missing details" from the new supplier that stops them from giving a refund once you have switched. I'm going to escalate this properly as their customer services is plainly useless and does nothing apart from sending excuses via email. Total rip off, avoid at all costs !

My account has been sitting at £412 in credit for months, I have screenshots, I also have screenshots where I was advised to change my payments to £20 from £115 as I have been paying too much. I have been reading customer reviews on trust pilot where they all say the same thing, as soon as they try to switch and have had a huge balance in credit then all of a sudden lumo stop the switch for some reason or another and their balance drastically changes to a negative. Someone from lumo always replies that theyre sorry to hear this and it doesn't sound right and goes round in circles. I believe this latest bill is innacurate. There is no way I was in credit by that much and now that much in negative especially when It was telling me to drastically reduce my payments. You're absolute cowboys and I'm prepared to take it all the way. Contacting the ombudsman as from what I see on these reviews its the only way to get anywhere. I've emailed this to lumo customer support and also complained on the lumo app. Stay away from this company. This many customers negative reviews are not wrong. Cheers

I ordered a replacement battery for my DSC external siren. All Data Resource had the best price on the internet plus they stocked the genuine replacement battery (DSC-WT4911) instead of a no-name generic. The only negative is that the product didn't ship out until a week after I ordered. That's not a game changer for me. Their website is easy to use and the product was easy to find on their site. I have ordered from them in the past as well and had good experiences then (back in September of 2013). This shows the company has been around for a while.

This company provided some of the worst customer service I have experienced ever, after more than 2 months, still could not get my order and shipment correct. Submitted my order via the website, paying for 5 locks. I received 2. Of those 2 sets, one did not have screws for the lock housing. Also, the instructions for making the keys work with the Smart Key were not found. I submitted my concerns to the company soon after receiving the materials. The issue is unresolved, despite an email response, a couple days later, stating that investigation was started. Be wary to buy the product here.

Purchased my Escort Redline on 8/10 from Best Radar Detectors and I am so glad I choose to order from them. I was actually ordering a different item and a live chat rep asked if I needed any assistance. After chatting with the rep he informed me that the detector I was ordering was not immune to radar detector detectors which are used in my area and recommended this unit. The writer was one of the best I've worked with ever! Relevant questions were asked, my instructions, directives and queries were meticulously to the extent possible addressed . A rating of 10 would have been more appropriate except that some editorial glitches that were repeatedly identified by me were still occurring . In my next ORDER, I'll concentrate on improvements based on these comments and if the writer addresses them, I'll be more than willing to GIVE the writer a TEN. The services were also generally very good except that one request to offer me a-twenty-percent discount on my next order was never REALLY addressed . I'm hopeful that this request will be given consideration SOON and look forward to making my NEXT ORDER with ozessays as soon as the 20% is AVAILABLE .

When I tried to order a dress it was saying this code is invalid. I think they have some problems with timezones. When I call them today they said they can't do anything about that. I purchased several dresses, jeans, sweaters, and purse during the holidays ...in other words I spent quite a bit of money on-line and my local store in Texas. Two items were a final sale ordered on-line and and I had zero idea that if they did not fit once I received them there was absolutely no exchange or refund granted to the customer. After I contacted corporate to consider my situation for a refund or an exchange they failed miserably to do anything except offer me a very insulting 10% on any future purchases. I will do my best to refrain from future purchases from this store..this is not good customer service at all. One would think that if you spent nearly a thousand or more dollars the very least they could have offered me as loyal customer an exchange since the items were never worn and still had their tags on and I went to the store immediately for a refund or exchange. So I am out $105.00 plus dollars now....not good Cache!

ViveDecor took over 3 weeks to send my purchased item and they sent a broken item. The manager Chris Harris was rude, spoke over me, refused to take ownership of the broken item. Blamed UPS told me I had to take it up with the shipping company and refused to send the return shipping details and said I had to pay them for shipping because they sent a broken item. The WORST company every. DO not order anything from this company. They have no idea what they are doing. They are rude, uneducated and unprofessional. Their only concern is taking your money.

Bought a 2000$ table for 300. Was the cheapest price around(after lots of looking) and then gave me a another discount when checking out. No tax no shipping was another huge bonus. After making my order I read some awful reviews and was really worried. I called the customer service 3x and everytime they gave me accurate update and settled my nerves. Table came within a week. Couldn't have asked for a better company:)

Honestly just follow the size guide and you should be okay. Allow yourself an extra inch if possible - especially if you have a couple months to go till your con. I got my order within 3 weeks of ordering and everything looks really good! The only thing I can complain about if that the tunic for one of them was supposed to be kind of like a dress and it barely covers my butt. Otherwise I'm so happy with what I got and was really impressed by the quality of material and that the sizes were true to the guide.

I got the Assassin's Creed Syndicate Evie cosplay. The shipping was fast, but the service was kind of awful. When the costume arrived it looked nice, but was a bit smaller than I liked. I've already read that returning it for a bigger size would be a huge hassle so I didn't. A week before the con I went to, buttons started popping off of it, I sewed all of them back on giving it the benefit of the doubt that I was just a little to active when testing it out. Then the zipper from the undershirt came off and while at the con, I lost four buttons, I'm going to have to replace the whole set and the zipper! Long story short, I'm not buying from them again.

I have been using Donna Bella extensions for 2.5 years now and I must say I am switching at the earliest convenience. The extensions started out great, I had a full head with only 3.5 packs of hair and it was THICK. The bonds lasted me 3 months with minimal slipping, however over the years that has ALL changed. The prices went up, it now takes me about 8 bundles for the same amount of thickness and they shed like CRAZY. I am having to order more hair and get it done once a month...that is costing me about $150 a month!! Other people who I have talked to have had similar experiences with DB hair and have also switched to other manufacturers. For the price of the hair I would expect much better quality than this, it is such a shame how this company has gone down the tubes. My bonds also turn white after only a few weeks and are completely noticable under my brown hair. The worst parts are the slipping, the shedding, and the bonds...the thickness of my hair has decreased by about 35% since installation two weeks ago...get it together Donna Bella!!!!! In addition I noticed that I started seeing split ends, EVERYWHERE!! It makes the hair look uneven and straggly at the bottom, I can't even wear the hair straight. I also noticed about 5 strands that were completely white, which means either the color stripped out completely or I had never noticed it but it looked like pieces of dental floss in my brown extensions. The other issue is that the hair is not all the same length, I order the 18's and only about half of the hair in the bundle is actually 18 inches, most of them are 12-14 inches...what is THAT about?!?! A few months ago they even sent me the wrong hair in my order, I was charged a $125 cancellation fee by my stylist and requested a manager contact me....never heard from the manager but they did send me 22's as the 18's were out of stock, so did they send me the 16's hoping I wouldn't notice? I had to get the hair cut which makes them look blunt on the ends and hard to blend, plus I was still out $!25 from my stylist from having to cancel when we opened the package.

Absolutely the pettiest people I've ever known. Sold me a UK made bottle of liquid that had no expiry, no barcode and no batch code, like all the other bottles I have from the same manufacturer. Told me they would need to have it back to examine it, but I would need to pay the postage, then instead of giving me the money back, they would give me 3 bottles of their utter trash omg liquid to reimburse me. Said no, took it to PayPal. Then they told PayPal they would refund me for all 3 items I bought, knowing fine I had already used one of them and that would give them another excuse not to refund me. Said I didn't want to send back the other two items, basically laughed and said too bad. So had a chat on the phone with PayPal, told them what was going on, guy took 2 minutes and closed the case in my favour, said keep the stuff and have me back my money. His words were gosmokefree are "being unhelpful, messing you around, and are just trying to be tricky over this". Should have known better after reading the answers they give people on trustpilot, they are always right and customer is always wrong. They sell out of date liquids that are 10 months past their expiry date too, with the well used lie that, "American juices don't have expiry dates". Funnily I have 26 bottles of liquid in my house right now from 7 different American companies and they all have expiry dates. Seriously bad attitudes from all of their staff, expensive for a lot of stuff too, loads of the shortfills they sell can be bought for less in plenty other websites. Never again, gave them one chance and they don't get another, too many vape sites nowadays to put up with shady companies trying any trick possible to avoid refunding money when they sell fake goods.

Ordered twice from these and both devices were faulty, in both instances I was told to pay the return postage and if devices tested as faulty I'd be reimbursed, they were BOTH tested faulty and it ages, a lot of hassle and them ignoring my emails but finally i got refund for devices only not the return postage, numerous emails to them asking for post refund but they just Fob you off, all the time. Not only that with the 2nd order I returned some unwanted coils in the same package (I'd ordered wrong ohms by mistake) Chris said it would be OK and they'd refund for the coils as long as intact) He said never received their end so no refund, they were sent in the same package as the faulty device they'd got Ok. Lame just lame. Never ever again will i use these.

I ordered a TPU case for my new Galaxy Nexus from Amazon and I received it super quick. The case was absolutely perfect. Very low profile, thin, strong and feels great! The free screen protector is not of the highest quality like ZAGG but i installed it and its working and looking great. In fact I was so satisfied I went on their website and ordered the clear case. That one also arrived in two days and is on my phone now. When I emailed them about my order questions (I wanted to know if they made a case for a phone not listed), they responded quickly and said they could work on it! I will always check them from now on for all my phone cases first.

This company has an easy to use website, the vaping products are all high quality and the ecig fluids that they have are great tasting, have a huge variety of flavours and you can choose the strength of the nicotine that you want, even fluids without nicotine for those who are giving up or don’t use nicotine. I found this brand very good for giving up cigarettes, I went from smoking 20 a day to using my v5 vape immediately and never picked up a cigarette again, without problems. I ordered 13 items from AirAccent some time in the beginning of February. About two weeks later I got one of the items, and then wrote an email asking why I only got one. I was promised that the rest will be shipped soon. Its now late march, and I still haven't gotten the rest of my order. I wrote several emails, and contacted them via their contact info on the site, but never got any response. I just cancelled the order, and I'm not even sure that they are willing to give me back my money. Update: I have been contacting them several times within the past few weeks about giving back my money, but they still haven't payed me back. I'm sorry that I fell for this scam and wasted money just to be robbed of them by a bunch of thieves.

The bedside lights look good … but the glass tube does not fit well and has sharp edges on it's base and the built-in dimmers don't appear to dim LED bulbs (tried 4 types - including those recommended on the webpage). To be fair to Value Lights, they have refunded the cost of the bulbs and delivery was on time - but perhaps they should test the claims they make or infer in their web pages.

I ordered my goodies on 06/07/2016. Finally got tracking info on June 29th by logging into my shirtpunch account, no email or any notice that it shipped like the initial order email said they would send me when it shipped. I don't care if they are in Canada, my package is not due to arrive still until 07/07/2016. After 1 month? I had someone hand make me a custom plushie, ordered on 06/07/2016 and delivered on 06/11/2016. That is not from a company but a real person who made it with her own hands. I understand all items come down to being made with someone's hands, but c'mon, Shirtpunch is supposed to be a company, they have CS reps from India, they aren't a single person with a needle and thread. This is some BS. I was worried, because without tracking info I was freaking out thinking my package just got taken off my porch by drifter scum. I didn't know what to do. Fears alleviated, going to get a package (hopefully the right stuff) in 5-7 days, but this isn't a way to do business and makes no sense. Was going to give 1 star but they proffered me 100,000 punch points for an apology. Yay. 6/10 Will spend punch points.

On Thurs morning, I was on my way to work and had been unable to find my fave t shirt, a Legend of Zelda shirt. I assumed I had left a load of laundry in my apt building's common laundry room. I decided to look and even bring the shirt with me if I found it. I am 4 flights up. I go down the winding, low ceiling stairs to the basement and I trip. I land on my backpack. I hurt my knee badly, but I do find my t shirt in a dryer after getting up. What did not fare well, was the glass in my Uwell Nunchaka that was in my backpack. The glass in the tank was shattered. 2nd time on this tank...when no other tank since 2012 has the glass broken. When I got back upstairs, I found it to be out of stock locally and on some familiar websites. I ordered on Hoosier E-Cig and since the glass was only 3.99 I sprung for extra shipping, but it was a no guarantee 4-6 days. I got a confirmation email. then a processing email, then a SHIPPED email within a few HOURS. That was Thursday morning, This is Saturday afternoon and I am happily vaping away on my Nunchaka with new glass in the tank. Perfect awesome!!!

I tried out naturebox along with Graze, not expecting any big difference. I ended up loving naturebox. The snacks were wholesome, hella good tasting, fresh and actually healthy. PLUS they are priced at ~ $1 an ounce vs Graze's ~1.75 an ounce! AND they send out one big box per month containing around 1.25x what graze sends out spaced out between 4 boxes in a month, that's cost efficient and better for the environment.
